We entered the restaurant absolutely by accident: I wanted to eat and it is further away from the road than others. We ordered one hodgepodge, Caesar salads with shrimp and poached egg, fried avocado and shrimp, chicken breast with Romesco sauce and crumpled potatoes. A spoon, two forks and a knife were brought from the appliances for two customers. I realized that lettuce leaves were born in this cafe, since a large amount of this ingredient was laid out in each plate, we must pay tribute to good quality, five shrimps were laid out, well cooked, dried tomatoes were piled, and the difference was avocado, and in the other one a tiny poached egg. The hodgepodge is simply edible.Romesco sauce for chicken breast, it's just adjika with too much garlic and without a single nut. For some reason, the crumpled potatoes were represented by baked two tubers in the peel. The cook is on the soap, the waiter is there too. The price tag is unreasonably high.I do not recommend it.

To begin with, the service in this institution is the worst that I have ever met in my entire life.
During the gastrofest, I booked a table for Saturday evening in a few days, gathered a small company and expected to have a good evening and eat delicious food.
We arrived a little earlier than the table was booked, and I just decided to check with the staff if there was an opportunity to sit down earlier, because it was cold and rainy outside. From the moment I arrived at the establishment, I immediately realized that I was not welcome here, the staff ignored my presence and continued to go about their business, although it was obvious that I was standing next to the bar and wanted to ask something. When I finally caught the waiter (who, by the way, has quite long hair that was not tied and clearly had been in more than one dish of the guests), I asked my question and also decided to clarify whether my reservation was valid in 20 minutes, because I saw that the place was full boarding. Unfortunately, the waiter could not help in any way, but the bartender talked to me and explained that they did not know when the table would be available, because "they understand everything, but the guests do not understand." Unfortunately, booking a table in this institution does not mean that the table will be free, it all depends only on what time the previous guests decide to leave, who were also not informed by anyone that there is a time limit.
After such a "warm" reception, my mood was spoiled, I would have gone to another place, but, unfortunately, without booking at this time of day, there were no empty tables anywhere. In this regard, we had to "fight" with the staff for some time for the right to finally sit down and eat. They talked to us reluctantly, no one wanted to solve the problem, and there was simply no competent person who could help. The bartender also told us that since we were already so negative, it was better for us to choose another place altogether.
When we were finally given a table, the waitress did not offer drinks, did not ask for anything, we had to go to the bar ourselves, look for the menu, and then catch her to order drinks. We were sitting right next to the bar, but we still made drinks and carried them for a very long time, although by that time half of the hall was already empty. And so it was in everything; no one took away the dishes, they also had to be reminded about the desserts, so they forgot to take them out. Both waiters were hiding somewhere and all the guests were left to themselves. If I wanted to do self-service, I would have dinner at home.
I would like to note that we were not the only ones who were unhappy, other guests also complained that they had asked for the bill 20 minutes ago.
There were also good moments: a very tasty hot dish from the set, tiramisu and drinks. Thanks a lot for that!
I can describe my dissatisfaction for a long time this evening, but I hope that this information will be enough for the management to think about hiring at least one competent person, and not five very young people who do not know how to communicate with customers at all and do not think about the reputation of the institution.I will avoid this place and obviously cannot advise, thank you for your attention.

I was at Gastrofest. The first place I visited with my wife. Pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very young, but that didn't stop us from having a good evening. High-quality service and fast food delivery. Everything was delicious, especially the dessert)

I'll probably start my reviews with a description of the staff and service.
We booked a table a couple of days in advance for 4 people, arrived at the appointed time, asked the waiter which table was for us, because there were a lot of free ones. He pointed us to a certain table at which we sat down. The table was terribly dirty, covered in some red spots, and generally not cleaned. When the waitress came up with the menu, we asked to remove the table, to which we were offered to move to another table, arguing that this one would dry for a long time after cleaning. But as it turned out, this was not the most unpleasant thing)
We moved to another clean table, the menu was brought to us only alcoholic beverages, then as it turned out, at the moment the cafe specializes only in gastronets, and they do not have the main menu during the gastrofest. Well, since we've come, we've already decided to try the set. The waiting time for the set was less than 10 minutes. During this time, the kitchen turned into a passageway, several guys entered the bar and kitchen area in outerwear. The waiter was young with long loose hair, served the guests and took out dishes from the kitchen, not only with his hair down, but also constantly adjusted them with his hands, throwing them over his eyes.
When we decided to order drinks, everything we chose was out of stock. Shots and some types of whiskey. Of course, it is very unpleasant.
Next, they brought us a set and then the expectation began - reality.
The mashed potatoes with meat were delicious, but did not correspond to the declared sizes. I can't say about the weight - they didn't weigh it.
The soup was too salty, but the pasta saved the day. But from the taste of smoked eggs, there was nothing left but salt, as if a spoonful of salt had been eaten. Probably too much soy sauce.
The salad mixture will be added to the salad.
Bruschetta and tiramisu are the most delicious of the whole set.
Bottom line: there is no menu, alcohol is partially consumed, the service and sanitary condition are disgusting, the taste qualities also leave much to be desired.
I would not like to return to this institution anymore.

I've booked a table for two for the Gastrofest. All the details were discussed on the phone: the date, from how many to how many (2 hours), how many people, whose name, phone number.
I came, it turned out that my armor was missing. It took a long time to find out in whose name she booked, how much of a person. As a result, they were seated at a table. The menu was not brought, I had to go for it myself, there were no napkins, I asked for napkins. I thought, "Well, everything happens, they're in a rush, there are a lot of people, a gastrofest." But when they came up to me and asked if I would be alone (my friend was late) and I say for the umpteenth time that there are TWO of us, they ask me: "But you know that our table is limited in time?". I say, "Yes, I know, 2 hours." During the gastrofest, they give 2 hours everywhere, plus it was also discussed at the time of booking. The girl answers me: "No, 30-40 minutes. I was told to come to you and warn you."
I'm shocked!! Not only that, they messed up with the armor and instead of somehow apologizing or figs with it, they placed us normally, limited the time from 2 hours to 30 minutes. We solved the problem perfectly.
I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to write negative reviews, now I can't and won't keep quiet! I won't set foot there anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone. The mood and impression is spoiled.

The staff needs to gain experience.The interior is like in an ice cream maker of the last century.Very bright lighting.A place for outerwear has not been thought out (there is a small hanger at the entrance where clothes hardly fit).Three stars for good dishes.I do not recommend it.

In general, the gastrofest menu was 5/10. But that's not what made me write the review. The joke was with the voucher. They asked me to bring the bill. The girl came up, I said I have a voucher. Is she saying that she should have presented it earlier?? I mean, before, why couldn't they have been warned in advance if they had some strange conditions? In short, I did not quarrel because of 10 rubles, but I definitely will not return here.
P.S. the voucher is activated, you can no longer use it in another institution.

Borscht, bruschetta, pancakes are very tasty.
We took the hot stuff, all the meat is excellent.
The coffee is good!
It's even good for us that people are all crowded in other places, and there is always a table for lunch or dinner.

We have been to the cafe more than once, but just yesterday 08/10/24 we came, no one served us. they brought the menu in 6 minutes without drinks, everything was torn up, they said they would bring the second one, we waited for 10 minutes, but no one came up to us, there was not a full landing, there were a lot of waiters.
there was a smell of the kitchen, there was nothing to breathe,
the atmosphere was good, but the staff was in no way.

Today we visited this cafe again: I was interested in the gastronomy of the USA (it looked very appetizing in the photo).
Let's start with the pros. We quickly booked a place, the receptionist is polite and responds quickly on Instagram.
Everything else is no good. The service is zero: every time you need to call the waiter, then bring the appliances, then pick up the plates. The food is absolutely tasteless, and the HOT was brought cold...
bottom line. A 2/10 set for a delicious pancake cooler, the interior is quite pleasant.
P.S. When we were there for the first time, the waiter mixed up the order, and the meat in one dish was of different roasts.

We decided to visit this place by booking a table in advance. The menu was brought to us immediately, but no one was in a hurry to take the order. After 20 minutes of waiting, they called out to the waitress themselves, she promised that she would come now, but no miracle happened. After another 10 minutes, we just stopped the waiter and asked him to take the order. It turned out that half of the dishes on the menu are missing, not even pizzas! Well, that's fine! We chose from what we have! Five minutes later, the waiter came and said that they had asked us to tell them that the prices would be higher, since the menu had changed! It is not known how legitimate this is, but we agreed with this, as long as the food was brought faster. The waiter came five minutes later and said that the equipment was broken and he would be able to take the order only in half an hour! To my requests to bring a complaint book, they brought a book in which the sheets were torn out and simply put inside!!! In short, what kind of food we never found out, but the service is just something!!!!

We were in this institution on 07/27/2024, everything seemed nice and wonderful before the dishes were taken out into the hall. After a couple of minutes of "eating" the dish, a cockroach was found crawling on the table. The waiters immediately decided to hush it up, convincing that it was a moth))) But when leaving the establishment, it was clear from a conversation with the "manager" that this was not a moth at all and this was not the first case.
In summary, I can say that the lentil soup was not bad, the staff was friendly, the waiting time was short. Decide for yourself)))

Terrible service! We came to the cafe for dinner and after we sat for a few minutes and selected dishes from the menu, we were told that half of the dishes were currently missing. After that, instead of the ordered tartare and shrimp salad, the waiter brought TWO shrimp salads. After that, for some reason, they brought it to us again, but this time a different waiter. After an hour of waiting, the tartare was not brought to us, so we decided to pay for everything and leave, but they didn't let us do that either. They came up a few more times and asked if we wanted to wait for this unfortunate tartarus.
The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired, the shrimp salad (which was called caesar, but that's too loud to say) had a ton of mayonnaise and salt.
I hope that in the future the owners of the institution will pay attention to the quality of the staff.

A new cafe in Vitebsk. Very cute interior with pink and mint sofas. Cool menu. In my opinion, they have the best French fries in town. I had lunch at this cafe yesterday. I ordered a gastroset. I liked the especially successful salad with liver. Beautiful presentation of all dishes. The staff is always polite. I recommend you to visit.

We visited this wonderful place a week ago.
We ordered salmon in ginger-lime glaze on a honeycomb with a pear (on the recommendation of the waiter), a Chateaubriand steak, two salads with fried avocado and grilled shrimp. We also ordered mulled wine and broth (we made them pretty quickly, we liked it)
The serving of the dishes is interesting, the mustard dishes were cooked for 30 minutes, salads for about 10-15.
The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. All the dishes and drinks that were recommended to us were to our taste and pleasantly pleased each of us.
The atmosphere and music leave behind pleasant impressions.

When you come to the restaurant, you pay not only for the food, but also for the atmosphere, but the staff will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable in the canteen! We were sitting at a table littered with empty dirty plates, with a load of two tables, we had to catch the waiter every time or go to the bar.
There is no music in the institution either, sit in complete silence, when they already told us about it, they turned on one song, and that's enough! And so several times I asked to turn on the music, but the staff smoked icos on the bar!
It felt like we had come here and were making it difficult for the staff to live this beautiful life with our orders and requests!
And yes, I didn't want to leave tea for such work, but it's the waiter who decides, not you! you just don't get your change.

As a result, the pizza was burnt, and dessert was brought with gastro. As a result, we were counted a salad with liver for 16 rubles.+ dessert 9p., remains 13 rubles (which should have included fish soup and paella with seafood!) we were replaced with burnt pizza! As a result, they cheated and ruined the evening, the staff is not customer-oriented, however, as is the institution itself.

There were two times.
For the first time, we ordered a burger with beef and salmon in ginger-lime glaze on a honeycomb with a pear.
Maybe it was a long wait, considering that we were the only ones in the room. But I liked the dishes, the portions were quite large and hearty, the fish was fresh and a good piece.
The second time there were four of us, we ordered beef tartare, salmon, wok, avocado toast with poached egg, white fish with spinach and cream cheese and chicken breast with romesco sauce.
We were also satisfied, the portions are large, the meat and fish in the containers are fresh and delicious, two of these portions were enough for four.
We were satisfied with everything, we will visit another institution.
