We stayed at the hotel in late September and early October. Upon arrival, it turned out that our room had not yet been vacated, and at 10 a.m. we were offered an improved room in the neighboring Barut Hemera, of course, we did not want to hang out with suitcases for an extra day, but we agreed. Chimera left the best impressions!!! It's so great that we managed to visit two hotels at once. Chimera's territory is more interesting and cozy, there are many pools, cocktails are more diligently decorated in bars. Arum is considered a slightly higher category due to the concept of nutrition collection. After returning from Chimera in Arum, they were given a three-room room with a sea view for two, they paid for the category below and Land View. Then I read in the reviews that they almost give everyone rooms cooler than paid ones, this is their thing. There is one swimming pool, large, but cold, just right after the sauna) two children's water slides are available. Entrance to the sea from the pier. The pier is long, there are cool sun beds with umbrellas on it, despite October, I had to go to take sun beds at 7 a.m. - then it's harder to find a place there. From the shore, you can enter the sea from the territory of the neighboring hotel, 50 meters from the pier. There is an adult area on the beach. The bars are full of imported drinks, and in the lobby bar you can find everything, right down to French cognacs. The food is excellent, varied, there is everything, up to fried ice cream. We went to a restaurant near the beach for lunch, where the menu service is fast, tasty and beautiful! Once there was an Oktoberfest beer festival with a bunch of German snacks and for some reason a chocolate fountain)), but this did not spoil the festival at all) Three free a la carte, I liked only Turkish, Asia and Europe were not particularly impressed. There is an indoor swimming pool with underwater bicycles, training twice a day, went daily, I really liked it. Cleaning, changing the bed - everything is fine. No bracelets and towel cards - only drinks were carried in their hands)))

A very nice hotel. We went there for 10 days, which arrived unnoticed. There are also water slides and pools and the sea is very close. The rooms are simply gorgeous, cleaning every day. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty, some menu items change every day.

Rooms. If you want a room with a sea view, you are not here, the rooms are called seaside, which does not mean a sea view, but only a view towards the sea, which is a fundamental difference. The sea is visible only from the 4th floor of seaside, but I'm not sure. A room with a view of the surrounding area (we had one) - it is also a room with a view of the entrance, where buses arrive all day. To change the room, they ask for an additional payment of $ 50 / day. It would be cheaper on the tour. Who would have known?
The main restaurant. Everything is fine. Delicious. In covid times, everyone in restaurants wears masks until they are seated at the table.
Ala maps. I only happened to be in the east. Tom Yam was not Tom Yam at all. It's unclear why the chef named this dish that way. You know, it's like when you plan to eat a pie with "meat", but they bring it with "liver". The other Boblas are also weak. The main restaurant is much better.
Swimming pool. Good. It is also convenient for children (smooth entrance from 0cm to 140cm)
The sea. Disaster. Entrance - plates. There is a pantone, but it has been busy since 7 a.m.

Good day everyone! I just arrived! Well, I don't know, I didn't feel any excitement.so the tour operators praised it.boring hotel.with ordinary food.I would like a light.salads of fish and seafood.I eat chicken at home all the time. It's not worth x money for sure.For the first time in my life, I would have waited for home faster! And suddenly the hotels would like to come back again.A lot of Germans are very friendly.and in general, all the vacationers were positive! I really liked Olga's animation.special thanks to her wonderful and attentive person.otherwise, it would be a melancholy!!! Who only likes to sleep there for you😂😜👌

What I want to say is that the hotel is NOT WORTH the money, for 10 days for 3 345000. The food is just terrible, I'm not picky, but it's just awful. Breakfast: Freshly squeezed orange juice is good. The cappuccino is terrible, the omelette is cooked in burnt butter, the taste is just disgusting. Pancakes are not delicious, pancakes are so good. The sausages are disgusting, the cheeses are cheap. 1 type of porridge and then there's just a boat standing on a stake) Lunch and Dinner: meat that is cooked like a rubber sole, skewers on skewers are also not possible to chew, all that meat mixed with shells is very sharp and it feels like either lunch is left or the previous dinner. Cucumbers are all cherished, fish is only whole, well, it seems you can eat nothing. The squid was once not tasty, burned with onions in a mix. There are more desserts at dinner than food at all))) in general, just money thrown away!!! I have been to 15 hotels in Turkey in 5* of different levels, but there is no such terrible food anywhere! The location is good, you can walk behind the hotel and shops and pharmacies and cafes. There were so many good reviews, but in fact the food at the hotel is disgusting!!! Maybe the chef has changed this year, so everything has changed, I don't know. But I do not recommend the hotel!!! For this money, you can find better hotels.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, accommodation in a triple room, just a fairy tale! The food is at the highest level! The entrance to the sea may not be so successful, but Crystal helped out, this hotel has a wonderful entrance to the sea! I really liked the animation, live music, as well as classes in the pool on bikes, pedaled with pleasure, thanks to the coaches, classes were held with a bang! Thanks a lot to the animators Olga, Irina and Elena! The location is 3 km from Side, a walk along the promenade with picturesque views is a pleasure, you can also walk along the embankment by the sea, enjoying the sea air and the November sun! Have a good rest! And I recommend the hotel, the territory is small, but very green, everything is in flowers and of course green lawns, there are children's slides! Everything is very well thought out for a holiday with children!!!

Nice hotel. Everything is in place: the staff is friendly and friendly, linen is changed often, a comfortable bed, a large selection of pillows, cosmetics in the bathroom, towels, conscientious cleaning. I didn't really like the food. Compared to 5-star hotels in Belek, there is less choice of food and fruits. But what is offered is of good quality. I'd say it's a little expensive.

In general, the impressions are rather positive, as they were charged with rest, rather than searching for negativity, etc., but there are a lot of moments that make you not really want to return to the hotel. In the dry balance:
1. The hotel has a lot of beautiful views and places to relax in the shade, blown by the sea breeze.
2. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing, I want to put laptops and phones in the safe and not use them anymore on vacation.
3. The room is excellent, we went with a child, took a queen suite, a children's room with excellent sound insulation, nothing in the room creaks, does not play, closers everywhere, etc.
4. The food in the main restaurant does not shine with variety, for the entire period there was only one dinner of such a level, which should be every day for such money. In saniz in the covid year, the food in the main restaurant was +- at a price of 3 times! cheaper.
5. I recommend going to lunch not to the main restaurant, but to a burger or pizzeria, it's tastier, more visible and generally funnier in general, it's very boring to have lunch in the main restaurant.
6. The service is unstable, there are very cool staff who fly straight to you as soon as you sit down somewhere and serve at the highest level, but there were many moments when you had to wait, go swear and adjust the waiters to yourself.
7. There is no pool service, carry everything yourself, there is no beach either. In the same Sherwood in the pre-war year, it was all for less money.
8. Cocktails are made mainly from syrups, normal alcohol needs to be asked, smoothies are normally made from fruits only a couple of times. Bottled beer is bex and ephesus, there is water, there is mineral water in bottles.
9. There is no sea in the hotel, do not even try to find it, I do not know why many agencies and operators sell the hotel as a family, you can not ride the waves with a child, because it is not realistic to go into the sea. Many recommend going to the beach of the neighboring crystal, there are also stones there, I broke my minisk saving a child from the rocks.
10. Wonderful bar on the beach (not on the pier), view, music, comfortable sofas, but it works until 00:00, why not do the work until 01:00 or 02:00, discos are still prohibited, and this place could be the only cool place at night, just sit there is something else to enjoy in the lobby, but there is nothing more to do in the hotel after 00:00, as a result, some tourists arrange self-parties at the pool bar with speakers, etc., their faces were saved only by the sound insulation of the children's room, I don't know how people put up with it in standards.
11. Those who go on roller coasters, consider that they are not in the hotel (2 tired slides do not count). In all hotels now, the standard is a children's water complex in a paddling pool, there is one plastic hole, it's strange.
12. Do not even expect to find normal places on the pier, beach or by the pool, if you are an adequate tourist who does not run at 6 a.m. to score sunbeds. In dolphin, such cloggers are taught to suddenly collect all the towels several times a week, towels lie there for days, the same people lie in normal places, we always had to look for compromises.
In general, if you have already bought yourself a ticket to this hotel, then do not bother, the atmosphere there is really magical, the food is of high quality (not counting heartburn from syrup cocktails, but demand normal ones and you will be rewarded :)), you can find cool places for chilling, the quality of service is more or less, good rooms and cleaning in them too, sign up for ala-maps and you will be lucky).
Well, if you are just choosing a hotel for yourself, then you should look at other options even in the same network, the same chimera within walking distance looks much higher from the side when you walk past it, and in general there was a feeling that part of this hotel was already prepared for sale to another hotel chain (such as armas), and some still live the old-fashioned way (a la carte restaurants, burger joint, pizzeria, beach bar).
Perhaps if the cost of this hotel was 70 percent lower, it would be a good price/quality ratio, well, I had to regret that I chose arum, and not another option from the same price category.
p.s. after reading reviews on various resources, I concluded that high ratings are due to the fact that the hotel has a practice of giving rooms with a category higher than they were paid for upon arrival, perhaps this is a feature of the hotel, but for me personally, this is also rather a minus, because "if there is no difference, why pay more?"

Everything is fine, but the impression of this hotel was still spoiled for us. We decided to visit the hammam, without special services, the visit is free. After 10 minutes of our stay in the hammam, a family of foreigners came and the staff of the hammam asked us to leave the premises of the hammam. It was very unpleasant to have such an attitude. It seems that Russians are not particularly welcome here.
