We are having a rest with the children now. We went against the flow after the New Year holidays. There are few people in the hotel. Americans, Europeans.
1. The restaurant. There is sooo much food. From Mexican to rolls and pizza. Desserts, chocolate fountain, fruits. There is a lot of everything and for every taste.
2. The room. Clean, pretty decent. They are cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day. The mini bar in the room is free of charge. They are also replenished daily. Two beers, Cola, fanta. There is no tea or coffee. There is no place to dry things. They wrote that it was better to take a rope with you. But I don't know if it's needed, because nothing dries stupidly anyway. That's right. The swimsuit hangs for two days and remains very wet. The best thing I came up with was to take it to the pool and lay it out in the sun on a chaise longue.
3. The territory. Huge, very clean and beautiful. Iguanas, noses run everywhere. The staff is very friendly. It will always help. Trams run through the territory to any point.
4. The sea. Crystal clear. Algae is constantly being cleaned. Very fine to the buoys. There are a lot of different fish, especially if you feed them. The beach is also clean. Staff is constantly walking, cleaning and sweeping sand from the paths. Definitely need to take the corals with you. There are a lot of rocks at the bottom.
5. Bars and animations. There are a lot of activities both near the pool and in the evening. In the evenings, the concerts are different in the main hall and in parallel on the street. Until 23 o'clock. Then they turn everything off. Bars throughout the territory. There are a lot of different cocktails for every taste. Well, wine, beer, champagne and so on. For children, there are always some activities in different styles. Moana, cold heart, and so on. They even change the children's clothes.
So far there are no complaints at all. But the vacation is not over yet.

A wonderful stay at this hotel, I immediately fell in love with Mexico. We were at this hotel in December 2019, everything is wonderful: the territory, animation, live music, food in the restaurant. The only disadvantage of this beach were algae (but they were removed, but there were a lot of them and they did not have time to take them out right away, the smell was sometimes felt) and breakwaters, they are very close to the shore. Be sure to visit Chichen Itza, an amazing place, I was very impressed with this place and really want to come back and see more similar places!

To be honest, I don't know what grade to give.
We had a rest in July 2021. I liked everything: beautiful decoration of the territory, swimming pools. restaurant (excellent menu , large selection of dishes ) . Warm sea, sandy shore.We bought rubber slippers and calmly went swimming (there are corals in the sea, so it is not convenient to walk barefoot on the bottom).
However, there are disadvantages.
1. The smell of mold in the rooms.Although it's generally clean and kind of dry.
2. Excursions are not worth the money they were paid for. We fell for the beautiful description of the excursions.Our guide Elena was a pro at it.It's her job and she's great at it.I put up her photo.
3. They STEAL from the hotel and directly from the safe!!! Moreover, all the money in the safe was taken from us.Of course, we have written a statement....However, it was clear that the money would not be found.We left a day later.They didn't even apologize to us.And this is a 5 star hotel.There are no video cameras.... and, in my opinion, there is no desire to help us.By the way, the guide was also practically inactive here.
So they ruined our vacation experience.

I gave this assessment to the staff who works at the reception, we are currently in this hotel. I'll start from the beginning, they put us in a nice room on the top floor, in Mexico now the rainy season goes every day, on the second day of arrival the ceiling in the toilet began to leak, they did not react, on the fourth day the ceiling collapsed, miraculously we were not nailed, they came to the reception showed a video, the room was changed in the evening, they settled in to the far building, but this is not the main thing, the toilet did not work in the room (drain), the air conditioner is broken, the tap is on duct tape, the water is leaking, it does not stop making noise and many more little things...We go back to the reception, they promise to change the next day, we do not disassemble the suitcase. The next day they tell us that there are no other numbers, they promise to send a master, we explain to them in English, they talk to each other in Spanish and mock us, they say they are not even going to help us, just did not take into account that we also understand Spanish.As a result, they did not change our room, they did not even apologize, the master did not fix anything, the husband corrected what he could, decided not to spoil his mood and rest, but you draw conclusions. And we like everything else!

Hello! We had a rest in July-August 2021, the hotel is for an amateur, but the most important thing is that the sea pumped up, the descent is not very convenient, the stones are sharp and very shallow, plus a lot of algae that are cleaned every day, but all without results!
One more thing, there are queues everywhere, starting from the airport and ending at the hotels!

Good afternoon, we had a rest in June-July 2021, the service is 100%, the sea and the beach are rocks and algae, the food is excellent, the rooms are large and comfortable, there is one minus on the day of our departure our friends stopped by, two adapters for sockets were left at the reception, only one was given. Oh-oh-oh-oh is not very pleasant!!!!

We had a family vacation (two adults and 2 children)+ mom from 03/13/2020 to 03/24/2020.
There were two rooms, ours in villa 21a, room 32131) 3rd floor), and Zhida's mother in villa 15a-1st floor). I am not writing floors by chance. And I advise you not to take the first floor. We never closed the balcony in our room, the fan was always on, and we did not use the air conditioner. But mom always closed the balcony, because there are a lot of different animals on the territory that climbed up to her balcony and shat)) Once a small lizard ran into her, which was very difficult to catch.
The rooms are quite large, but.... it smells musty, And upon arrival I had to wash absolutely all the things that were not even dressed.
There is a safe, very interesting. Upon check-in at the reception, they give out a lock larva with a key. You put it in the safe, lock the key, well, hide the key in the room so as not to lose it somewhere on the beach.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, free on the beach is not even bad. There are places on the territory where it works better, where it is worse, but everything is sent, photos, videos, voice messages.
Mini bar-2 cans of beer, 1 can of Cola lite, a bottle of 0.3 Cola, a bottle of fanta, 2 bottles of water of 0.5.chips, once there was marmalade. 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water are placed on the table. Coffee for brewing in a coffee maker, coffee, tea, dry cream, sugar, sugar substitute in bags. Everything is updated every day.

Yes, the most important thing!!! Take the fumigator. This is the first thing to put in the suitcase. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, they are not like ours. Small and silent. You wake up in the morning covered in bites. They do not itch, they pass quickly, but not beautifully)))
Restaurant. This is beyond praise. Everything is there.Meat: chicken, pork, beef, lamb. Cooked in different ways. Potatoes, pasta, rice. Vegetables, snacks, sauces.Fruits: we had grapes, apples, melon, watermelon, plum, mango. The latter was really rare. Or rather, we can say that they did not have time to lay out the mango, as it was already disassembled. Desserts, ice cream, chocolate fountain. You can talk endlessly about the restaurant.
Alcohol: whatever you can wish for. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, whatever you wish.
There is a main restaurant and a Snack bar. It is open only when the restaurant is closed. If you go there to eat, you won't stay hungry.
Pools: NOT DEEP. The maximum depth is 1.3 meters.
In my opinion, the children's "water park" is big for the hotel. A complex of slides in a separate pool with ankle-deep water.
There is a toilet nearby, which amazed me. 4 cabins. 2 adults, 2 children with tiny toilet bowls. 4 sinks. 2 for adults, 2 for children at a lower level.
A large swimming pool, a fountain is included in it, a water volleyball net is stretched, and water aerobics is carried out. And there's still plenty of room for swimming. it has a jauzi and a paddling pool behind a small fence, for small children.

In this hotel, safety comes first. There are always rescuers by the pool and on the beach, with whistles and first aid kits. They arrive at 10.00, bring oxygen cylinders with them. They leave at about 18.00
The sea))) Well... there is no unambiguous description. I can say one thing FINELY, as in Azov, but it is warmer, cleaner, there are no jellyfish, but there are Fish of different sizes. There are Yellow stripes, they bite))) There are algae. Prickly, but you get used to it. They are constantly cleaned, taken out in the morning by tractors. When there are few vacationers. There are enough sun beds, umbrellas, tables. Everyone has enough. There is a bar. There is also a variety of alcohol, cocktails, water, lemonade, soft drinks are prepared.
Electric locomotives run to the sea. Quite often. There was no problem with that.
There are no problems in this process, in my opinion, at all. We had one (the toilet was clogged). Each villa has a room for staff, I went in there, asked for help, showed the problem and after 20 seconds a plumber came to us on a bicycle.

A wonderful vacation at the very beginning of the pandemic in March 20. The hotel is super. I have worked for all 200 percent. I worked until the last tourist. Even when there were about 100 of us left. Performances were not canceled, restaurants were not closed. I advise everyone who wants to relax and is not looking for reasons of discontent.

But please pay attention to this: the staff does not speak Russian at all, no one speaks a single person, and the following is a specific beach, the swimming area is fenced with breakwaters, and it is not deep to splash cleanly. You can go to the left towards the villas there are no breakwaters and the entrance to the sea is normal, but it will be a wild beach without umbrellas, sun beds and a bar.
