Good enough hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is good as well.
Room for improvement: haven't washed cups and bring new water to the room during the cleaning.

Love this hotel for everything! Moreover for cheap and proper priced. You can find here almost what you need. If you adore fitness do not hesitate to visit FitnessPalace which is next to the door.

The hotel made a pleasant impression. Great location, if you are in Astana for the first time, this is the place where everything is close, many attractions are within walking distance. I advise you to take an improved room. I lived on the 13th floor, the views are amazing. The room is large, with Windows on 3 sides, There is a bathtub, a shower, and a bidet, as well as all necessary accessories. There is water in the room, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning, cleanliness. Excellent staff, breakfasts are quite sufficient, everything you need is there. You can pay with a Mir card. There is a SPA with a swimming pool. I would have come back here.

A good location, although there are not enough restaurants and cafes nearby.
The rooms are cozy, large beds, beautiful furniture. The only thing missing is a bathtub. The view from the window is very good.
Of the cons: the quality of the room cleaning (as I moved in, I found some women's hair, old pasta caps in the bathroom. Once I brought sand on my shoes from the street, and it stayed with me until I left). I can't say anything about breakfast, as it was not included in the room rate. It's a very nice hotel. One of the best hotels in Astana. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, it rarely happens that the breakfasts were so good. The view of the city was simply stunning, the photo was attached, we lived on the 17th floor, everything is like in a fairy tale. The Saad Hotel in Astana is a real oasis of luxury and comfort! From the moment of arrival, I was greeted by excellent staff who are ready to help with any request. The rooms are simply gorgeous: stylish design, spacious rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.
Separately, I would like to note the excellent view of the city from the window. Every morning began with a delightful sunrise, which was mesmerizing in its beauty.

Just words of unimaginable delight from staying in this hotel, I lived in a view room on the 20th floor with a stunning view of the city. The room had all the amenities, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hob, a mini-bar, an ironing board, an iron, a kettle, a hair dryer ... a set for shaving and brushing teeth, a bathrobe! Within walking distance from the hotel there is a mosque, three large shopping centers, a Ferris wheel! I recommend this hotel 100.1%.

Everything is still on top. After the change of ownership, the renovation of the tired interior began, the elevators were updated and made bright and modern. There is a loyalty program of its own, which, by the way, is quite pleasant to itself.
The executive living room has a gorgeous view and delicious dinners.

This is the former Marriott, the name remains on the building. The interior is a little tired, the hotel is clearly not new, but it still feels like a good level. The breakfasts are good, there is a wide variety, there are dishes to order, even poached or they can make porridge on the water. There are elements of national cuisine. The mattresses are very comfortable, not newfangled with a memory effect from which the back hurts all day, but of normal stiffness where nothing bends. The most advantageous location, all the interesting places can be reached on foot. Thank you for your hospitality, next time we will stay here!

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a room with a view of the Khanshatyr. The interior of the room is spacious, clean and tidy. There is a great bar on the 28th floor if you don't want to leave the hotel in cold weather, but you want to have a good time. I also want to mention an equally important detail of the hotel - the swimming pool. The depth is 1.70-1.80 if I'm not mistaken. There is a Jacuzzi, a shower room and a Finnish sauna inside the pool. I liked everything, but I would like the pool to be a little warmer. In general, everything is fine!

There were no towels "not washed" in the SPA.
There is no drinking water. There are only 2 bottles of 0.5 in the room.
There was also a nuance about booking: there are 2 rooms on the booking site - one turned out to be with breakfast, the second was not. The price was the same at the reception... the surcharge for breakfast is about a third of the room rate and this price difference does not greatly please the accounting department.

Maybe in order to enter, a signal comes to the brain through the eyes - or maybe knock first? There is a small pool with a spa, a lot of people in it in the evening and zero in the morning. Khanshatyr and another shopping center are within walking distance. In general, it's quite good for your money, but repairs would not hurt in places.

The hotel is decent, but does not match the price.

The location is good, the breakfast is delicious, varied, WiFi is working.

It feels like it was Marriott. The price is super comfortable. The room is very warm even on the street -26 turned off the battery because it's hot. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious and quiet on a high floor overlooking the central boulevard. The breakfast is traditional with very tasty chakchak - I recommend it. Room service was regularly ordered. Borscht is good. Chip and Fish is great. The pool with saunas and gym are very high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great, the view from the 17th floor is gorgeous. The room is clean and spacious, in the city center, across the Khan Shatyr road. The only thing that I could not estimate the breakfast for 11500 tenge, it is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11:00. I arrived at 10:30, as if nothing had happened and they had not reported.

We quickly got from the airport, quickly settled in, one room was upgraded to a category. Cosmetics could be better. The bed is approx. The superior room had a smoky smell. I would like to get a capsule coffee maker in the superior room. On the second day, he asked to clean the room before lunch and clear the blockage in the sink - at 16 o'clock he found out why nothing had been done. But then the staff were efficient, they took into account the criticism. Breakfasts for 5* are very scarce; either in Astana they do not know how to feed in 5 stars, or the general standard of living is pushing. For example, a miserable omelet for the whole hotel is prepared by one person with an appropriate waiting period. There are enough waiters, but the food is rustic. There is no red fish. Small pieces of herring. The choice of meat and cheese is limited. High-quality (expensive) products are not offered (sausages, complex cheeses, ex fruits). It's amazing how the KZ is not under sanctions. Tea is the usual greenfield bags. In short, Marriott died and everyone forgot about him. I liked the spa, especially the pool area.

And the whole stay at the hotel was perfect.
In addition to the impeccable service of the hotel as a whole, we will separately highlight the kitchen for breakfast and an excellent view restaurant. There was an early departure, we were prepared huge bags with a snack. In the restaurant - we recommend ordering a hookah!. The spa has nice steam rooms, jacuzzi, the pool was cool.
But especially for travelers - be sure - please yourself with a massage! Just give yourself more time to rest !

A good hotel, you can walk everywhere from it (Khan Shatyr is generally across the street), it takes 15 minutes to walk to Bayterek through the park. If you're lucky, there will be a great view from the window (I was lucky, they gave me a room on the 19th floor), with panoramic windows, a cool theme. The hotel does not accept mir cards (none), only foreign bank cards/cash. Unfortunately, it was not possible to check out the pool. The breakfast is normal, not to say super chic, but decent. Room service is 24 hours, convenient, you can order pizza in the room and eat it while enjoying the views of New York (oh, sorry, Astana)

The hotel is not bad, but not for 5*, but for 4*. Well, in general, the photo and the hotel do not quite match :) The photo is much better than it actually is. But this does not mean that everything is bad, it's just that the impression in some places is not exactly what they want to present it.
Positive:
1. A good location and the view from the hotel is super!
2. The rooms, we had the ones that were taller and bigger, we liked (but there are nuances)
3. The staff is super-active and diligent, and very friendly, especially everyone who is on the first floor! I would like to say a huge thank you to them! (but there are questions for other workers, more precisely cleaning)
4. Food - we didn't eat much, but we liked both pizza and salads.
5. The bar/Restaurant upstairs is just awesome in the evening!
6. Breakfast - surprised! Everyone agreed that they are probably the best so far of all that they have ever tried in hotels in Kazakhstan!
7. There is a bonus carat that you can just buy for 50t tenge and immediately get bonuses like late checkout - it's cool
Which is not very good:
1. SPA ... everything is sad here... the water is cold, plus there is little space and with children when there are some "prof" swimmers there, it is very uncomfortable and uncomfortable (agree it is uncomfortable in the SPA - this should not be)
2. Well, it's dirty... It 's even too dirty ...
3. Tired rooms ...
4. Sooooo tired elevators and corridors, many of us have compared them to corridors from horror movies :)
5. Room cleaning is sad... and not only the numbers ... maybe there aren't enough people or something, but everything is very dirty (even the rooms)
6. Elevators are not on the cards, anyone can ride, it is not safe
The verdict:
Doesn't match the photo, but overall a nice hotel with friendly staff and lots of amenities and a step away from a lot of attractions. A little tired, but definitely not bad. At 5* I think it still does not fit, 4* is stable. Well, let's hope that the cleaning issue will be resolved, and the elevators and corridors will be restored.
