Excellent hotel, very well located, the staff is 200% polite. The only negative is breakfast. Every morning is the same, the choice of dishes is very limited. Otherwise, it's great.

I really liked the Hotel! It is impossible to single out anything specific, because everything was perfect: from caring staff to clean rooms; from the atmosphere to attention to every detail.
I would especially like to mention the wonderful restaurant where breakfast is served. High-quality products, delicious dishes and excellent coffee from Julius Meinl.
There is a Spa area, I went to the hammam several times. The only thing is to warn in advance about the visit, because it may not always be ready "here and now".
Excellent WI-FI, it was very comfortable to work. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, all necessary hygiene products, water supplies.
I liked it so much that I passed through the Hotel 2 times.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, well cleaned, even personal belongings are neatly folded for a small tip. We gave things to the laundry, they were returned after 4 hours :)
Delicious breakfasts, a nice table is served.
The staff is polite, always ready to help, friendly guys. We arrived at 4 a.m., we were warned in advance that we would be there at that time. They were waiting for us, they immediately met us on the street and helped us with our luggage, it's nice))
There are minor nuances that you don't even want to find fault with for such a pleasant room rate))

Yes, and be careful with your things, it's better to put everything of value in the safe, the cleaner stole the air pods :(( there was apparently little tip)

Nice hotel,
Special thanks to the guys at the reception, they are very intelligent, well-mannered, it feels like they have received a good education. We went to a meeting, extended our stay in the rooms for free until 17.00. And this despite the fact that the checkout is at 12.
The location is close to ideal, the main attractions are within walking distance (Registan is ten minutes away at a leisurely pace)

We traveled with a youth group of friends. 60.67 and 69 years old. All from different cities and countries. We stayed for two days upon arrival in Uzbekistan and before departure. It doesn't make sense to talk about the location. Yandex taxi works. The price to the center is 1 dollar, to the outskirts-2. The breakfasts are perfect, the coffee in the coffee shop is good. There are tables outside. It was an introduction. Every employee of the hotel is trying to help you. Not to please, but to make you better! Thanks

A new and very stylish hotel not far from the city center! Clean and very well equipped rooms, bathrobes, slippers, safe.. in each of the rooms that we rented, we were waiting for a compliment from the hotel. The staff, breakfasts, drinks and the general atmosphere are at a high level. High-speed elevator, Internet and 24/7 service

In general, the hotel is new, beautiful, pleasant, and has a good breakfast.
Of the cons:
- the rooms are not heated
- the staff does not work well: they forget your order at the restaurant (and there is no one there except auntie); they do not say that the hammam should be booked in advance; they take your passports upon check-in, and ask you to wait until the keys are ready, and when you come for them after 40 minutes, nothing is ready.
- the hammam is poorly made, it is impossible to touch the handles due to the fact that they are heated.
- the plumbing seems to be new, but the shower is already not working well

Upon check-in, dollars were not accepted for the room, they were accepted everywhere in the country, I had to go in the evening to look for an exchanger, the hotel staff were unfriendly, even I had to carry my luggage to the room myself.The room is very nice, clean, but they give little water (two small bottles) and for two one bag of coffee three in one and one bag of green tea one black, no bathrobes and slippers, no shampoos and gels are added.

Good day .I stayed at Ateka more than once, unfortunately my last visit, the hotel deteriorated, especially the kitchen (there is no menu (3 types of salad in total)the food has become very bland in taste .What delicious pasta and pastries there were.Now baklava is off the counter) the girls try, but sometimes they forget the order or are very slow.There is not much choice for breakfast.Well, at the prices of an expensive menu, for tasteless food
