The best hotel! Positive emotions are overwhelming! A luxurious hotel, with incredibly friendly, welcoming staff. It is an hour's drive from the airport. In addition to the main restaurant, with a variety of delicious dishes, there is an international restaurant, Turkish (by the sea) and Asian, but you need to make an appointment in advance. Large, well-groomed territory of the hotel, its own beach (on site), lots of umbrellas and sun beds. The room is clean, comfortable, has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, bar with drinks, safe, hairdryer, balcony, gorgeous view. The room is cleaned every day. After dinner, entertainment is either in the amphitheater, or live music, several locations, for every taste. Arum Barut is a city of dreams, you can not go anywhere, spa treatments, water slides, pools both inside and outside, shops! Top class!!! Side city center is located not far from the hotel, you can order a taxi (10 euros). There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, special thanks to Layla and Irina, who are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any question. Many thanks to each employee for creating a wonderful atmosphere. There is a flower arrangement, lemonade, detox in the beautiful lobby! A real gift of fate to visit this beautiful place!

The magnificent atmosphere of the Arum Barut hotel with delicious dishes and drinks, warm clean sea and good-natured helpful staff. I was surprised and pleased with the mini club for children. The kids treated me to cookies, which they cooked themselves with delight)

The most amazing hotel. We are staying at this hotel for the third time. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, the territory is quite spacious and beautiful. The staff is sincerely friendly and attentive.
The hotel always makes nice bonuses for its guests, we were given an improved/amazing room in honor of the wedding anniversary. The manager knows his job perfectly well, and does everything so that the guests come back again and again. The soul sings!!!
Separately, I want to mention the kitchen and the bar: a varied menu, everything is delicious, clean, beautiful. The bar has good imported drinks and a grand cocktail menu. The waiters are like bees, they instantly come to the table and quickly bring the order.
Every day there are high-level entertainment programs and shows.
The department is quiet and peaceful, it is ideal for a measured and family holiday (there is nothing for party lovers to do here).
The beach is clean and well maintained. Who cares, please note: entering the water only from the pier, it is impossible to enter from the shore because of the stones in the water (this is a feature of Side beach in this area). But if you wish, you can go a little to the left to the neighboring hotel, there is a sandy entrance to the sea.
A huge plus is the embankment, along which you can safely walk to the ancient city (and this is amazing).
I definitely recommend this hotel once again. Naturally, we will return repeatedly.

This is a super hotel! Yesterday at two o'clock in the morning we arrived from there! From November 22 to December 1! The service is amazing! The staff is beyond praise! The last three days at the hotel were just the two of us! That is, the entire hotel staff worked exclusively for the two of us! Probably the best vacation was! And we were lucky with the weather! Drinks are exclusively imported, no one hides them, everything is in plain sight, whatever you say is poured! The rooms are not bad! The rest was a success!! The hotel closed for the winter on the first day! But there is a Barut Chimera concept nearby!! I don't know how the season is there, but I think it's good! The only thing that can put you off is the cost! And so super!

Everything is gorgeous.
Food, territory, staff, guest service - very friendly girls. A long pier with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The entrance from the shore to the sea may not be very comfortable (stones are visible from the pier). We went down immediately to the depth, at the end of the pier. The hotel upgraded the rooms upon arrival, it had its own large terrace. About 15 penthouses overlook the hotel grounds and the sea. 4 to the side and to the outside of the hotel. We were very glad to visit you! Thank you for a good rest!

A wonderful stay in a luxury hotel! Everything is done in order to relax and feel welcome. Delicious food, beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms with fine linens. The hotel staff is always in touch and ready to help with any question. The convenient location of the hotel, the promenade along the sea goes directly to the Old Fortress. On the other hand, there are many shops and pharmacies. It's safe everywhere, there are cameras all around.

The hotel is not big, but comfortable. I was in it 2 times with the children. We mostly rested at sea. It was this year from 2.06 to 16.06. The hotel is not oversaturated. There are many places (sun beds) on the beach. The most attractive and attractive thing to go there is the pier. The beach of the hotel is coral. It is not convenient to enter from the sand, keep this in mind with young children. This is not a sandy entry into the sea. But if the children are older, 8-9-10 and beyond, teenagers, then this is great. Since you can dive from the pier in any way)). The children really like it. We went both morning and evening. Children are always happy. The food is good, not aaah, but decent, there is a lot of choice. True, soups are specific, all based on tomato paste, as I understand it, and some kind of white mud)). In general, my daughter is fastidious in food and did not eat. If there was a broth, it would be great. There are a lot of fruits, all sorts of different ones. Strawberries are delicious, cherries, watermelons, oranges and grapefruits are very conveniently prepared, you do not need to peel, everything is cut and peeled)) very convenient. In general, everyone will find something to eat IMHO. Room service, yes, as usual. Regularly, constantly. You can get to the bottom of the details, but it depends on how you got up in the morning)) and what a mood)). The staff is excellent. There are almost always Russian-speaking representatives. They helped with the doctor, with the delivery of medicines and in general with any questions, they are definitely 5. Rooms, I have never lived in the main building. There are rooms and two rooms. It's okay, but when children are of different sexes and adults are not very. Always MMA)). We moved in for the first time, and the second time we immediately moved into a room with two bedrooms and a living room. Comfortable. Everyone can disperse and spend time without stress. The shows are fun, there is constant movement for children. But they were not used, or rather extremely rarely, so I cannot properly evaluate them. It's also cool that there is an application and all activities are constantly published there. By the way, the Russian staff advised this. Oh, there's a gym, it's decent, there's enough of everything. And massage, this time Balinese women with different names, the same massage, it seemed to me, with different degrees of elaboration)) in general, I recommend it. By the way, 70-80% of the contingent are Germans. Very friendly guys, at least I've come across them))

Very good service, location and territory! Of the cons: you have to go to a normal beach, the further to Side the better the beaches and fewer stones. Turks do not like to work too much, so the schedule of the food zones is not followed very well.

The hotel is renovated, the food and animation are wonderful! But... the devil is in the little things! Mediocre service: several times we came across dirty dishes and cutlery, sometimes untimely table setting, room cleaning leaves much to be desired, towels for the pool with holes. I'm not an expert on Turkish hotels, but I wouldn't come back here. A tour for four in October, for a week, with a charter flight - 600 thousand.

The hotel itself is good, but for once.
The staff is mega polite, I want to pay special attention to the administrator (head) of this hotel, Emre, thanks to him we were satisfied with our rest :)
Emre, settled us in a VIP room on the 6th floor with sun beds and a sofa on the balcony, the room is just a bomb 💥
The hotel is visible after a recent renovation, everything is new, the rooms are excellent (70% of all rooms overlook the sea).
Of the cons: there is no animation, the food is of the same type and not tasty, and certainly not the premium segment (there is really very little food, you can say there is nothing to eat), there are very few sun beds by the pool and on the pier, by 10:00 there are no empty seats. The territory of the hotel is small and not green, there is no shade.
Access to the sea through the beach is not comfortable, because immediately at the bottom there are large boulders where you can easily break your leg, the only thing that saves the pier in this case.
In general, the rehearsal of the hotel is saved by the staff, if not for them, then the rest would be spoiled.
P.S. Their branch "Barut Hemera" is located next door, the differences are enormous, if you are going to go to the Batut hotel chain, then we recommend their neighboring hotel "Barut Hemera"

It's an amazing place. We have been vacationing in Barut for several years. I liked Arum no less than its big brother in Lara). Service, wonderful people at the reception, a warm pool in spring! Large). The water in April was about 30 degrees. My daughter learned to swim there in 3 weeks))). The kitchen is great, the head chef has a medal, and for desserts (which I don't eat anywhere), you can have a cup).
A wonderful beautiful place. The beach is full of slabs, it's not ideal with a child. But there are sand runs between the slabs - we found a one-and-a-half-meter strip where there were no stones. But, of course, if the sea is not calm, it is dangerous. People dive from the pier - everything is arranged there. A good promenade to the old Side, atmospheric and delicious restaurants.
According to the plan, we had 2 hotels on the trip, first Arum Barut, then we wanted to move to Belek, but changed our mind, returned). A magnetic place). A wonderful vacation. Thanks

I liked the hotel. A solid five. The rooms are very nice. It is impossible to find fault. The food is excellent, I haven't had enough in 10 days. The cooking and the assortment are very good. Descent into the sea only from Panton. Panton is huge with sun beds. There are always places. Bar on pantone until 18-00. In the evening, you can find something to do without leaving the territory. Nice alley along the sea. The staff has no comments.

One of the best hotels in Turkey where we were (we were in a row for 30 days in Arycanda, Papillon and Barut).
Positive:
- children's club (!). Although it is small, the children spent the whole day there. Very family atmosphere
- food. Consistently high quality, sometimes super tasty, sometimes just delicious.
- unlimited Ala Carte restaurants. You always choose a place to eat the way you feel comfortable.
- the best fitness center and a trainer in it. Good simulators will always help.
- good temperature in the pools (immediately turn on the heating if the weather deteriorates even a little).
Minuses
- entrance to the sea. Friends, this is Side. There are rocks everywhere.
The beach itself is good, but the entrance to the sea is not.
It didn't stop us from having a great rest.

This is not a review, but a real wish to visit absolutely everyone here! Only positive emotions, admiration and feelings of gratitude to all the staff who made our vacation simply unforgettable.
Arum Barut Collection can rightfully be called a premium hotel. I would give above the premium, you need to put 1,000,000 stars here.
Immediately upon arrival, we were met at the reception and given a drink of our choice as a gift to everyone, which relieved fatigue after the flight. The smiles and warm welcome of the very kind and welcoming Khalil Ibrahim and the amiable Amber immediately set us up to expect a fairy tale. And so it really happened.
We were given a presidential number. For the first time I saw two windows in the room that overlook the balcony. A very beautiful room with a new renovation, beautiful decoration, a coffee machine (capsules were given every day). Everything seems to breathe life, constantly improving.
To say about the kitchen that it was delicious is to say nothing! Seafood, mussels,shrimp,sushi, mackerel, dorado, sea bass, kebabs, lamb quiche, pasta cooked with you! This is only a small part of the exquisite dishes, in fact, the assortment is huge. Something new every day! The dishes were so amazing that they melted in your mouth. The chefs are real professionals, our chef Murat Altun always kept order, it was a pleasure to watch their work.
With special gratitude, I want to note the efforts of Fadime Khanim, who cooked delicious menemens, and then cooked simply gorgeous gozlems near the beach, which I will miss madly. A very kind and amiable woman, she always treated her work with such love.
The sea is simply amazing, there is its own beach area, plus a separate sunbathing area. The territory of the hotel itself is very large, well-groomed and clean, which is just not there! A minibar right in the pool! 4 restaurants! It surprised me. We did foam parties almost every day, created unique and interesting show programs.
We thank our manager, Jihat Ajizi, who came up every day and asked how we were doing, if everything was okay. Thanks for his professionalism and unique advice, he copes with his tasks very well.
We were also very lucky with the waiters, they were always kind, smiling, despite their very hard work, surprised us with a beautifully prepared table, they knew the preferences in drinks! Unfortunately, I did not remember all of them, but Ugur, Alper, Soner, Hatice, Sena, you are forever in our hearts!
I can't help but appreciate the work of the girls administrators! Smiling and welcoming Elif, sensitive, courteous Elaida. It has always been a pleasure to communicate with you. Please stay like this forever! You are wonderful! I would also like to thank all the technical staff, Gulizar and Fatma cleaned our room.
Thank you dear Aisha for the new towels every day. The hotel did not have a card system, you just come up and give dirty towels, and get fresh ones, which indicates the hotel's trust in the guests.
And thanks to the security guards who were on duty at the hotel all the time!
Most of all, I will miss the promenade, along which we walked every evening and enjoyed the sunset, the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
What do I want to sum up? If you want to have a great rest, then you are here! You will spare neither time nor money - nothing! It's such an amazing place that you leave with tears of happiness in your eyes, because you've been here. Complaining about this place is a big sin!

We spent a week from the end of April to May 4, 2024 with two teenagers aged 15 and 17. We lived in the grand residence room.
One of the advantages is an excellent, very friendly territory. Everything is in colors, well-groomed and thoughtful. Wonderful bars - in the pool and by the sea - are generally super!!!

We chose the second Barut Hotel in Side, we visited Acanshus Barut last year. We arrived early, the rooms were still being prepared. The staff is very positive and helps you throughout your stay. Special thanks to Irina, always answers to any of our questions and requests. While the rooms were being prepared, we went to the bar and the rest began. Good rooms, cleaning on time (you set the time), standard bathroom set, everything is available (shampoo, conditioner , body cream). The sea is different for everyone, shallow in the neighboring hotel, in our pontoon. Arum is not bad in terms of food, but Acanshus is definitely better, more seafood. If we talk about whether we want to return here, then rather yes. Many thanks to the cool girl Leila, she is meeting you at the hotel.

The hotel is for couples over 40 years old without children or families with teenagers. Young people without parents have nothing to do here!!! There is no musical entertainment during the day. I haven't seen any animators at all! We were constantly sunbathing and swimming on the pier. Sun beds can be found even at 9-10 a.m., despite the fact that we rested in the middle of August!!! There is an explanation for this: the hotel is full of Germans and other foreigners who hang out in the pool from morning to evening. It's impossible to find a place there (by the pool), because they don't clean mattresses and towels during the whole vacation. Couples with young children need to be prepared that there is no comfortable entrance to the sea (that's why they built a pier). There are huge slabs and stones everywhere. But on the left there is the beach of the Crystal hotel, but there are a lot of people there.
There are beautiful sun beds on the pier, 2 stairs to the sea, the clearest sea, showers and a bar. I constantly lacked musical accompaniment. Well, at least their never-ending music and animation could be heard from the Crystal Hotel on the wind😁 A vacation for seals who do not like noise, dancing and hanging out.
In the evening, there are also songs at the bar every day for those who are over…
The food was generally normal, but there was not enough variety of fish and seafood. And desserts ... it feels like they are given more time than everything else: there is a huge selection (I did not eat) and they are always placed in the most central place.
The room with a sea view from the 4th floor is cool.
We didn't swim in the pool at all, so we come to the sea! The slides are really for children and adults who do not like extreme sports.
I really like the cozy small area where everything is nearby: the sea, pools, cafes and rooms. The Wi-Fi is good. I even fished on the pier (but not on all the sun beds)
It's good that we took the tour in a week. I was bored. In mid-August 2022, 330000 were given for two for a week, taking into account the reservation 10 days before departure! In general, everything was fine, but I don't want to go back anymore!
