did not pay attention to it, the sushi itself did not keep its shape and fell apart all the time, the bacon rolls generally tasted very unpleasant, the bacon (seemingly ordinary ham) did not even chew, and the rolls that come with tuna chips, the chips were it was just casually poured on top in large chunks, as a result, it was just scattered all over the set (in all previous times, the chips were on the rolls themselves)

Delicious rolls, pizza is not to say that it tastes good. Not that it tastes delicious, but it's actually delicious. The service is fast. Once we came to take rolls to take away, but it got colder outside and we decided to sit down there, but we were informed that you can't sit at tables with yourself when ordering! But, as I understand it, the administrator or the waiter went to meet us and allowed us, as an exception, to sit down and eat on the spot, for which special thanks to him. Our loyalty has been earned.

From the threshold- an arrogant face with an unwillingness to respond, without a sense of tact with visitors, repulsive nervousness in behavior, eye rolling and facial contortion, rudeness, audacity, which reads like "why did you come, get out as soon as possible, you are not welcome here"… It all ended in a scandal, with no one trying to listen to the client (guest). Neither a normal response nor a calm resolution of the conflict situation was even tried at all. Not to shut up and not to stop, it became clear that such situations are repetitive and there is no punishment for the leadership (even if they find out about these cases above). Awful. My husband, me and the child left, leaving a negative review in the book. It is clear that there was no apology on their part. Darkness, in a word. No foot, no clothes, no recommendations. Understand not only the quality of the product offered, but it would not hurt to put the staff in order. Отдельное спасибо Владиславу: помог выбрать суши сет, рекомендовал пиццу и самое главное, что восхитило в обслуживании- скорость приготовления ( справились за 15 минут!). От вкуса суши и пиццы- полный восторг! Спасибо Владиславу и всему коллективу вечерней смены 26.10.22г. работавшей на Притыцкого 93 ( м-н Алми). Так держать ребята! Всем рекомендую.

Заказали вчера суши. Забирали сами, не первый раз замечаю, что готовые суши хранятся в зале, в теплом помещении, зимой на это я ещё закрывала глаза, но когда на улице +25 как-то не лучший вариант. Плюс очень часто заказ готов за пол часа, до крайнего времени отдачи и сам покупатель может приехать позже на 20 минут. Дома нас ждали отвратительные суши, разные по размеру, разные по количеству начинки, Филадельфия просто рвалась, вишенкой на торте были : волос торчащий из суш и кости на лососе, рыба была перемороженной, либо дешёвой, вкуса у неё не было как и цвета. Так же на вкус присутствовал привкус "тряпок" (когда вы доски разделочные меняли?). Суши отправились в мусорное ведро. Администрация не умеет решать конфликтные ситуации. Позвонил су-шеф, согласился с претензиями, предложил уладить ситуацию зачислив 10 р баллами в приложение и при следующем САМОВЫВОЗЕ открыть сет в зале, если будут претензии к качеству, то сразу их решим на месте. Но никакие баллы не начислили, они особо не нужны были. Хотелось получить хоть какую-то компенсацию за отвратительные суши которые ушли в мусорное ведро. Понятия не имею кто делал их, но ощущение, что человека не обучали и даже не контролировали по выдаче заказа, тот же су-шеф.

Сейчас же взяли, под нынешним брендом сет " муж купил" и он ужасен, рыбы мало, не вкусно. Вобщем, лучше пойти в маркет и там набрать сушин, и то лучше будет, чем здесь. Больше не будем тут заказывать. Жаль...

Суши Artfood на Притыцкого, 93 не рекомендую. Не вкусно. Рыбка не свежая (как из худших магазинных упаковок). Даже водоросли и те не свежие. Сет "Достойный самурай" не стоит своих денег
Заказывал сет "муж купил" на 8 марта по предзаказу. Забирал заказ на притыцкого. Каково же было моё удивление, когда я увидел, что сеты лежат просто в зале на столах при как минимум комнатной температуры!!!! Думаю в тц температура минимум градусов 20.. Считаю, что это нарушение гигиенических норм!! Руководству компании следует обратить на это внимание и срочно принять меры, пока кто-то не отравился! Сами ролы были ни о чем, рис сухой, рыба подсушена. Сразу стпло понятно, что крутили ролы 7 марта и до 8 марта они лежали в зале при температуре явно больше +2..+6. Зря потраченные деньги.
Не понимаю зачем им заказы на месте, если в час пик говорят ждать около двух часов. Такое чувство, что заказы на вынос им важнее. Не спорю, может и важнее, но сравнивать ожидание заказа на вынос и ожидание заказа на месте в зал не уместно.
