Not bad. It could be great, but the advantages of an excellent location and modern, well-equipped rooms are broken down by the disadvantages of administration.
I must say right away that the hotel is of a fairly high level and the impressions of the stay were generally positive. At the same time, there are a number of problems that a hotel of this level simply should not have.
The first and main thing is the discrepancy in the price of Booking.com the actual cost of living. Due to local taxes and tourist tax, the check for a four-day stay increased by $250. There was no information about this at the time of booking.
Second, it's sloppy cleaning. It's not very pleasant to find the belongings of previous tenants in the corners. But we did not find a compliment from the hotel (a set of oriental sweets), which was announced by a welcome sign on the table. Either they forgot to put it on, or they removed the sign.
Third, ugly leaky showers. We had two adjoining rooms, flowed in both. Although there are quite a lot of reviews on this topic on Yandex and Booking, for some reason the administration does not respond to them.
The breakfasts are good, but not very varied. It's the same thing every day. In my opinion, it would be worth introducing a menu for at least a week and changing some dishes. It would also be nice to have a cook in the hall to cook a hot omelet or scrambled eggs.
In general, according to the idea of Ateca, this is a high-quality European 4*, in fact, the hotel still does not reach this level due to the negligent attitude of employees to their duties

In general, I liked everything!
The room is large, very comfortable! The staff is attentive.
The location is good, on a quiet street, but the main highway is very close.
There are not many disadvantages, unless the furniture is slightly "tired" (but this does not catch the eye) and the breakfast is meager, in my opinion, but you will not stay hungry.

Great hotel! Everything is new, everything is convenient. From the availability of a sufficient number of hangers and bath accessories, to the relaxation spa area on the ground floor. The massage therapist knows his job! The receptionists are professional, everything is fast and to the point. We issued the documents for departure clearly (we were on a business trip from the company). At our request, they gave us an extra hour for a check-out, up to 13 o'clock, without any problems. Breakfast is also a credit. I definitely recommend it.
P.S. located in a good area of private houses and embassy residences, it's just nice to walk) plus 250 meters away there is an exit to a busy square, a street with restaurants and shops, including alcoholic ones, for whom it matters)))
It took 5 minutes to get to the subway.

Convenient location. It takes 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Nearby (5min) Rustaveli street. You can find a catering establishment for every taste: both European and national cuisine. Near chaikof, dough, figs, etc. Hospital market. Further away, but you can also take a walk. To see, to walk along the new avenue, who is interested.
The metro is 10 minutes away.
The standard room was quite comfortable. The air conditioning system copes with the heat. There are questions about the shower: the drain angle is not quite right. The water was ankle-deep and is pouring out in places. But this is not really a question for the hotel.
Separately, I would like to mention the excellent responsive staff. We left on August 10, and on August 12 we returned from Samarkand and had to leave our things in the luggage room for half a day. We went to the meeting without any problems. and for free.
I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Clean, cozy, polite staff, decent breakfast. The disadvantages include a shower cabin flowing around the perimeter, windows are blown through the seals quite strongly, the TV only works on YouTube. Convenient location next to one of the main streets. Almost all the restaurants and cafes we were interested in were within walking distance. Lebanese cafe, Bakery, Gust(GOST or gosht), Irish pub. Nearby there is a large 24-hour supermarket basket. And there is a small shop 15-20 meters away. Its own secured Parking. Friendly, courteous staff. Good knowledge of English and Russian. The standard rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have everything you need. Clean and quiet. Very good breakfasts. It is important for me to eat right and tasty food. Although the breakfast was the same for 4 days, I was completely satisfied with everything. Good coffee, tea. Water, juices. Porridge, there are always good vegetables and some pickles, several egg dishes, sausages, toasts, sweets and fruits. Once during the stay, pilaf was prepared for 13 right in the parking lot. A great way to learn the recipe for real Tashkent pilaf and chat with the chefs. Now about the sad thing, what blurred the arrival... My wife went to get pilaf without me. They brought a cold one. She pointed it out. She was offered to warm it in the microwave. When the chefs found out about this, they were at a loss. The girl in charge of the waiters withdrew herself and was extremely unfriendly in the future. At the same time, her colleague, an older girl who worked on other days, was always very friendly and always tried to help even in the smallest difficulties. And the important thing is that payment is accepted only by cards or in SOM. You will not be able to pay in dollars, euros or rubles. If there are dollars in 10 meters, there is a 24-hour automatic exchanger.

Great hotel and insanely comfortable service! Just 10/10. Breakfast, buffet, egg dishes, porridge, lots of ripe fruits, fermented dairy products are included. Responsive reception 24/7 Large beds with orthopedic mattresses and pillows. If you want to spend your vacation with maximum comfort, then I recommend this hotel.

The impression of the hotel was blurred by the attitude of the receptionist at the reception. We wanted to book a room upon our return to Tashkent in a few days. We agreed with the girls at the counter that if we book directly, and not through booking, there will be a good discount. But on this day it was not possible to make a reservation, and the male receptionist the next morning rolled out such a price to us that any desire to book a room disappeared. The price turned out to be twice as high as at the booking! All attempts to beg for a discount came across a severely wrinkled forehead. Well, then we will either book through booking (let the hotel lose the commission on this), or we will take another hotel, of which there are many in Tashkent.

Tastefully decorated and halls and rooms, friendly staff, good cleaning, very comfortable mattress and pillows, huge bed, cash breakfasts, we bought them on arrival, there is coffee from the coffee machine. It is located near the airport, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and there is a good restaurant in the hotel itself. We will be happy to return. The only thing they could not cope with the split system, it was cold all the time. It would be possible to have some kind of instruction in the room.

Well, we decided that apparently we need to cast lots for whom, it's a little strange. And there was 0.33 water in the room for everyone, we had to run to the store. There are no shower caps in the bathroom, and after taking a shower, the entire bathtub turns into a lake (. The second time we stayed in a corner room, there was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom(. And I would like to have air fresheners in the bathroom, combined with the bathroom. I can safely give this 4-star hotel 5 stars! An unforgettable fragrance greets you at the reception, the staff is as polite and delicate as possible. The most comfortable beds. In a 2-bed room, the bed width is 2 meters, and the blankets are probably 2.50. Excellent breakfasts and the restaurant itself. But there is no possibility to have lunch and dinner in it. There is a spa on the 1st floor, but it was not working at the time of our trip, so I cannot assess the quality.

Very friendly and helpful staff!
The location is great. Right in the center, but not on the main street- it's quiet. The room is quite spacious, the two of us were quite comfortable.
The ATM where MIR cards are accepted is 5 meters from the hotel. The hotel also has a good coffee shop and a restaurant serving breakfast.
The only thing is that the SPA didn't work. For these little things, I'm sure it will be repaired/ completed soon.
