Perfect location 😃
Clean and quick service of house keeping,👍
I believe the F&B is not customised enough, in the buffet just green tea is chargeable,👎 that caused problem for Central Asian people, who like to drink hot beverages during dinner. I would like to ask the F&B department to be responsible for target audience and service customisation. I think it's shame for 5* hotel to make simple tea chargeable.
Nice hotel, has its own beach. Big thanks to housekeeping and valet parking guys, very friendly and professional.
Artisan kitchen better go for breakfast before 9.30am, after that so crowded, that waitress stuff not able to clean tables in time.
We rested here in September 2024. The hotel is very nice. It is located well relative to the sights (the Presidential Palace is visible from the window), two kilometers from the Marina Mall (it seems to be nearby, but in this heat it is better to take a taxi for 12 dirhams). The mall in the next hotel is about nothing....
The food is varied; fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, soups, and more. Separately, I would like to say about cheeses with mold. They are of excellent quality. There are more than enough places in the restaurant. A small beach, but there are very few vacationers on it, because many of the guests are working people, they do not have time for the beach. Therefore, there are plenty of sunbeds. The area of the sea, fenced off by buoys for swimming, is also small, and at low tide it can be a little shallow, but you can still swim without any problems. Well, when the tide is in, then swim for your pleasure.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion - all this is in abundance. Toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving accessories on request. There are no problems with drinking water.
The staff is friendly, friendly, but there are problems with knowledge of the Russian language. The manager at the reception of the Plane tree helped out.
There is practically no animation (only live music in the evenings in the lobby). But for us it's more of a plus. Maybe that's why there are almost no vacationers with children.
Due to the fact that the hotel does not have balconies, it is difficult to dry clothes.
And of course I would like to observe the sea, but alas, there is no such opportunity.
And in general, we really enjoyed our stay here. I highly RECOMMEND IT!
A perfectly located hotel in the best area of Abu Dhabi. The beach is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. You won't find anyone available at 11:00. There were bedbugs in our friends' room on the 20th floor. The breakfast was varied, but there was always a dissatisfied person and a queue for making omelets and scrambled eggs. I had to give up my favorite omelet. The cleaning is usual, we had it in the evening around 18.00 when we were already in the room. They made do with changing towels, getting water and taking out garbage. At the reception, the Russian-speaking Plane tree is not at all amiable. She was outraged that Russians come and do not know English. So, learn the language, citizens. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. And very close by, the alcohol market sounds like a Cheer in Russian. Very close to the Marina Mall, by taxi 12 dirhams.
I liked the hotel as a whole.
Positive: good rooms, beautiful views from the Windows, excellent food, helpful staff, a good gym ass, its own seaside beach.
Cons: prices for drinks and food. I took full board. Coffee at the bar and on the beach - Americano 35 dirhams ($9.5), a glass of beer - 50 dirhams ($13.5).
Too much for me.
It was not possible to swim in the pool, upon our arrival it was closed for repairs, which somehow unexpectedly coincided with the Ramadan holiday.
Alcohol by the pool is freely available, but the pool is not...
Location - near Sheikh Zayed Palace and Emirates palace.
The nearest embankments/parks, etc. are 1.5-2 km away. Marina Mall shopping center is nearby.
As for me, it's beautiful, but boring.
Good hotel and service, speak only English, always try to help, prompt. The rooms are great, clean. The beach is like a small bay, but it is quite possible to swim, the sand is white, shallow, nice to go in. Convenient location, near the Corniche, Emirates Palace, the Palace, there is a place to walk.
Positive
Location
1. Location view of the Emirate Palace and the Presidential Palace🔥
2. A good sea, for a family with young children it is chic and safe in general.
3. There is always a taxi at the entrance to the hotel.
Number
1. The premier room has a large area of 42 m2 located on the 24th floor. (Also a table, two chairs, an armchair, a sofa, a TV and a bed, the light in the room is very conveniently adjusted using the panel by the bed)
2. There is an iron and other amenities
3. Bath and shower
4. Soft pillows
5. A kettle with instant coffee and tea bags + sugar, cream + fresh bottles of water.
6. Carpet everywhere except the bathroom. (In the prev. they complained in the comments that they don't wash the floors, the only question is how to wash the carpet every day?)
Meal
1. Quality food
2. Breakfast is rich in choices, yes, it repeats itself from time to time, but you can safely eat 7 different days for breakfast and not repeat!
2. Dinners alternate between meat and fish with seafood! (The meat is top, always different, but seafood is generally a dump, be sure to try everything! Very cool!)
3. Fruits at meals are a separate respect, I have never eaten such delicious pineapples! The most delicious pineapples are here!)
The hotel itself
1. Check-in is strictly according to the regulations. From 15.00, take this into account when taking tickets.
2. According to the type of food, if you do not have "all inclusive", specify what is included in your food, although they usually warn you what is included and what is not included in your food!
We had breakfast and dinner
Breakfast is all inclusive on a turnkey basis
Dinner is all food, but drinks except water, juice and Cola for an additional fee, we found out about it in advance and everything is OK.
4. Alcohol in the hotel is expensive. 70 dirhams a glass of wine.
A bottle of wine can be bought in the store from 33 dirhams.
5. The pool is warm and heated all year round! It's January 7th, the pool is 29 degrees, and the air is 25!
Bottom line: awesome hotel, definitely a favorite! We definitely need to come!
We spent a week at this hotel, we liked the hotel! The food is excellent, for every taste: delicious desserts, cakes, a large selection of fruits, hot dishes, salads. Great respect to the cook! The rooms are cleaned daily, the location is great, the sights are nearby! The only negative is check-in at three, from 10 o'clock we expected a room in the lobby.
Very chic, good location. Opposite Emirates Pallas, a stone's throw from the presidential palace, the Corniche embankment, very clean and good water in the bay and the white sand shore. The staff is friendly and pleasant
Great breakfasts.
Great hotel. We are resting here now.
A nice beach (small, but there are always sun beds), a gentle entrance for children. I will not say about nutrition - we live in the Residence building (there is a kitchen in the room, we cook ourselves). We go to a cafe in the evening.
In the hotel restaurant itself, prices are too high, breakfast for three is 6000 rubles, lunch is about 8000 rubles, in the bar of a can of cola (for example) -650 rubles. I immediately write this in rubles :)
The service is excellent, Cleaning 👍🏻
The sauna is cool (although you can't take children with you).
The location of the hotel is super - close to the palace, Marina Mall, famous Etihad towers, Sheikh Zayed Monument.
In fact, there is nothing for children in the hotel)
Not exactly the same hotel format. But our 8-year-old princess was fine))
We are relaxing with friends - they also have children, we entertained ourselves perfectly.
Piano playing in the lobby in the evening.
Overall, we are happy with the rest.
Great hotel! I liked everything: the beach, the pool, the rooms, the restaurant!!! In addition, I would like to mention the animators from Russia Margot and Sasha - wonderful professionals, responsive and kind girls!
During the rest, there was a construction site on the floor of the hotel. Sand and dirt from the construction site flew into the eyes of people on the beach.🚧🔨🏗️
Several large dark jellyfish were found in the water every day 🪼🪼🪼
The view on the beach rests on a construction site on the next shore🤯🫣
My glasses were stolen from my room🙅♀️
The interior in the main area is very old-fashioned and tasteless, in the neighboring hotel wow, but in this case the designers were hired strange or have been doing it for a long time. Pool a bunch of people and kids, and all these people -not the guests, they come for a day by the pool (they are not visible neither Breakfast nor dinner, and every day is a new noisy people) 💩 probably the hotel rents people clean the beach and the pool and they behave very not pretty🙅♀️🫣
A classic hotel in a great location. There is a Russian-speaking staff, but not much. The choice of dishes in the restaurant is rich, but there is a shift to Indian cuisine: this does not spoil the overall impression - rather, it is a feature. The pungency of the dishes is balanced.
Nice city hotel.
Positive:
1. Lived on the 24th floor with a view of Emirates Palace. Gorgeous
2. Clean, daily cleaning
3. The food is excellent, especially on Friday and Saturday: seafood, fish, which will be prepared especially for you
4. Desserts - gastronomic orgasm
5. Sparsely populated
6. Location! Just very very convenient, easy to get to all the iconic attractions
7. Staff- sweethearts
Minuses:
A small territory, but at the same time clean
There is no sea) a bay from a bay with a construction site on the opposite shore) but clean
You pay for the location. A good hotel for good money. Beach, swimming pool. Within walking distance of emirates palace, Presidential Palace, emirates towers, monument to the founders. Breakfast is a little weak
Lovely hotel, excellent service, delicious food, white sand beach, clean pool, large room with large bathroom, cleaning every day, linen change once every two days. I recommend
A wonderful hotel! I liked everything from the lobby to the service of each of the branches of the hotel! if there is a desire and an opportunity, I will definitely come back! We stayed in the presidential suite and were delighted! There is a minimarket and two Abu Dhabi attractions nearby!
A delightful hotel. Very friendly staff, service, pool, kitchen are all at the top. I recommend. I would like to mention Chinara and Zeiniddin separately.
Great hotel, lived on the 25th floor, the view is incredible. The service is excellent, no complaints, the food is varied and delicious, the beach is clean
The food is delicious, the service is good, the staff is polite, the beach is small but clean, with white soft sand, the room is spacious, the bathroom is too. There was a damp smell in the room at the entrance.
Great city hotel, top location! The food may be monotonous, but there is everything: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, all kinds of vegetable salads, cold cuts, cheeses ... desserts are just a dump of the head) very tasty and unseemly. There was even borscht) the sea - not here for him, here is a small bay from the Gulf of Yu, opposite the beach is a construction site. But! The water is the purest! The pool is also small. The territory is not the forte of this hotel, but we were on a high- there are no people, no children ... beauty! The rooms are great, we had a view of the presidential palace, just honey for the eyes! Cleaning is daily. To get acquainted with AbuDabi and have a quiet time - you are here! I recommend
The hotel is nice new, modern, the breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are very small. The pool is too small for so many guests, it is not heated in winter. Near the walking area with restaurants, everything is very expensive and not tasty, but this does not apply to the hotel. It should be understood that this is not a resort, but just a city hotel, but milking this format, it is very expensive, there are better places for this price
Nice hotel, location close to some attractions within walking distance.
But the beach is not really good. Sunbeds, towels - everything is in order, there are always places, and, here, the sea is knee-deep and after a few meters buoys. I swam on foot, like in a children's pool and that's it...
But Abu Dhabi is close (20 minutes by car) to Saadiyat Island, there is a public paid beach there - the sea is gorgeous. One of the best beaches I've ever met.
Friday is Women's Day, men will not be allowed on the "Calais" beach.
There is a second one, I don't know the name, perhaps without such restrictions.
Excellent hotel at relatively reasonable prices, vacationed in October 2023, good location, its own beach , alcohol is sold in the bar, which is not in all Abu Dhabi hotels. The cuisine is acceptable, I consider gastronomy in principle not the strongest side of the UAE. There is a spa complex, a swimming pool, many attractions nearby - the Presidential Palace, Marina Mall, Etihad Towers. Service and maintenance at a height.
Great hotel. Modern rooms with great views, good food, the beach is not bad. The only drawback is that there is absolutely no entertainment for children.
A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Fresh coffee with dates and refreshing fruit water are always available in the lobby. A warm, clean pool, though it works only until 20-00, it would be possible to stay longer. Of the minuses, room cleaning, floors are not washed at all, dust is also not cleaned on surfaces. Only linen and towels are changed.
A great hotel, with good service and service, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but she usually comes in the evenings. Our room had a great view of the new and old palace. If you go as a couple, I highly recommend this particular hotel. There are 4 places to visit within walking distance.
I really liked the excellent hotel, the service is excellent, the beach is nearby, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the location is in the center, the cuisine and food are very tasty
The view is the best. The hotel itself is great, the food is delicious. The price of a skirting board for such a hotel, I recommend it. Not far from the royal palace.
I've never written negative reviews, but it's impossible to keep silent! The hotel is a horror!
1. The hood is bad, the rooms smell of cigarettes
2. In 6 days, cleaning was done 1 time, shampoos, water, paper are not brought in the rooms. We went to the reception three times, it's useless, they smile and talk now, in the end nothing. The second day there is no toilet paper and water in the room, they took out travel supplies, bought water.
3. The bay is very shallow and dirty, near waist-high buoys, the grass from the bottom floats all over the top
4. The pool is very chlorinated, we wash twice, the smell does not go away
Definitely, we will not return here, it is not worth the money, and even more so the 5th check-in.
I don't know who these people are who give the hotel 5 stars. The hotel is just disgusting. This is a stretch of 3 stars.
1. Disgusting breakfasts with raw waffles, watermelon and melon fruits
2. It is very shallow, it is impossible to swim
3. Dirty pool, sun beds and tables. Ants are eating something on them
4. It's very cold
5. A very tired room
6. The air conditioner stinks of dampness
7. There is no coffee in the lobby at all times
8. The staff is sad
In short, I definitely would not have come here a second time.
We had a rest in April 2024
Cons, the beach is dirty for this level of hotel, the food is too monotonous and the choice is not great at all.
If you eat with children, take 2 meals a day.
Prices at the Kon hotel.
Pros, a beautiful and respectable hotel with excellent views and rooms, conveniently located
A magnificent hotel, with luxurious interiors. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food. A well-equipped, not very large beach. Beautiful swimming pool.
EVERYTHING is in this 5-star hotel. The staff is friendly. My room is superiorum (superior) super, large (40 squares), 21st floor, great room. Its own beach, white sand, deck chairs, towels. Kitchen, food, a separate song. Diverse, mega-tasteless.
Great hotel. The beach is small, but the location is very good. The service and courtesy of the staff can also be attributed to the "advantages" of this hotel.
The hotel has already done its job. It is located next to the Sheikh Zayed Palace. The view from the window to the courtyard and the Emirates Palace Hotel is good. Take the floor above )
The breakfasts are good :)
Nice hotel. Of the minuses (judging by what I saw around, this is the trouble of all local hotels) - a very small size of the sea area fenced for swimming - in the morning you can walk to the buoys, in the evening - the tide, more fun. Very friendly lovely staff of the hotel, quickly solve any questions. I especially want to mention the chefs - just a magical kitchen, even for me, a vegetarian, there are a lot of dishes, the rest of the family is delighted. When ordering ultra all - deposit is not required.
A very good hotel, clean, well-groomed and cozy territory, good location, excellent rooms, decent food and service staff. Separately, I want to mention the girl from the reception Plane Tree, a wonderful person, always helped us in everything and the bartender Shashi, a great, cheerful, attentive and helpful guy
The hotel has improved a lot) the rooms are in excellent condition, the breakfasts are decent, there were enough shizlong, the staff is excellent. Sometimes the room was not cleaned on time (too late, after 15h) the location is excellent! I recommend it!!!
A good hotel, good food, sometimes it is crowded, then it is not quite comfortable, the pool is small, but there is a large beach, there is no open sea, a fairly shallow pool with warm water.
A lovely hotel with an Arab atmosphere.
Friendly staff, daily cleaning.
On the beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, towels are all free of charge
Delicious breakfasts, fragrant coffee and divine waffles and chocolate.
