On July 8, the ordered sofa bed Domo Pro was delivered to us. The workers who were assembling the sofa left very quickly, and we did not have time to thoroughly inspect the sofa. After the workers left, we found a tear in the fabric at the end of the sofa. We immediately called the movers, they told us to contact the office. We contacted the office, left a complaint, the commission arrived in 10 days, they promised to replace the sofa within a month (I attach a photo of the document). A month later, they called and said that the replacement of the sofa was refused to us. We offered a 10% discount ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE! Yes, what kind of next purchase can we talk about in this case?! I refused, they promised to contact me the next day. A week later, I called myself, and Victoria's employee promised to sort out my question. A few days later I called back and said that everything would be sorted out, a new sofa would be delivered to us within a month. But that never happened. For 2 months I called and tried to get a clear answer, but every time there were some excuses. As a result, it turned out that we were simply fed promises to solve the problem just enough to pass the deadline for contacting the consumer protection service. During this time, I've worn out all my nerves, we've had to go to the office several times and live with a torn sofa. Shame on you! We have not received any compensation, nor a new sofa, nor the elimination of the marriage!!! For the first time in my life, I am faced with the fact that new furniture turns out to be damaged through no fault of mine, but a serious company, instead of helping with solving the problem, is fooling its head and feeding breakfast. I am disappointed with such a service and an irresponsible approach to my work. I strongly recommend that anyone who orders from this company do not hesitate to put on glasses or inspect every inch of new furniture with a magnifying glass, since you will not be able to prove anything later. But the furniture collectors clearly saw this hole and kept silent! Be vigilant and do not think that a large company is a guarantee of decency and quality! I think it's better not to count on their promised 10-year warranty either.
On December 28, 2024, we ordered a mattress, a lifting mechanism and a mattress pad. Paid in full. According to the contract, the delivery period is 25 days, but we received a call on 02/20/2025 (the girl introduced herself as Kristina) and offered to deliver a mattress and lifting mechanism, she said that there was no mattress pad yet, after thinking about it for a couple of days, we agreed. On 02/26/2025, a mattress and a mechanism were delivered. 03/15/2025 they called and said that our mattress pad was located on the other side of the city and we could pick it up, I did not receive a clear answer to the question about free shipping and asked to call back on Monday 18.03. On Monday, no one called. On Tuesday afternoon, I called myself and it flashed by... No one could say anything about the delivery, the logistics did not pick up the phone at all, and on the phone specified in the contract they told us to contact the seller at the outlet from which we bought (Kristina also disappeared after the delivery question and did not pick up the phone). Finally, the seller on Matusevich offered to arrange Yandex delivery (at the expense of the store), when I asked how I would check the quality of the product, she replied that it could only be returned if I did not print it. finally: I arranged that I would pick up the mattress pad myself at the nearest shopping center, where I would look at the goods in the presence of the seller. Of course, I won't order anything else at Ascon, and I don't advise others, unless you want to wait 2.5 months and find and pick up your product yourself.
