This hotel is very good! I really do advise you to visit it if you haven’t yet since the staff is so friendly and the rooms are cosy, it’s downtown Astana so you’re going to be able to visit any place you want to! 10/10

Aruna aka Versal. A homebrew for such a price is not even worth anything. The room is cozy, the main thing is simple. All the sights are nearby. There is a Gala mart supermarket (large) within walking distance. It was quiet when we checked in and stayed. I recommend it for a couple of nights. The airport is nearby. There is a polite staff member at the reception. There is a shared kitchen, but it was not used.

I liked the stay at this hotel, in general, the hotel coped with its task. I needed to stay at the center for a couple of days. There were few guests, no noise, and the staff was friendly and courteous. I arrived a little earlier, but I was checked in without any problems. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, and water in the lobby.
According to the number, there are some drawbacks visible in the photo + the ventilation in the bathroom did not work well. I liked the room, comfortable mattress, good pressure in the shower, hot battery. I didn't see any insects or other animals.

The best hotel on a trip to Kazakhstan where I stayed.
Competent and meeting administrators.
The room is clean, large, and comfortable.
It turned out to work calmly and in comfort.
On the day of departure, they were allowed to stay an hour longer than the time of departure, as they had to carry out an important message.
There are no breakfasts, but there is a coffee shop with tea, milk, coffee, sweets, there is a kitchen where you can cook /warm up food.
To stay in Astana only here, I made a choice for myself =)

After the unsuccessful experience of the first day of visiting Astana, we got to Versailles on the recommendation of a taxi driver, for which we are grateful to him. It is very cozy, clean, the staff is very responsive, attentive, my daughter and I liked the hotel, the location is convenient, Our cottage restaurant is nearby, which we also recommend to visit. Thanks to the girls for the reception, but keep in mind, the sound insulation is lame.)))

The hotel is located within walking distance from the symbol of the city of Bayterek. There are many cafes and shops nearby for different budgets. If you like hiking, you can easily walk to the amazing Khanshatyr shopping center in its architecture. In summer, fountains and flower beds will be added to this. There are also plenty of exchange offices, banks nearby, there is a branch of VTB Bank where you can withdraw tenge using our (Russian Federation) Mir card.
There are no complaints about the number, I chose the most inexpensive one. The bed is large, the blanket is warm, shower, toilet, clean. Slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, toothpaste, brush, everything in the room. Upon request, the room will be cleaned and towels will be changed. In the hall there is a cooler with boiling water and cold drinking water, tea, coffee, cookies, there is a refrigerator. The staff is friendly. If you need a US visa, go here) it takes 10 minutes by taxi to the embassy. There is a legend that everyone who came for a visa and stayed at Versal gets this very visa) I did it)It was in early April.

Dirty, cold, dead room
For a family of 4 people, there are 2 pillows and 2 towels upon check-in, although the room was booked in advance and all the points were clarified. I added one star only for round-the-clock check-in.

The hotel is cheap, but I gave it a solid five. First of all, you can forgive him for his location :) All the sights except the EXPO were within walking distance. There were breakfasts and it was possible to eat them, but if we pay 3 kopecks for breakfast, then we need to understand that it will be like this. Tea and coffee are free throughout the day. Clear. There are slippers, a bathrobe, and washbasins. It was a little hard to hear the neighbors behind the wall, but it depended on what kind of neighbors there were. The staff is nice and friendly. In general, an excellent economy class hotel.

The only plus is the location that everything is accessible!
- Check-in from 14:00, but I asked earlier to check in at 11:00, I had to pay 3,000 extra for an early check-in.
- Be prepared that at exactly 12 o'clock you will be evicted from the room or an additional payment of 10,000 thousand tenge.
- There are no breakfasts and no meals of any kind. There is only an opportunity to warm tea.
- The girl was not always present at the reception.

When booking a standard double room online, they write that the location of the room is on the 9th floor, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AGAIN! Only the guests live on the 9th floor!

- IN THE ROOM, THE MAKRITS LIVE LIKE AT HOME, it's a pity I didn't take a photo.
The description stated that they speak English at the reception and again it's a complete lie, they couldn't settle in front of me talking only in English!

The photo in the booking application and the 3-star status does not correspond to reality at all. Everything is old, rusty, the walls are cardboard, you can hear the neighbors burping. I was placed next to the technical room, the staff walked back and forth half the night, the doors creaked, the water poured with the sound of a Boeing taking off, the faucet creaked like the souls of the dead in hell. The worst night of my life, I will never go there again and I do not advise you.

We took a double room, it is not clear how it differs from a single room, a tiny room with a double bed. The neighbors can be heard too well, all the "delights" of their leisure time... both sober and not. I really didn't like the fact that the kitchen is nearby and there is a smell of food in the room. The bed is hb, gray already, but clean. The mattress on the bed is passable. The shower cabin, from which all the water after taking a shower was on the bathroom floor, was pleased with the water pressure. We were only there for half a day, but we wouldn't want to stay there any longer... The price of a double room for half a day is 9 thousand tenge, I think it is expensive for such a room.

I had to spend the night for a few days. The city was crowded with tourists, and only Versailles could be booked. A home-style hotel.
