Good enough hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is good as well.
Room for improvement: haven't washed cups and bring new water to the room during the cleaning.

Love this hotel for everything! Moreover for cheap and proper priced. You can find here almost what you need. If you adore fitness do not hesitate to visit FitnessPalace which is next to the door.

The location is convenient, the view is beautiful. Very cozy, thoughtful room, clean, everything works; polite staff, all issues are resolved quickly. The breakfasts are varied, there are saunas, a swimming pool. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.
On the downside: on the 27th floor there is a typical restaurant with European cuisine. There was no view because of the fog; the food was typical like in any hotel without a hint of Kazakh cuisine, expensive and pointless

A beautiful and cozy hotel. Excellent location, easy access to all attractions (by taxi, and to some on foot). The rooms are large, bright and cozy. The furniture in the rooms is not new, but in good condition and it adds some kind of monumentality and luxury. I wasn't there for long, but I was very satisfied. The staff is very friendly!

It's a very nice hotel. One of the best hotels in Astana. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, it rarely happens that the breakfasts were so good. The view of the city was simply stunning, the photo was attached, we lived on the 17th floor, everything is like in a fairy tale. The restaurant on the 27th floor is excellent, the food and staff are above all praise. I recommend it to everyone. The price is consistent with the quality.

It's a very nice place. Excellent location (I came to the Expo). Gorgeous !!! breakfast in the morning. The room is clean and comfortable. Well, even a mosquito can't hurt your nose here. It is clear that they are "networked", but they keep the brand. Insanely polished staff, Clear, to the point, Well done guys!!! You can already give 5 points for this. Parking in front is too small, But this is the norm in Astana ((( And still, yes, I will definitely come again ;-)

It's a very cozy hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. Everything is clean and tidy. The bed is fresh, the bed is soft and comfortable. Beautiful hotel, good location, convenient transportation. Nice staff. Delicious breakfasts from 06.30 to 11.00. The rooms have slippers, bathrobe, towels, water, kettle and more. Excellent sauna, sauna, large swimming pool. We really liked it!!!

I advise you to take an improved room. I lived on the 13th floor, the views are amazing. The room is large, with Windows on 3 sides, There is a bathtub, a shower, and a bidet, as well as all necessary accessories. There is water in the room, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning, cleanliness. The Saad Hotel in Astana is a real oasis of luxury and comfort! From the moment of arrival, I was greeted by excellent staff who are ready to help with any request. The rooms are simply gorgeous: stylish design, spacious rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.
Separately, I would like to note the excellent view of the city from the window. Every morning began with a delightful sunrise, which was mesmerizing in its beauty.
Breakfast in the restaurant is a separate story! A rich selection of dishes, excellent quality and attentive service make the morning meal a real holiday.

Beautiful hotel! The receptionists are great! Checked in earlier, extended check-out later due to circumstances!

The third day. In the morning we leave the room, there is a maid standing near the room with a cleaning station. I told her: please clean the room. We live together, the garbage has accumulated. We come after lunch - ta-dam! The room is not cleaned! A call at the reception. A girl comes in. I'm going to clean up now, don't you want to go for a walk! I don't want to! It's -27 outside!
I rustled in the bathroom for 10 minutes, picked up the trash from the baskets and that's it.

There is no drinking water. There are only 2 bottles of 0.5 in the room.
There was also a nuance about booking: there are 2 rooms on the booking site - one turned out to be with breakfast, the second was not. The price was the same at the reception... the surcharge for breakfast is about a third of the room rate and this price difference does not greatly please the accounting department.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a room with a view of the Khanshatyr. The interior of the room is spacious, clean and tidy. There is a great bar on the 28th floor if you don't want to leave the hotel in cold weather, but you want to have a good time. I also want to mention an equally important detail of the hotel - the swimming pool. The depth is 1.70-1.80 if I'm not mistaken. There is a Jacuzzi, a shower room and a Finnish sauna inside the pool. I liked everything, but I would like the pool to be a little warmer. In general, everything is fine!

Just words of unimaginable delight from staying in this hotel, I lived in a view room on the 20th floor with a stunning view of the city. The room had all the amenities, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hob, a mini-bar, an ironing board, an iron, a kettle, a hair dryer ... a set for shaving and brushing teeth, a bathrobe! Within walking distance from the hotel there is a mosque, three large shopping centers, a Ferris wheel! I recommend this hotel 100.1%.

A nice, but already tired hotel. Good, but the same breakfasts every day with a fun range of edibles from chicken sausages to sturgeon. Ad Nauseamingly kind front office. Maybe in order to enter, a signal comes to the brain through the eyes - or maybe knock first? There is a small pool with a spa, a lot of people in it in the evening and zero in the morning. Khanshatyr and another shopping center are within walking distance. In general, it's quite good for your money, but repairs would not hurt in places.

Everything is still on top. After the change of ownership, the renovation of the tired interior began, the elevators were updated and made bright and modern. There is a loyalty program of its own, which, by the way, is quite pleasant to itself.
The executive living room has a gorgeous view and delicious dinners.

This is the former Marriott, the name remains on the building. The interior is a little tired, the hotel is clearly not new, but it still feels like a good level. The breakfasts are good, there is a wide variety, there are dishes to order, even poached or they can make porridge on the water. There are elements of national cuisine. The mattresses are very comfortable, not newfangled with a memory effect from which the back hurts all day, but of normal stiffness where nothing bends. The most advantageous location, all the interesting places can be reached on foot. Thank you for your hospitality, next time we will stay here!

The hotel is decent, but does not match the price.

It feels like it was Marriott. The price is super comfortable. The room is very warm even on the street -26 turned off the battery because it's hot. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious and quiet on a high floor overlooking the central boulevard. The breakfast is traditional with very tasty chakchak - I recommend it. Room service was regularly ordered. Borscht is good. Chip and Fish is great. The pool with saunas and gym are very high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.
