It's a great hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. The place is clean, the staff is polite and friendly. The entire infrastructure of the hotel is very thoughtfully done. The kitchen in the hotel is just a song. The variety of dishes is amazing. Every day, the cuisine of different countries - from Europe to Japan. Very very tasty! The pool is clean, there are plenty of sun beds. Even the free ones. Everything is well organized for children too - the playground is made under a canopy. The show programs are all different every evening. The sea is no more than five minutes away at a slow pace. We were very satisfied, we will definitely come again.

We love this hotel. We've been here twice. We organized a fitness tour for a group of girls. Excellent large pool, delicious breakfasts with a huge variety of greens, vegetables, fruits, cheeses and egg dishes. Great animation in the evenings. Pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and have a comfortable kitchen. There are 4 supermarkets with groceries 1 km from the hotel. The sea is very close (3 minutes on foot). Equipped beach. Nice spa area. A good gym with a variety of fitness equipment. There is a hall for group classes with equipment for training. There is a tennis court. There are children's pools and slides on site.

I really liked the hotel. We were a family in May. By settlement, 80 percent are Germans, 20 are Russians. Positive: a well-maintained small green area, food, pleasant unobtrusive service, a 5-minute walk to the sea, small slides for children, a large apartment-type room. The food is varied, without any special frills, but the choice is good and everything is delicious, special praise for the desserts and plus for the children's cuisine and non-jupi juices. The desserts really seemed to be prepared by my mother with love. The alcohol is local, but very decent. The only negative that I have highlighted for myself is that the animation is very rotten, there is practically no animation, perhaps it was just out of season.

We took accommodation (2 adults and 2 children) AI for 10 days (05.25). The hotel is really family-run - there are many couples with children (aged 3-5 years), every evening a small typical children's show with an animator (20:15), smoothly flowing into an evening show (21:00) for a general audience (the program is different every day), a comfortable and landscaped area with a playground, pools and play areas. The children (9-11 years old) were quietly allowed to play, walk, go to the sauna, hammam, swimming pool, etc., the staff always felt a desire to help and make the rest comfortable.
Regarding cleanliness, cleaning is done every day, we got a room on the 1st floor with access to the road (fenced off by a green fence), not too shabby, everything worked, there were no problems. There were cold days in early May, when the air conditioner was turned on for heating. There was access to a balcony, a pleasant lawn and the opportunity to walk barefoot in the shade of palm trees.
I liked the beach towel exchange system, it is convenient that there is a private beach club with service and sun beds (there were no problems with places in May).
The cuisine is Turkish, quite diverse, table wines of three types (red/ white / pink), another for an additional fee. The cocktail list is not big, but we had enough.
The children liked the seals, swaggering around the territory.
The overall impression of the hotel is very good - it is a full-fledged 4 stars.

The hotel is great, we were in the 18th century.
Comfortable, quiet, family friendly.
There is almost no animation, there are almost no parties, the pool is not large and this is all a plus (there is no overload in terms of noise and noise)
The cuisine is not hyper diverse, but there is a choice and everything is really delicious. What they cook, they do it for 5+. You can take something with you, the staff does not mind, even they themselves offer if the child has not eaten (as usually happens: he really wants to after half an hour or before going to bed). There were a lot of Germans in the hotel and pyramids of plates near the rooms said that the hotel did not mind well-fed guests.
The staff is very friendly, sweet and courteous. Alyona's girlfriend was working at the time.:She was always interested in whether everything was okay, was always ready to help and participated in the life of Russian-speaking guests.

Nice hotel with proper cleaning and a clean beach. Good location-there are no noisy hotels around, there is a place to walk (the embankment, wide and long coastline)
In the room there is a good mattress and pillows. I was completely satisfied with the food. One of the disadvantages is a pastry shop, which is there, but absolutely useless (not delicious coffee and not understandable desserts).There are a lot of younger children in the hotel, but at least it's always quiet in the evening and there are no noisy companies.

We love this hotel, we have already visited it three times and plan to return again. The concept of the hotel is not typical for Turkey, but rather Scandinavian minimalism. I really liked the service and food. We went with a child, if you go with children, this is the best option! There is everything for children, and a potty, a stroller and a cot can be rented at the reception. Check-in is at 14.00, but we arrived at 10.15 a.m. we were given bracelets and sent for breakfast, after breakfast we were already checked in, the service is excellent! A wonderful hotel for families with children. There are pools from 30cm to only 5 pieces. There are slides on site, a playground and a kids club. There is also a children's disco every evening. The 2.5 child liked to repeat after the animator. They also provided a potty, a baby bed, and a baby monitor. There are also comfortable strollers, but we didn't need one. We liked the clean and large rooms, varied and delicious food, access from the terrace to the garden with tangerine trees, pancakes, ice cream and unlimited drinks. The sea is two steps away, the beach is sandy, the bottom is flat, pebbles, stones, there are no surprises, there is a playground and a bar on the beach. Lovely, friendly staff, friendly vacationers with other children. The vacation was a success. We believed the reviews, chose this hotel and did not lose. We went from the tour operator anex. Everything is clear, we were met, picked up, and had a short tour of the local features on the way. They offered excursions, but we had enough impressions at the hotel. But we compared the prices of Leon park on the website and the operator has a difference of about 2k, but for these 2k you will again be met, taken and everything will be organized. They probably would have given no less for a taxi. With a small child, other excursions did not suit us at all.

The food is very good, you will not stay hungry! There is a small refinement, but no more. The animation is standard, adults and children are entertained, but not the youngest, of course. But this is not relevant to me, I usually chill in the room looking at the whole "masquerade" from the balcony. The territory is small, but logical and cozy, among the disadvantages is the smoking area, through which you will have to walk out of the building every day and sometimes sniff smoke. Hammam, gym, swimming pool in the gym are free of charge, but there are also paid services such as peeling and massage. The rooms are cleaned regularly, not always at the same time, sometimes they may forget something when cleaning, but this is fixable, you can always remind or negotiate. There are no problems with the staff, someone may have had curiosities, there are and will be. The rooms were slightly refreshed, it was 2 years ago. It definitely didn't get any worse.
The beach here has its own cafe, but again, in a simple way, the neighboring five have more buns, but the price of rest is correspondingly. higher.
By autumn, the beach was crowded with tourists, periodically in the dry sand- here and there garbage is visible, not just everywhere but fragmentally, the expectation was that it would still be cleaner. Also, sometimes annoying flies appear, sit down on you blindly and wait for you to drive away with your hand. A comfortable family-run apartment hotel.
The territory has everything you need to relax with children. There is a not bad market, spa, fitness, there are children's activities / playgrounds / club, water slides.
Not on the first line, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk along a quiet road to the sea, but it does not bother, rather it is beneficial.
The beach for children is the same as in Anapa, the beach is 100 meters and the bathing area is "chest-high" 50-60 meters. Adults are also quite comfortable. The water warms up quickly, probably this is the place with the warmest water on the coast.
There are always sun beds and umbrellas. The restaurant is passable, you can have a snack at lunch, but it's better at the hotel.

We had a family vacation from 31/10/2024 to 07/11/2024.
We really liked the hotel with its infrastructure, the staff is very polite and responsive, the response to requests and wishes was instant, without any questions. The food is excellent, salads, hot dishes and desserts are varied, I think everyone will find a lot of delicious things for themselves. Also, you can always have a snack on the beach before 1600. The bar is open until one in the morning.
Every evening there was animation for children and adults, we liked it.
I especially want to note the cleanliness, both in hotels and on the beach.
The sea is about five minutes away at a leisurely pace, the beach and the sea are just super.
What I want to note is that after leaving the room, which is up to 1200, you will stay at the hotel and use all the services of the hotel absolutely, i.e. the pool, sauna and restaurant are at your disposal. We were picked up in 2000, i.e. we stayed a full day and continued to enjoy our vacation.
For lovers of Turkish rags, there are many shops near the hotel, sellers bargain well. Yes, dollars are not in high esteem, there are a lot of tourists from Europe and, accordingly, the euro prevails, so take Eureka.
To sum up, I can say that we were 100% satisfied with the rest.

Positive:

- we have not tried to cook, but in general it is possible
- the minibar is updated in the refrigerator with each cleaning (water, cola, Fanta, mineral water). I'm not sure, but it seems that they are included in the price in any tariff (you do not need to pay extra)
- there is an exit to the patio (or balcony)
Cons:
- most likely, this is the norm for such hotels, but I did not like that the floors in the room are tiled. In autumn, you have to wear slippers all the time
Meal
The food is mostly delicious and varied: sliced, fruits, vegetables (fresh and grilled), fish almost every day (fried, baked, smoked), something meat.
There are a lot of sweets too.
Everything is also normal in the children's menu. Even for a picky three-year-old, there was always something interesting.
You can have lunch not only on site, but also on the beach. There is not much choice there, but you can eat there more or less tasty and dense.
Territory
The hotel itself is small, so the territory is small, which seems to me a plus.
At the same time, there is more or less everything on the territory: baby and adult pools, a hammam and sauna, a gym, a small shop with all sorts of beach accessories and products (like, prices are more or less normal. It is hardly much cheaper to find in the district), a playground.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note that there are no hookahs on the territory of the hotel (the audience is probably not the same). On the last day, we discovered that there is a hookah bar just around the corner. But there is no on-site (
Activities
Activities take place every evening after dinner.
At 20 o'clock, something like a disco for children. For all 9 days, the activity was the same: the same songs, the same movements. But it's even better for children, it's probably easier to remember.
At 21 o'clock, some kind of show: dancing, jugglers. I was pleasantly surprised that once a week there is a show of Brazilian culture with capoeira and other related elements (samba, forro, etc.). But without master classes.
Beach
Cozy sandy beach with a smooth increase in depth. As I wrote earlier, you can eat / drink on the beach.

The hotel is cool.

Beach towels can be changed every time.They give out a large beach bag. The food is top notch, but for small children the food is meager and greasy. Lots of fruits and drinks. It is 200 meters to the sea. The beach is super: lots of sun beds, sand, good access to the sea. There is a large embankment with a park, next to a river where large turtles and fish are fed. Large two-room rooms with an equipped kitchen where you can cook if you have a special diet. For small children under 3 years old, they are given a cot, a stroller, a radio nanny, a portable chair, a bathtub, a potty, a toilet seat, shampoo, a sponge, a bib, body lotion, a bottle warmer, napkins, milk, a high chair. Daytime and evening animation for children. Ice cream for every taste. The vacation was a great success.

I will give a 5 to this family hotel, which was chosen because all rooms are two-room. The hotel itself is compact, but there is a promenade along the sea, along which we walked in the evenings. The beach is sand. The sea is shallow. There are a lot of people. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel has unobtrusive animation. The child went to a mini club a couple of times. Every day there is a mini-disco, after which various artists perform (different every day). All this takes place in the same room with the restaurant, on the way to the reception. Children and their parents are not too hot to watch the performances.

We rested from September 15, 24, with a family of 2 adults + 1 child. (3 years), all incl. The hotel is a sturdy 4*. It is designed for holidays with children, so there are a lot of children there: from infants to teenagers. You will be constantly accompanied by children's screams, laughter, crying, bottles with a mixture, tantrums, diapers and other attributes. If you are not ready for this, then you do not need to come here. At the same time, no one looks askance if the child suddenly has a tantrum or has started something 🙂
The food is good, I'm tired of eating all the time. for adults there is a choice (stewed meat, grilled, fried fish / steamed, vegetables), for kids a children's table (1 type of porridge in the morning, cereals, omelette, 1 type of soup for lunch, mashed potatoes/pasta, cutlets/meat, French fries, fruits, pastries, desserts). Juices are adjustable from the vending machine, local alcohol, local sour wine (I couldn't drink), beer from the vending machine is normal, cocktails at the bar are disgusting, it's better to take whiskey / cola, gin and tonic (tolerable). COFFEE: only Turkish coffee is normal downstairs in the coffee shop and on the beach. The rooms are ideal for a family: a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with sliding doors. They're a little tired, but everything worked. They gave a pot to the child, a footrest, only lump soap in the bathroom (without a soap dish), dispensers with shampoo and shower gel, towels were changed every day. High-quality cleaning and a change of post. there was laundry only 1 time in 10 days, after the tip. Beach: 5 minutes from the hotel, there were always enough sunbeds, they are also tired, like umbrellas, but you can use them. There were cigarette butts, traffic jams and other debris on the beach, the sea is clean and warm, if it is not stormy, shallow at sunset. Sometimes huge stray dogs came running, but they were chased off the beach. Playgrounds on the beach under canopies. Hedgehogs, turtles and, of course, a bunch of cats. Animation: light, not intrusive, the animator girl Nelly works with children. Well done, because to gather and attract the attention of children of different ages who speak different languages is a real skill. The children love her and are reaching out, waiting for her. A new boy has appeared, he's not doing it yet.
Pools: everything would be fine, BUT there is rotavirus. Someone got knocked down, someone got carried away. We only went to the sea, although the child, of course, wanted to go to the pool. Here at your own risk. Shops: there are no normal supermarkets nearby, the nearest migros is 15 minutes away and it is small, a lot of shops with souvenirs, Chinese "brands", expensive, everything is in euros. All the local Turks speak German perfectly, because the tourists are mostly Germans. English is also in use, fortunately. few people speak Russian. We went to nova mall ourselves (for the sake of children's H&M and Waikiki, English home, madame coco) round-trip taxi 35 euros (😳), but there is a dolmushka somewhere, I saw it for sure. The staff at the hotel is all super, helpful, polite. About the guide from THAT: it's fun, but without strain, we didn't go anywhere, we decided to postpone the excursions with the three-year-old for now.

We had a rest from October 31 to November 9.I really enjoyed everything, the whole vacation.the hotel is wonderful, the staff, the kitchen, only the waiters are slow and serve mostly foreigners, and we will get to the wine ourselves.The room is great, it was cleaned well.A lot of children, all friendly.the beach is super and the sea is too, the approach is gentle, the sand.the distance to the beach is a 5-minute walk.The food on the beach and the cocktails are great too!!!

But there are also disadvantages:
1. We arrived with the Pegasus tour operator on 31.10.24. At the hotel, we were given a room on the ground floor, with a view of the fence, behind the fence there is a road (cars/pedestrians). I really don't like the first floors, that's my pain. I went to the reception and asked for a change. The old song is about the main thing, there are no places. Come tomorrow, we will move. We were tired, we didn't have the strength to swear. In the morning, the track of the day is the same story, there are no places, there is nowhere to move. Seriously? The end of the season, the hotel is not 100% full. They promise a big departure in two days, then we will definitely relocate, we promise we promise! Well ok. We don't take things apart, we live on suitcases, we wait. The room is like a crypt, it's hellish cold in the evenings and mornings, the floor is icy, since there is no sun at all in this side. Two days later, we are given a room on the second floor, but such that we lag behind and no longer go to change anything, the room is right next to the smoking area and the bar, where they smoke and drink until nightfall, we do not smoke and do not drink much, it is not an option at all. There was no more desire to approach the reception desk and believe in their promises. So we lived until the end of the vacation in a terribly cold and damp room with a view of the fence. And this is at the end of the season, when the hotel is full of places! "Thank you very much." For such indifference to the guests, a fat minus!
2. In the mornings in the district 8, with the sound of a fast train, maids drive carts back and forth along the corridor several times. The noise is just terrible, the first time I heard it, I was even scared. So it will be difficult for fans to sleep. Well, the audibility outside the door is very good.
3. The end of the season, we realized that November, the sea is cold. But the only hope was for heated pools. The website states that all pools are heated. But it's not like that. More or less, you can climb into the main large pool for a short time only by 16 o'clock in the afternoon, it will be warmed up by the sun, but at 16 the sun will no longer be by the pool and it will be windy, it is not comfortable to climb out. The pool with slides is in the shade, the water in it is icy, no one swims there at all. And even the indoor pool was upset by the temperature of the water. So I couldn't swim. It's a pity
4. They got sick with an intestinal infection, suffered for a couple of days, it was fine before departure. We ate only at the hotel and washed our hands, but apparently we got something.
Then you can say some advantages, except for the little things: the territory is small, there is nothing to do on it, in places there are sheets in a hole and towels with dangling threads, the cleaner will change the bed, sweep the floor, but will not notice the lack of soap, we did not have bathrobes in the room, although they should be. The room has slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, that's all.
Positive:
1. food, I don't know how it will be in the season, but now everyone had enough, there were no queues. There is a lot of food, different fish and meat and chicken, salads, vegetables, snacks, fruits, desserts, everything is there and enough, and most importantly everything is delicious. The wine and beer are normal, the cocktails at the bar are very much for an amateur, sickly sweet and chemical. We had an alley, I don't know who will buy such cocktails for 500 lire, but in the bar they cost so much for those who are not on the alley! Jupi with vodka doesn't even pull 50 lire, guys! Or you need to make normal cocktails for that kind of money!
2.Rooms with a kitchen are very convenient
3.You can't take food out of the dining room, but no one has ever forbidden it. The child was sick, they brought soup, fruits and sweets to the room, no one made a remark. It pleased me very much.
4.Everything in the room is conveniently thought out, there are many shelves, hooks, two TVs, reading lamps by the bed, a lot of hangers in the closet.
5. the minibar in the refrigerator will be replenished, but there are only 2 cokes, 2 forfeits, 2 mineral water and drinking water.
At the end of the season, there was a slightly smaller selection in the dining room.
