There are few pluses, mostly minuses. The beach seems to be nearby, but to go around and walk for a long time, the service is normal. But not what I expected from the Barcelo network. I was in others, it was better there.

Great big and clean apartment. Polite staff, quickly responded to requests, for example, a microwave was needed-they brought a new one in 5 minutes. Some little things were brought just as quickly. Good location on the Marina, grocery store downstairs, near the strait, on the other side of the sea (walk 10-15 minutes at a slow pace). We will be happy to come back again.

Cozy hotel. The room we have for two is gorgeous. Two bathrooms. The view from the room to the sea and the canal. Very beautiful. Daily room cleaning has everything. We cooked more by ourselves. Shops are all nearby. Quite an acceptable price for products. There is a washing machine. Since the sea is very salty, it was by the way. The sea is within walking distance. 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of cafes nearby. Everyone is friendly. On the way to the sea there is a sign for currency exchange. They didn't change it at the airport. And the exchange turned out to be a very favorable rate. 5 minutes to the metro and tram. Before the trip, I found the hotel on Facebook. I asked for interesting points. They answered. We communicated in Russian.

I didn't like it. The apartment is not bad. But in one of the bedrooms there was a strong smell of smoking. Apparently they were smoking somewhere and the smell got into the bedroom. There is practically no territory. A small pool and everything))
Is suitable for a couple of nights to spend the night.
For a rest for a week or more- no.

Good apartments - everything is there: kitchen utensils, coffee machine,washing machine,electric kettle.The microwave was brought at once upon request and a board with an iron.The location is convenient - metro, Marina Promenade, JBR, all within a 5-minute walk. Beach-passage through the construction site next to RIXOS-15 minutes walk.Directly from the hotel is much shorter, but everything is blocked there - a construction site.Cleaning daily, without reminders.The deposit is 300 dirhams for the entire period of arrival, they are refunded upon departure and do not forget the tourist tax you pay upon check-in is 20 dirhams per day per room.If you check out late, you can extend the room for 200 dirhams until 18.00 (and so until 12.00 you have to check out).Opposite supermarkets Carrefour, Shotrem with a large selection of products.So I can recommend especially large families who will not be accommodated in a regular hotel and families with small children.

A decent device is a hotel! Cleanliness, convenient location, gorgeous views from the windows and from the balcony. Friendly staff. We stayed in early December. Ideal for a large family or company. A room with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen - 125m2, at a very reasonable price for a relatively budget holiday!

Great hotel! We have been here 2 times and will come back again! Apartments with everything you need, cleaning every day, the most important thing is quiet. There are no construction sites around (for now, probably). To the sea on foot 15 minutes, a good supermarket opposite the restaurant Suvorov (Russian cuisine). Everything is fine !!!! I recommend it!!!

Spacious apartment with kitchen. High ceilings. There are sockets in the room that are suitable for conventional two-pin plugs, you can do without an adapter for electrical appliances (usually G-type plugs with three flat contacts are used in the UAE) The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. The hotel is well located: near the beach, marina walk, metro.
