Perfect location 😃
Clean and quick service of house keeping,👍
I believe the F&B is not customised enough, in the buffet just green tea is chargeable,👎 that caused problem for Central Asian people, who like to drink hot beverages during dinner. I would like to ask the F&B department to be responsible for target audience and service customisation. I think it's shame for 5* hotel to make simple tea chargeable.

Nice hotel, has its own beach. Big thanks to housekeeping and valet parking guys, very friendly and professional.
Artisan kitchen better go for breakfast before 9.30am, after that so crowded, that waitress stuff not able to clean tables in time.

We rested here in September 2024. The hotel is very nice. It is located well relative to the sights (the Presidential Palace is visible from the window), two kilometers from the Marina Mall (it seems to be nearby, but in this heat it is better to take a taxi for 12 dirhams). The mall in the next hotel is about nothing....
The food is varied; fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, soups, and more. Separately, I would like to say about cheeses with mold. They are of excellent quality. There are more than enough places in the restaurant. A small beach, but there are very few vacationers on it, because many of the guests are working people, they do not have time for the beach. Therefore, there are plenty of sunbeds. The area of the sea, fenced off by buoys for swimming, is also small, and at low tide it can be a little shallow, but you can still swim without any problems. Well, when the tide is in, then swim for your pleasure.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion - all this is in abundance. Toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving accessories on request. There are no problems with drinking water.
The staff is friendly, friendly, but there are problems with knowledge of the Russian language. The manager at the reception of the Plane tree helped out.
There is practically no animation (only live music in the evenings in the lobby). But for us it's more of a plus. Maybe that's why there are almost no vacationers with children.
Due to the fact that the hotel does not have balconies, it is difficult to dry clothes.
And of course I would like to observe the sea, but alas, there is no such opportunity.
And in general, we really enjoyed our stay here. I highly RECOMMEND IT!

A perfectly located hotel in the best area of Abu Dhabi. The beach is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. You won't find anyone available at 11:00. There were bedbugs in our friends' room on the 20th floor. The breakfast was varied, but there was always a dissatisfied person and a queue for making omelets and scrambled eggs. I had to give up my favorite omelet. The cleaning is usual, we had it in the evening around 18.00 when we were already in the room. They made do with changing towels, getting water and taking out garbage. At the reception, the Russian-speaking Plane tree is not at all amiable. She was outraged that Russians come and do not know English. So, learn the language, citizens. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. And very close by, the alcohol market sounds like a Cheer in Russian. Very close to the Marina Mall, by taxi 12 dirhams.

I liked the hotel as a whole.
Positive: good rooms, beautiful views from the Windows, excellent food, helpful staff, a good gym ass, its own seaside beach.
Cons: prices for drinks and food. I took full board. Coffee at the bar and on the beach - Americano 35 dirhams ($9.5), a glass of beer - 50 dirhams ($13.5).
Too much for me.
It was not possible to swim in the pool, upon our arrival it was closed for repairs, which somehow unexpectedly coincided with the Ramadan holiday.
Alcohol by the pool is freely available, but the pool is not...
Location - near Sheikh Zayed Palace and Emirates palace.
The nearest embankments/parks, etc. are 1.5-2 km away. Marina Mall shopping center is nearby.
As for me, it's beautiful, but boring.

Good hotel and service, speak only English, always try to help, prompt. The rooms are great, clean. The beach is like a small bay, but it is quite possible to swim, the sand is white, shallow, nice to go in. 1. The premier room has a large area of 42 m2 located on the 24th floor. (Also a table, two chairs, an armchair, a sofa, a TV and a bed, the light in the room is very conveniently adjusted using the panel by the bed)

5. A kettle with instant coffee and tea bags + sugar, cream + fresh bottles of water.

2. Breakfast is rich in choices, yes, it repeats itself from time to time, but you can safely eat 7 different days for breakfast and not repeat!
2. Dinners alternate between meat and fish with seafood! (The meat is top, always different, but seafood is generally a dump, be sure to try everything! Very cool!)
3. Fruits at meals are a separate respect, I have never eaten such delicious pineapples! The most delicious pineapples are here!)

1. Check-in is strictly according to the regulations. From 15.00, take this into account when taking tickets.
2. According to the type of food, if you do not have "all inclusive", specify what is included in your food, although they usually warn you what is included and what is not included in your food!

Breakfast is all inclusive on a turnkey basis
Dinner is all food, but drinks except water, juice and Cola for an additional fee, we found out about it in advance and everything is OK.
4. Alcohol in the hotel is expensive. 70 dirhams a glass of wine.
A bottle of wine can be bought in the store from 33 dirhams.
5. The pool is warm and heated all year round! It's January 7th, the pool is 29 degrees, and the air is 25!
Bottom line: awesome hotel, definitely a favorite! We definitely need to come!

We spent a week at this hotel, we liked the hotel! The food is excellent, for every taste: delicious desserts, cakes, a large selection of fruits, hot dishes, salads. Great respect to the cook! The rooms are cleaned daily, the location is great, the sights are nearby! The only negative is check-in at three, from 10 o'clock we expected a room in the lobby.

Great hotel. We are resting here now.
A nice beach (small, but there are always sun beds), a gentle entrance for children. I will not say about nutrition - we live in the Residence building (there is a kitchen in the room, we cook ourselves). We go to a cafe in the evening.
In the hotel restaurant itself, prices are too high, breakfast for three is 6000 rubles, lunch is about 8000 rubles, in the bar of a can of cola (for example) -650 rubles. I immediately write this in rubles :)
The service is excellent, Cleaning 👍🏻
The sauna is cool (although you can't take children with you).
The location of the hotel is super - close to the palace, Marina Mall, famous Etihad towers, Sheikh Zayed Monument.
In fact, there is nothing for children in the hotel)
Not exactly the same hotel format. But our 8-year-old princess was fine))
We are relaxing with friends - they also have children, we entertained ourselves perfectly.

Nice hotel, location close to some attractions within walking distance.
But the beach is not really good. Sunbeds, towels - everything is in order, there are always places, and, here, the sea is knee-deep and after a few meters buoys. I swam on foot, like in a children's pool and that's it...
But Abu Dhabi is close (20 minutes by car) to Saadiyat Island, there is a public paid beach there - the sea is gorgeous. One of the best beaches I've ever met.
Friday is Women's Day, men will not be allowed on the "Calais" beach.
There is a second one, I don't know the name, perhaps without such restrictions.

Excellent hotel at relatively reasonable prices, vacationed in October 2023, good location, its own beach , alcohol is sold in the bar, which is not in all Abu Dhabi hotels. The cuisine is acceptable, I consider gastronomy in principle not the strongest side of the UAE. I've never written negative reviews, but it's impossible to keep silent! The hotel is a horror!
1. The hood is bad, the rooms smell of cigarettes
2. In 6 days, cleaning was done 1 time, shampoos, water, paper are not brought in the rooms. We went to the reception three times, it's useless, they smile and talk now, in the end nothing. The second day there is no toilet paper and water in the room, they took out travel supplies, bought water.
3. The bay is very shallow and dirty, near waist-high buoys, the grass from the bottom floats all over the top
4. The pool is very chlorinated, we wash twice, the smell does not go away
Definitely, we will not return here, it is not worth the money, and even more so the 5th check-in.

Nice hotel. Of the minuses (judging by what I saw around, this is the trouble of all local hotels) - a very small size of the sea area fenced for swimming - in the morning you can walk to the buoys, in the evening - the tide, more fun. Very friendly lovely staff of the hotel, quickly solve any questions. I especially want to mention the chefs - just a magical kitchen, even for me, a vegetarian, there are a lot of dishes, the rest of the family is delighted. When ordering ultra all - deposit is not required.
