An authentic hotel, very cozy, romantic and Armenian-friendly!
Of the advantages :
A private courtyard with flowers and greenery, a rocking chair, tables where you can spend time at breakfast or dinner.
The rooms are clean and cozy with "vintage" furniture.
A mini-museum with a collection of antiques , books, and dishes.
The staff is always smiling and hospitable.
Of the cons :
Of course, it's a long way to Republic Square and the Opera , although I'm a fan of walking, but even for me it was difficult, I had to take a taxi.
An iron is a disaster !
Replace it urgently!
There is one iron for all rooms, you can take it at the reception. But if you don't want to ruin and stain your clothes, then it's better not to use it!
I decided to iron a WHITE evening dress! And it was ruined.
The mood is zero, extra money and time have been spent ......
I will not shoot a star, of course, but such seemingly small things sometimes matter when choosing a hotel.
In general , I recommend it , I think next time I 'll stay there too 👍

Even at the stage of searching for rooms, I fell in love with this hotel. I was looking for a beautiful, comfortable and large room and a little authentic, to the best of the Armenian flavor and European restraint.
And just to come in and feel it with my soul, because for me it is important to have complete comfort and joy from spending time in the room on vacation. And since I'm not coming for the first or second time, there is something to compare it with (the main thing in the hotel is clean, cozy and warm.
Moreover, in real life, the territory of the hotel turned out to be much more comfortable than in the photo.
Aspar was perfect, so I chose a two-room room with a large sofa and a bed. Large bathroom with hairdryer. And plus, the hotel has a small kitchen. On the territory of the patio, which is cozy, despite the proximity of the road. And of course the location is close to the center. It's impossible to believe that everything is perfect, but it's true.

Authentic atmosphere in the lobby.
There is a shared kitchen where you can have breakfast...to drink coffee.. tea..
Spacious rooms with a wonderful mattress and a huge bed (which is not unimportant..if not to say that it is very important).
Friendly receptionist..the money was given a day after arrival (as rubles were changed to drams)
, Good Internet and the location of the hotel.
One of the disadvantages is that on October 25 there is no heating and it is not very comfortable in the room.
The cleaning is so-so...floors and surfaces were left without wet cleaning...

A lovely cozy stylish hotel in the center of Yerevan. We stayed for one night, but I'm sure we'll definitely come back for a little longer. Helpful staff, an amazing museum on site, a green recreation area, very quiet and cozy. All the sights of the city, delicious cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

In general, the hotel is not bad, the location is relatively convenient, Republic Square is probably 35-40 minutes away slowly. Room cleaning for three- there are clouds of dust under the table, the sink has probably never been washed in three days. Several times they asked to replace the toilet brush (the handle was lying separately next to the brush - they said it was so special and so they did not replace or fix it), There was not enough curtain in the bathroom, when you take a shower everything splashes, the TV did not work either. One unsuccessful attempt to fix it was left, even though we didn't watch TV, but in the evening we wanted to turn on the World Cup final. There is a separate kitchen where you can cook.

A comfortable and clean hotel. I have always preferred non-chain hotels with their own atmosphere. This one is exactly like that. Friendly young guys are the administrators. There is a park nearby. The consulates of Slovakia and Argentina are adjacent. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Gourmet shop and buy good products there, exchange money and have a snack with coffee and croissants.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan. All attractions are within walking distance. Our room was very beautiful, spacious and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they will help with any questions. The hotel has a patio where you can have a snack outdoors or relax on the swing. I have just returned from the hotel where I stayed for 6 nights. A lovely, cozy hotel. It will be an excellent choice for those who appreciate authentic hotels where you feel at home, thanks to the care of the staff. The hotel has a large selection of different room categories. Even the standard room is spacious. Many rooms have a private entrance from the street. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle. There is a shared kitchen where you can warm up food, make coffee, which is always available in the kitchen, as well as tea. Republic Square is a 15-minute walk away. A very quiet area of Yerevan, without the hustle and bustle. Nearby there is an exchange office, a grocery store and many cafes and restaurants. But the main thing is the excellent staff of the hotel, who will surround you with care and attention, ready to answer any of your questions and help you solve any problem. A lovely cozy hotel with clean rooms and helpful people. A beautiful cozy courtyard, almost in the center, everything is within walking distance.
I only want a partition in room 2 between the room and the toilet and a partition in the shower (it turns out to be open).
The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook and take coffee and sugar. But I want the hotel to have full breakfasts (there is such delicious food in Yerevan).

Booked in FEBRUARY!!!! three rooms at the Aspar Boutique Hotel for 5 days from April 25 to 29, exactly an hour before departure, the manager called us (for some reason from the Moscow room) and informed us that something had happened to the sewer and they were moving us to another hotel ((( The prospect of being outside in the middle of the night in a foreign country, after a three-hour flight, so-so, I had to agree. And despite the fact that the new hotel is located much further from the center, at the intersection of two busy roads, at first I even wrote a good review for not leaving, found a hotel, sent a taxi, and most importantly, promised that the price would remain according to the reservation. But it didn't end very well ((( Again, exactly a day before, when we only had to spend the night, we were informed in the new hotel that we needed to pay almost 25% to the cost that they calculated for us upon check-in and we paid it in full.
Already now we understand that Aspar Boutique Hotel either has visitors who agree to a higher price per room for our rooms (May holidays are ahead); or it is necessary to promote a new, unknown to anyone and not very convenient hotel Hotel Dynasty.

Хороший отель! Нам понравился! Компетентный и приветливый персонал. Кровать хорошая, белье идеально выглажено, хорошее новое. Номера чистые. Хорошие пушистые махровые халаты . Фен полноценный мощный. Заселили быстро даже без бронирования, с выселением тоже не торопили. Внутренний дворик очень атмосферный, ухоженный, тихий.
