Dear tourists, this is not five stars! Three is a stretch. The hotel is old and dirty. Dirty everywhere: in common areas, corridors, restaurant, rooms. Repairs were obviously not done for a very long time, everything is very "worn out", unpleasant odors. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. One of the advantages is the first line, a good range of food, especially for dinner. For those who prioritize comfort, cleanliness and a beautiful picture, you definitely do not need to come here. We stayed at this hotel from July 20 to August 1, 2024. Unfortunately, this hotel has finally lost its attractiveness in all respects!
The beach and recreation areas are constantly littered with garbage. Feral dogs and cats in large numbers everywhere have been running since dawn and none of the staff cares about them. There is a lot of dirt and household waste in the water and at the bottom of the sea in the water area of the beach. The deck chairs are dirty, the mattresses are old, plates with leftovers and glasses with unfinished drinks are scattered on the beach and pontoon. The room stock needs repair, especially plumbing. There is clearly a shortage of staff both on site and in the main restaurant and bars. Food and drinks are very modest for 5 stars.
There are constant queues, especially during lunch and dinner.
The administration reacts to the requests of vacationers either late or often ignores them.
The price tag for a vacation does not match the expected quality.

The pool and the water in the room, on one day they were very perehlorinated, it stank terribly, and it was not possible to stay in the room at all after taking a shower, since the smell of chlorine was unbearable.I had to sleep in the room for one night with the hood turned on in the toilet and the window open. The room is generally clean. But there is a but ...the door was stuck, it did not open the first time, there were several bolts in the handle itself, mold formed in the corners of the shower from the water. The cleaners do the cleaning every day , but randomly, the sand is just scattered around the room , or in total it 's better to just pour the sand into the shower that was collected from the room , and not even wash it off . And they probably don't wash the shower at all. Because the faucet was splashed with water , and it hasn 't been wiped all week . You always have to ask for toothpaste with a brush, for some reason they just don't report it. It's time to change the beach towels, they're tired. We stayed at this hotel with my wife from May 29 to June 5, 2024.
1. It is very far from Bodrum Milas airport. Moreover, an "ace driver" was driving from the airport, who did not stop at the stop signs and drove freely along the oncoming lane - we got there in an hour. The young guy who was the first (or second) was driving back I drove a mechanic once in my life. Super careful (200 meters uphill in first gear), everything is according to the rules - in the end 2 hours.
2. The hotel itself is very small (as the Turks themselves say - very expensive land), surrounded by birdhouses. In the photo, the entire territory of the hotel is circled with a green marker. One building, reminiscent of a Soviet boarding house in style. 2 swimming pools. 1 restaurant (rather a huge dining room)
Bend your fingers - there is no pharmacy, there is no exchanger, from the shops there is a leather goods store inside and a mini-market right at the exit, in which there are no price tags or stickers on the goods. When asked about the price, two very friendly Turks (having assessed your solvency by eye) name the price in Euros. For example, Lays chips are 3 Euros...
On the downside, the nearest town is Turgutreis, 20 minutes by car, and Bodrum is even further away. For some reason, there is no transport from the hotel - either a taxi or public transport. From personal experience, it is 40-45 minutes on foot to the nearest pharmacy in any direction...
The hotel is very old, once they spared no money for it - marble, granite and all that. But time is running out, and money is needed to maintain it in good condition - and a lot of it.
3. The rooms are very modest - from personal experience at the 3-star level in St. Petersburg. The feeling that the floors were not washed at all - you had to walk around the room in slippers, otherwise the soles became dirty very quickly.
A double bed, a mattress "3 years older than Krupskaya", very uncomfortable pillows (as if they were stuffed from the inside with cotton pads, and used ones). It took a whole special operation to get a second blanket, and the fact that a duvet cover was needed could only be explained with the help of a Yandex Translator. The bed linen is stained and often has an unpleasant smell.
The main complaints are about the bathroom. The door does not close, ventilation problems, very dim lighting, a very dirty sink with old stains, a rusty guide rail on which a badly battered shower head hangs... There was no shampoo, no shower gel, no toothpaste- just soap in the dispenser
The air conditioner worked according to its schedule, he did not perceive any of our actions from the word at all
4. The food in the restaurant is good and varied, no better or worse than in other hotels. But on one of the days, Turks came to rest in huge numbers (as they later explained to us - when the hotel is not loaded with tourists, they make a special offer to the Turks) and the restaurant was simply paralyzed - pictures of confused tourists wandering in search of a place everywhere.
The bars left a strange impression. On drinks, we had an Ultra All Inclusive. But at the same time, for some reason, imported drinks were for an additional fee, and those cocktails that were poured were just terrible. On the other hand, burgers and fries were at the level of Minced meat or Miratorg, that is, very decent.
The sea is 5 plus. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is very comfortable - 50 meters will be shallow. Two pontoons for those who do not want to walk in shallow water.
But the beach is not perfect either - the sunshades are made of clay and sticks. It is necessary to move the deck chairs 20 times during the day. There is a lot of smoking on the beach and throwing cigarette butts in the sand. Moreover, during the week of our stay, we did not notice any traces of cleaning on the beach.
Of the vacationers, mostly pensioners (Poles rested during our arrival). Quiet, calm, there is no entertainment (the nearest in Bodrum is 20-25 Euros for a taxi in one direction).
The service is different - in a better restaurant and bars, in worse rooms.
Very loud music almost all day. Since there is only one building, there is nowhere to hide. In the evenings, live music is played, a man and a woman sing, a repertoire and an amateur performance.
As a result, there is a feeling that they save a lot on everything and especially on tourists. Of course, the Aegean Sea is just a delight, but we will not come to this hotel anymore. It is designed for an extremely unassuming audience, for whom the main thing is the sea and unlimited alcohol. The same Poles are just delighted

We rested at this hotel in June 2024, the location is good, I agree, but the condition of the hotel led to a sad mood - if you like to relax in a clean and well-maintained hotel, then you definitely should not come here. I was here from 06/22.23 to 07/22.23 with my little son (8 years old) I really liked the food, I liked that the food flowed like a river, lots of fresh fruits, cocktails, sweets, animation for adults and children. During the day there is a wonderful children's room, with a modern ps5, and other games. Excellent, always smiling staff who are ready to help even at night!! Thank you so much for this wonderful vacation. Next time, if I choose a hotel, then only Azure by Yelken 5.

A few advantages in this hotel are sunsets and the sea, it is clean, beautiful, but very cold (for some reason tour operators are silent about this) and another plus is the ala-carte fish restaurant, very tasty, beautiful, clean.
Everything else is just terrible, dirt, garbage everywhere, the stench is terrible on the street, in the corridors, in the amphitheater, you can die like that...
They don't clean the pools, the whole territory is literally covered with sand and garbage. The so-called ashtrays in umbrellas, they are just unrealistically dirty, smelly scary. The urns on the beach are filled with steers, ashes, mud!
In the water park, although it is difficult to call it a water park with only two slides, they do not monitor safety at all, people literally roll on top of each other, while the guy watching the pool swims in it and enjoys himself.
The beach is generally a separate topic, it is not removed from the word at all, cigarette butts, tubes and much more accumulate there day after day. Panton is never washed, it is buried in garbage, sand and stones.
The deck chairs are in a terrible, disgusting condition, they consist entirely of sand, everything is covered in dirt and rust.
Beach towels, finding where to get them is a whole quest, if they are on the ground floor in the Spa, but for some reason they cannot be replaced during the day, if it is wet, for example, they are given only once a day.
Restaurant...this is an ordinary dining room, there is no variety, as they say here, everything is the same every day. Moreover, the hotel is filled with families with children, not a single dish has an inscription whether it is spicy or not. Breakfasts are generally monotonous, five fried eggs and nothing else. For some reason, in the country of tea and coffee, you can't just drink tea with dessert, you need to drag a mug of tea from the lobby bar to the dining room, but you can't bring dessert to a bar where there is tea and coffee! A 5* hotel and such strange rules!
Animators are not visible during the day, they will dance near the pool for half an hour and in the evening a mini-disco for half an hour, the rest of the time only music screams.
It's very boring, and no one really entertains in the evenings either.
The area behind the hotel generally leaves much to be desired, dirt and a terrible stench. And through all this you have to go to the water park and the amphitheater ...
It's hard to call this 5* hotel after visiting it once, there is no desire to return here ever again. And you feel somehow as unkempt as this hotel.
There is no children's menu, but if onion rings and potato sticks are considered a children's menu around the clock in all cafes, then yes there are many of them, despite the fact that they are not always fried in fresh oil, sometimes the smell and taste are so-so.

We went to two restaurants in Alyakarta, a Turkish kebab and a fish one. the sea is nearby, the first shore, the rooms are clean! guestleshn (employee with guests) Asly and Dilem are the most beautiful, especially the Russian-speaking girl Nafisa! We stayed at this hotel from August 19th to 26th. It is really dirty here and constantly smells unpleasant on the beach. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there are old stains in the bathroom, dirty deck chairs on the pier. Lanterns are working on the pier through one, this is a beautiful location for photos, but apparently there are no funds for new lampshades and light bulbs. Convenient descent from the pier into the sea. There are paid private gazebos. The food is without frills, the meat is delicious, the dishes are varied, fruits and vegetables are plentiful, there are a lot of sweets. Here you can not drink tea or coffee with sweets in one place, you need to go to the lobby bar to take drinks and go to the restaurant with them, to take sweets there, I asked why such a system is the answer of one of the employees is simply impossible, managers scold, it's strange of course, I don't see any difficulties organizing everything for a comfortable stay for guests. There is dirt in the kitchen, the plates are all in the soot, it is very unpleasant to observe the cooking process in such conditions. The staff is inattentive and not punctual, they celebrated an important date for us, my husband ordered a bouquet, they did not bring it by the time, I had to go to remind them, they asked for a vase and glasses twice, we did not bring a solution, of course, but minus the hotel service. What our tour operators say about the European level of service here is nothing more than a trick, if someone has vacationed in Europe, they will be disappointed with the local level. Apart from slippers, shower caps and dispensers with shampoo and soap, there were no accessories in the bathroom anymore, the same is strange for a five-star hotel in Turkey. Animation for adults was once in the afternoon, in the evening there were dance entertainments for children several times, music plays all day.

Safe in the room. Mini bar (juices) and this is included in the price of the tour. The Internet catches almost everywhere. In the room too. And apparently the cleaning of the room here consists only in changing the bed linen. In order to do something in the room or fix it, you need to contact the reception several times during the day! We have been staying at this hotel since June 28, 2022. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars. The territory is small, the rooms are very tired, as one of the vacationers of the "Three Kemer" said.
Check-in: we had a paid room with a sea view. As a result, we are settled in a room with a view of a side hotel and pipes, and in the distance, the sea is slightly visible from the side. To my claims that we actually have a sea view paid for, they told me - well, can you see the sea?! In short, for 10 euros we were moved to a large room with a sea view, which was also tired and unhealthy. In general, Russians and Kazakhs are settled in the worst rooms according to a strange principle, everyone complained. All rooms in the left wing that do not face the pool - there you risk breathing sewage.
The food is normal, but we are tired of the monotony on day 7. The Alyakart restaurant is a poor parody, tables were set up on the 4th floor like in a diner, the food was tasteless, a huge piece of salmon was undercooked, they went to eat in the main restaurant. Desserts are tasteless. I confirm the mojito - they are just too lazy to grind mint, they just throw mint sugar and pour it. There is nothing to do in the hotel, there is an embankment in both directions - but there are hotels under construction, mud and deserted. There is animation in the hotel, but also the same name - for all 10 days they squatted in the pool every day and turned on the same music. Room cleaning is also atas - they do not wash the plumbing and every cleaning they take something with them, then slippers, then a second towel - as if they are mocking. The vacationers are 80% Turks, 10% Europeans and 10% Russians and Kazakhs. Ah! There are slides - but these are essentially 2 slides in a shallow pool to which you need to go through the exit from the hotel and work by the hour. We never went out.
The only plus of the hotel is that we went to the SPA, it's not bad there, Balinese girls, the staff is very decent!
In short, I do not advise you to go here - the cost does not correspond to the stated one.
