Located in the old town. very comfortable. The hotel shows Uzbek nationality. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very very good for breakfast. We recommend.

I really liked the hotel. We stayed with friends in April. Excellent location - the very center of historical Bukhara. All the sights are nearby (5-10 min walk). The breakfast is a buffet, the menu is varied, there is even porridge. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any question. I was very pleased with the courtyard with a swimming pool. We would be happy to recommend this hotel.

It is located on the border of the old town, the walls of which can be admired directly from the room window. Everything is nearby - restaurants, shops. The room also has everything, the breakfast is standard for Uzbekistan, a lot of sweets and fruits. Coffee from the coffee machine is provided by the staff.

Room 060 was very cool, despite the warm batteries. Apparently the north side... Complaining about the cold to the reception staff had no effect;
- I asked my 11-year-old son to fill the kettle with water to warm up with tea, but there is no cooler. They poured half a kettle of water in the bar and told me to bring 15,000 soums.

The hotel has been much renovated, good repairs have been made, the interior has been improved, it has become warmer, more comfortable and more cozy.
The location is just great.
The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. Terrible and tasteless. For all the time of my stay in this hotel, I had breakfast only 1 time. I ate 3 times on the street. Because it was not tasty. The staff is nice and helpful.

Standard room - no internet, no dental kit. The towels are grey, there is no electric kettle in the room. They nod at requests for help and nothing is decided.
Very indifferent employees.
It is impossible to enter the parking lot, there is no employee on site, and once entered, it is impossible to leave, since the employee locks the gate and goes home.
We didn't find a single cooler with drinking water in the entire hotel, but there is a bar with naturally unrealistically inflated prices.
Unfortunately, the big name did not meet the expectations.

Nice hotel. However, it is already old. The disadvantage is incomprehensible navigation and huge corridors, until you reach your room you will go crazy.
The WiFi is not stable, it is constantly disappearing.
If you come to breakfast in the middle of it, there won't be enough dishes, the food is slowly brought. Instant coffee for breakfast, you can buy money from a small machine.
The plumbing is already leaking, the taps are leaking.
