A forty-storey hotel with spacious apartments with high ceilings. Gorgeous view from the 30th floor of the city and the bay. There are high-speed elevators in sufficient quantity. Friendly staff.
Daily room cleaning. But there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning. The arrival of the cleaning coincided with our lunch and afternoon rest. However, everything was resolved the second time.
The hotel has a small outdoor pool with warm water, a gym. They give you beach towels to take away.
There is only one minus. There is no short passage to the sea. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Or drive yourself by transport to another beach.

A great option. Clean large cozy rooms, cleaning every day, well-equipped kitchen. We take the apparts since the child has an allergy and cook ourselves. There are a lot of shops nearby. Yes, the mosque is nearby, but I even like it, it creates a certain flavor) we really were in Ramadan and woke up every day at 4 am)). The noise in the rooms is excellent - we have never heard the neighbors . The street is also almost inaudible, with the windows closed. The central climate works clearly. By the way , you can go to the beach through Habtur . A face like a brick and no one will say a word. The main thing is not to use the pool, although no one is particularly watching. Great apartment hotel in Dubai Marina!

A great family hotel, I took a 2-room apartment - everything is fine, large bright rooms with a bathroom and beautiful views from the windows, excellent kitchen: gas stove, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, capsules are provided every day, there is even a dishwasher and washing machine - this is super for a family holiday. The location is also excellent - 15 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the metro, too, near the marina embankment and marina mall. The staff is polite, responsive. Best price-quality in Dubai Marina.

A wonderful apartment hotel! This is not the first time we have come here. Excellent spacious rooms (we had two bedrooms) with a wonderful view, ask the upper floors - above 16. Only 40. Great guys at the reception, especially thanks to the good-natured Perry! Everything in the hotel is wonderful, but because of the construction projects taking place nearby, the location has become not convenient. Firstly, you can walk to the beach in 12-15 minutes before the sea, now the entire first coastline is closed from the through passage, so you have to go in a circle, which is about 2 km and 25 minutes in time, or even all 30.. You can take a taxi- min. the cost in Dubai is 12 dh. (just from the hotel to the entrance to the central beach). back- 15-20 dx because of the circle for a U-turn. Secondly, the passage to the metro through the Marina is also fenced with a fence of the construction site, which makes the location of the hotel not the most ideal. On the opposite- across the street next to the mosque there is a wonderful Italian restaurant- Massimo. I highly recommend it! Great hotel. One problem: you have to cross the road from Marina anyway. There is a construction site nearby and never take a studio - you will have to pay extra and take a room better because the studios only on the ground floor are terrible.

Food is not included, but there is a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, iron. Excellent high-speed WiFi, change of linen, towels, bathrobes every day. Very clean, constant cleaning. There are food shops nearby, but they are "not very". There is a good grocery store in the next house, you won't understand from the street, it is located behind dark doors. In general, if they offer to stay there, then do not refuse. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the sea. Access to the beach at the Hilton Hotel. There is before, near a house under construction, but there is almost a construction site to walk on. In general, I've seen different hotels, but I really liked this one. I definitely recommend it.

Overall a nice apartment. There is a small heated outdoor pool. The room was cleaned daily. I took off the star for the unreasonably high cost of late eviction - 600 derham, despite the fact that early check-in was agreed for 250. There is a construction site under the windows of the hotel from our room, which somewhat spoils the view, as a whole it did not cause any other inconveniences.

A very decent hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything from a coffee machine to floor scales. Any request is immediately responded to at any time. Cleaning every day.
The location is very convenient, the first line, at the very beginning of the Marina embankment, a 5-minute walk from Rixos and Hilton. The public beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot.

Were in early November 2023. Everything was not bad, only the windows faced the mosque, on the 6th floor. Therefore, every day at 5 am, my wife and I sang along to the muezzin))) When asked to change the room, they said that there were no available ones. The room itself is normal, with its own kitchen. There are dishes and kitchen appliances. There were not enough deep plates. Water can be brought on request. I was pleased with the heated pool. Twice a day, an Indian uncle comes and conducts water tests in front of everyone. Pool towels can be taken to the beach, but it is advisable to return them on the same day. In the nearest grocery stores, the prices are almost the same, we went to Safestway, at the second traffic light in the direction of JBR. The beach itself on JBR has been built up and there are sooo many people crammed in. It was difficult to find a place to spread a towel. We tried to go to Kite beach, the same picture, crowds of people. By the way, at the Barcelo Hotel through their WiFi, video calls from WhatsApp pass, without vpn.

Recently vacationed in Dubai and stayed at Barselo Dubai Marina in a two-bedroom room. We booked a room without advance payment, on the hotel's website - which is very convenient. Upon arrival, they paid in cash, and at the reception they were immediately warned that since the exchange rate at their hotel is not comfortable to the dollar, you can change it in the official exchanger and pay later. Which we did, saving about $200. For a beautiful view, you need to ask for a room on the floor from the 10th and above with a view towards the sea (bay). Cleaned every day. The room has a kitchen (separate room), a full refrigerator, stove, dishes, etc. in general, as an apartment. A two-bedroom room of 120 sq.m. poryalka is quite spacious. Each bedroom has a bathroom + guest toilet. There are 2 large sofas in the living room.
The hotel on the ground floor has a heated swimming pool with very comfortable warm water + a pool for kids and a Jacuzzi with even warmer water. There are not many sun beds, but you could always find a free one.
The location of the hotel is good, but there are nuances... Since there is an extremely dense building on the embankment, it is impossible to get between the buildings to the beach - we had to walk about a kilometer to the main entrance to the beach. There is also a very narrow and inconvenient passage to the free part of the beach, but literally 250-300 meters from the main entrance.
There are several supermarket-type shops nearby. It is not possible to cross the street directly from the hotel - the traffic light is about 150 meters away. To the metro on foot in 15 minutes.
One more thing - there is a mosque right in front of the hotel... the noise insulation in the hotel is normal, but if the windows face the mosque, then it will still be audible. There is a construction site right next to the hotel, but no one is working in the evening, and in the morning... here, who wakes up at what time... however, I think that the main noise from driving piles is already over or is about to be finished ...
There is an agency representative office near the reception offering various excursions, and the agent speaks Russian well. The prices are average, but the service is at a good level.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is extremely positive. No one imposes too much, everything is comfortable

It is no longer a 15-minute walk to the sea, the entire first line is closed by hotels. You need to take a taxi or walk for 40 minutes. The beach is crowded with people and Indians. Towards the Stroika metro station, also not close. It is necessary to bypass the construction site. Geographically, the hotel is not convenient. In one of the rooms, where there are 2 beds , there is a smell of welding work. They talked about it at the reception. But the problem was not solved and nothing was even reported. I do not recommend this hotel, especially with small children. Not convenient. But the rooms are nice and big.

The furniture in the apartment is chipped and full of holes, everything is shabby.In the evening, the lighting in the rooms is like in the basement. There is no dining table, there is a "bar counter" on which one plate can hardly fit.
The approach to the hotel is very bad! You have to walk along the road because of the construction site, with a small child and a stroller - it's dangerous and inconvenient!
The dead bird lying near the hotel sign killed the most, no one removed it during the day!

Excellent rooms and service. Cleaning every day including changing linen towels and washing dirty dishes in the sink. The location is convenient. At 10 min. Dubai Marina Mall. Tram and metro stations. Beautiful neighborhood. A little further away, the Jumeirah Lake area is also a great place for walking. The free beaches are crowded with people, but by tram in 20 minutes you can conveniently get to a large clean and much freer public beach Al Sufouh. We lived in the apartment for a week with family and children quite comfortably.

I'll start with the minuses by walking to the sea / beach 10-15 minutes, despite the fact that the sea and the beach are directly visible, but it will not work to go through other people's hotels. Only sideways towards the Rixos, the pool is just ridiculous, a selection of norms. I was surprised by the lack of breakfast on the ground floor, either repairs or laziness to cook for them. Well, the cherry is a minus, a huge house was started to be built next to Barcelona, so the dust is a construction site, noise, etc. Pros fresh renovation, equipped kitchen, attentive staff, the price is acceptable for the Marina as a whole.

They will not leave you without attention, they will try to help and make you happy. The apartments are not new, but they maintain order and cleanliness. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Not a bad gym, but I didn't have enough exercise equipment for the press and mats for stretching. Not critical. Clean, cozy pool area with warm water. There is a representative of a travel agency in the hotel. Organized a fishing trip for us. We were very satisfied. We stayed here for a month. I can safely recommend these apartments for a long and cozy stay.
