We drive here through the whole city, although there are 3 vet in our area.clinics. We turned to Dr. Vasilkin. He performed a very difficult operation on our big dog. (Swallowed 2 elastic bandages). The dog is alive and well. Many thanks to the doctor. The highest professionalism and reverent attitude towards pets. Recently, we drove an elderly Labrador named Zosia. Fracture of the hind leg. They were putting up a plate. The doctor Kuzmin operated and observed. Thank you very much and bow low! The dog walks normally. I read the reviews.....Keep two people on the X-ray or for an additional fee.the fee....People, what are you talking about?! I have applied repeatedly, and help has always been provided. I have never paid extra money. Moreover, Dr. Kuzmin took the Labrador dog out of the operating room with me and helped me put it in the car. The dog weighs 58 kg! Such responsive doctors as in this vet.I have not met the clinic anywhere. I will apply only here if necessary, despite the fact that geographically for us this is the "end of geography".

Today we came to their clinic, asked the cost of installing a urinary catheter to a cat, it says 40 rubles on the website, they announced 300 rubles, well, okay. We said that we would think about it now and decide whether we would put it on. So while we were thinking, the young ladies at the reception were unceremoniously sitting and discussing us. Of course, we have already rejected their services on principle! Shameless! I do not recommend it!

A good clinic, there are narrow specialists, and the prices are reasonable, they sterilized the ferret, of all the clinics that accept ferrets, they chose this one, because the rest are profiting, supposedly an "exotic animal", here the price was the most acceptable for the operation (3 times cheaper, they gave us about 600 rubles in the doctor's office), everything was successful!

They urgently went to the clinic when the little kitten became ill. I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. Doctor Dmitry Badulin is quite indifferent to patients, although they arrived almost hysterically that the kitten was dying. It seemed that no one wanted to solve the problems, and all that was said was like, "well, your kitten is not well." Assistant Mikhail Konoplyanik left the worst impression. There was also a complete lack of participation, there were no attempts to at least calm us down. Then she also called the clinic at night, because the cat had blood in her urine, to ask if she needed to be taken to the doctor urgently, or if she could wait for the morning. They answered "well, you can bring it, we'll see", to the question of what you will look at, whether there will be any tests (at least in advance, all questions were answered by both the doctor and the assistant, or "I don't know", or they answered what I already knew. I can't say anything about professional competence, but the attitude towards clients is very indifferent. They do not voice their manipulations until you ask them, and even more so their cost. Then they put ivs in this clinic for several days while waiting for an appointment at another clinic. In aibivet, they made a preliminary diagnosis of panleukopenia, although even I understood that it was not her, which was later confirmed in another clinic. Of all the clinic staff, Victoria, Mytko's assistant, left a more or less positive impression, who at least answered questions directly and properly.
The clinic is suitable for those who, for not the lowest cost, are ready to tolerate the indifferent attitude towards themselves at the reception from the receptionist girl (not from everyone), constantly wait for their turn, and eventually sit with the feeling that you and your animal are just interfering with doctors' lives. It felt like I was sitting in a typical state-owned polyclinic, where everyone was with unhappy faces.
Perhaps there are good doctors in this clinic, but the ones I encountered only caused me irritation and a desire not to appear in this clinic anymore. I would like to have a more attentive attitude towards each of my clients, after all, in 2021, the cost of services should include a minimum service.

In 30-40 minutes, the dog's teeth were brushed, the loose ones were removed. (they also cleaned the tear tracks on the face). They gave away the handsome one!!!
Anastasia Dmitrievna Gutnik performed an ultrasound of the heart in this clinic. For the first time, half of the dog was not shaved under ultrasound, which was a pleasant surprise!

Yesterday, my husband and his dog were at this clinic. After visiting a doctor at Korzhenevsky, who suggested pyroplasmosis based on the symptoms. The lab here has not confirmed it. They offered to repeat it in two days. Although all the symptoms refuted this analysis.. They gave me a piece of paper with dashes and a note at the bottom, which sometimes does not show the analysis, so come back in two days. But the symptoms screamed that the tests were not correct. The husband and the dog went to another area. And there, three hours later, the diagnosis of pyroplasmosis was confirmed. They started treatment. The dog even came home by himself. I went for a walk this morning. But an hour after the walk, he was gone...And you say to wait two days.
But what would happen if the diagnosis was confirmed immediately, at the Prushinsky? Was there a chance to save the dog? .. I think I was. But now I don't want to go to you at all. By the way, the dog was given two tests in another clinic. And they were able to identify the disease. And the doctor at the first clinic also saw what was wrong with the dog without your stupid laboratory. And you two days, two days..

I definitely do not recommend Aibivet! We arrived by appointment more than once and never got to the appointed time, we had to wait at least 20 minutes. Some administrators are also on their own wavelength, they are not distinguished by politeness, they talk with indifference and arrogance. In a state where you come for help for your pet, such communication is not at all useful! The characteristic features of the clinic are the maximum number of doctor's appointments, ultra-fast and superficial examination of animals and questioning of owners, unjustified prescribing of antibiotics right and left. In general, in this clinic you treat one thing and cripple the other!

The measures were taken instantly, the cat was rescued, a caesarean section was performed, and sterilization was performed at the same time so that there would be no consequences. It healed perfectly. The stitches were removed on time and also perfectly. They took the kittens for a check-up. In general, communication with the doctor left only positive impressions, it is clear that the person loves and understands the treatment of birds.
