The waiter was recording the order, and after a minute he came up with the question "what did you order?" Did you bring me what I ordered, no? Every minute was filled with some kind of cringe. But, in fact, "I want to cry." It is a shame that foreign tourists get to know such a Belarus.

We came to the restaurant, no one met us, we sat down at a table. Reluctantly, they threw the menu on the table, and 3, although there were four of us at the table.
Next, we selected items from the menu, but even then no one came up to us, the waiters passed by, cast glances and just passed by. They just left without waiting for the waiter.
We are very disappointed with the service of the institution, which is located in such a popular place.

We came to this wonderful cafe on 09/20/24. No one met us at the entrance, took the menu and sat down at a table. There was 1 table occupied in the hall and during the 15 minutes that we sat, no one came up to us, although the official walked by. As a result, they got up and left.

A cafe in a tourist place, where a large flow of people is expected, assumes fast service. What do we have in the end? No one met, but that's okay, we sat down at a free but dirty table, no one came up and cleaned it until the waiter was called. It was not completely cleaned, it was gone, and no one brought the menu either. You'd think there was a shortage of staff, but no, they were all behind the bar. They left without even getting the menu.

The air conditioners don 't work , the kitchen is a stretch . Plus , everything is fast . Potatoes with Bacon and mushrooms ... - this is one fat instead of Bacon ..
Pancakes with meat are something ..
With dry , fried bacon ( mostly )

A cafe near the Nesvizh Palace implies some kind of minimum standard of service. It is not there from the word at all. It's like the staff is on their first day at work, with everything from the waiter to the cashier. Inattentive, distracted, etc. Prices are not high but also not low. We went to a cafe after visiting Nesvizh Castle. While we were sitting, waiting for the order, I decided to read the reviews and was upset that such a low rating, we expected terrible food and service. But everything turned out well. We had a delicious and satisfying meal, the service is quite normal. The cafe is simple, not a restaurant, but it is quite good. We liked everything we ordered.

If it were possible to put -10⭐️, I would love to. The dishes are lower in quality than the most terrible eatery, and the cost is like in a good cafe. They abused the draniki and the washcloth. Dranik is just a buttery potato pancake. Mochanka is just a muddy slurry with a dranik inside the pot!

The worst cafe I've ever visited! The food is simply disgusting cooked. How could you spoil an elementary dish from their menu: potatoes with fried mushrooms and bacon?! the mushrooms are not fried, you press them with a fork, the water just pours out of them. Bacon is cut into thick pieces and with a thick skin, I don't even want to talk about color and taste at all. The only thing is that the potatoes are still cooked properly. The waiter offered to replace the dish with something else, she chose cheesecakes. They were waited for about 20 minutes, in the end they did not wait, they just left this institution. The interior and service are of the same level. It's amazing how this cafe in such a place (a historical place of the city) still continues to function?! But at the entrance it says: "delicious dishes." To begin with, at least teach the cook how to cook! I do not recommend visiting this place in any case!

First they bring food, then the appliances. They brought it quickly because the food was ready, alas, everything is just warming up! The ice cream was brought late, they did not specify, the husband wanted coffee, but coffee was brought right away! We ate here on 08/21/2023. They gave 52p for 0.5 sprites, Caesar, Greek, pancakes and meat in French. The portions are clearly underweight.
After tasting such terrible dishes, they were poisoned ... The prices are expensive even by Minsk standards. The quality of the dishes is simply disgusting. You could still close your eyes to tasteless salads, but at the sight of meat "in French" you had a heart attack. A baked knuckle with a tomato and cheese inside was brought to the plate. It tastes, smells and looks just like a burp… So there was also some kind of jam on top of it all.
The cafe ruined the whole impression of a beautiful historical place.
Now we really regret that we did not go online to look at the reviews before visiting it.
I would also like to note that good reviews are most likely written by cafe employees and their relatives.
Shame on the institution. We still have to be paid for what we experienced after lunch at this place. I feel sorry for every ruble that was left there. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
