11/22/22 I went to the bank to withdraw cash dollars. Initially, the dollars were in the account at the Center Credit bank. I did not receive them at the BCC because there were no new bills available. I came to freedom bank in this branch and before transferring the currency, I asked three employees if there would be a commission for withdrawing cash or not, and they all told me that there was no commission. I transferred $ 1100 to the account, but it was not possible to withdraw it immediately, because the card was not activated. 2 female managers in the hall suggested that I go to the nearest ATM and withdraw at least 1000 tenge to activate the card, but they did not say that I would pay a commission for this operation of 1500 tenge!!! Which I did. As it turned out, when withdrawing dollars from the account, I was charged a commission of 1.5%, which is $ 16.5, while voicing about the commission after the transaction. I understand that making such mistakes is also my fault that I did not study the tariff on the card. But I came to the bank and worked with the employees of this bank, who, as it turned out, are completely incompetent. The fact that I was charged a commission of 1,500 tenge by the bank's employees did not explain to me what exactly. I figured it out myself at home by opening the tariff on the card. As a result, I just lost 9,000 tenge. I do not advise anyone to ask anything about the products of this bank from its employees, it is better to study everything yourself before doing any operations.

The card was issued with a long delay and was mistakenly sent to the city of Shymkent, it became known on 22.10.22. On 27.10.22, no one knows where the card is... By calling the hotline, they say contact the department, the department says we cannot contact the department in Shymkent (from 10/22/2012 they call and write emails - no one answers). Today, on 10/27/22, an employee of the bank (Aktau branch) gave the work phone number to a certain Yana (an employee of the branch in Shymkent) so that I could call on my own and find out what was with the card... No one can give a clear answer about what is with the card and when it will arrive. I wrote an e-mail complaint to the bank on 10/27/2012 - there is no response...
