Hello, I ask the management to punish the cashier N.V. Prozorova for unprofessional performance of her duties!!! On August 22, this cashier incorrectly entered the passenger's last name on the ticket. As a result, the entire Kostanay-Yekaterinburg bus was delayed for 2 hours at the border, in connection with this, I and my two children did not have time to catch the train!!! Tickets purchased in advance are missing! No one returned the money!
