Lunch at the bank is from 13:00 to 13:45. I came at 13:44, took the number to the cashier, 10 minutes pass, the cashier is still not there. 1. From 9 a.m., only one specialist works with individuals. A queue is forming. When asked why only one specialist is working, the answer was given that this is enough and another specialist will come at 10 o'clock. As a result, on 07/11/2017 I had to stand in line for more than an hour.
2. There is no electronic queue. There are no familiar windows either. At the entrance, it is not clear where to approach. They meet customers every other time. One was asked, "Where are you going?" the second one doesn't. Having asked if they were planning to install an electronic queue, I received the answer that this was not necessary. And if I want, they can personally write out a piece of paper with a seal. In fact, there are not many people in the bank. But there is such a fuss around that it is not clear who you are, who is in front of you and to which specialist.
3. The air conditioner was turned on only when asked. "Why is it turned off?" "Blows to the bank's employees." Instead of an air conditioner, there is an open window and "special boxes" for supporting the entrance doors.
4. Of the little things, there is no working tableau of exchange rates, clocks that are in a hurry for 10 minutes, sofas that leave if you try to get up quickly.
