I ordered sushi delivery.
For the first time on July 29, 2020.
The sushi arrived inedible:
1 - fish tastes like river (or has been lying in the heat for a long time)
2 - sushi falls apart even before they are dipped in soy sauce.
3 - I found a piece of paper in the sushi.
4 - unpleasant , bland taste
I ordered it for the second time on December 27, 2020.
I made an order at 17.37. The order was delivered at 20.25.
We drove for almost 3 hours.

Earlier, when there was still a cafe with a pleasant atmosphere, it was somehow tastier, the rolls tasted richer, the cream cheese was not so sweet. It is clear that the guys began to work more on quantity, rather than on quality, but still, compared to other sushi establishments, it is still tastier here)
I really like pizza! Always delicious and fresh from the oven. We got used to it: we'll call, order a pizza in the near future (usually it's ready in half an hour), come and go somewhere to the park for dinner! Very helpful)) The employees are always friendly and friendly, and the pizza is very tasty, not rubbery! We will continue to use it!
There is a hall in the photo, in fact there is not. I ordered a promotional set, it would be better to go to a penny and buy sushi from the refrigerator there.

The order was delivered for 1h25m, the courier quickly gave it to me, did not even look at how much money I gave him, and there was a change, but that's okay, let them with this money.... and roughly speaking, he ran away
I open the order, look at the receipt (it is glued to the handle of the package)
Everything is punched in the receipt, it seems ok
I look at the contents - there is no sauce....
I call, the employee responds sluggishly, well, like yes, there is and there is, well, what will I do
The sauce can either be delivered in an hour, or they will give something as a gift for the next order
Just imagine my annoyance when I haven't eaten anything absolutely all day, the refrigerator is empty, I order food, and they tell me to wait another hour! Despite the fact that I called immediately, I am sure that the courier did not have time to leave, at most he went down by elevator.

They were brought in time, but what they brought left very unpleasant impressions on the holiday. The rolls were 2 times smaller than usual, all glued together. The rolls are glued to each other, during delivery, the part was deformed and lost its appearance. As soon as you touch it with a wand, they fall apart. An extremely strange selection of ingredients, I advise you to read the composition carefully. What was certainly not expected was sardine-flavored rolls and caviar-flavored pasta, although the composition does not seem to tell. The impression is ruined, I will not order here anymore.

It's amazing that there are reviews here that sushi is very tasty, because they are VERY tasteless. The whole point is their super "tricky" cream cheese "Cremetta", which is a fake for normal cream cheese, if you like sushi with margarine flavor, welcome to this wonderful institution. Sushi in hypermarkets is much better and tastier.
To my question "why is there butter in the Philadelphia set?" they told me, and where did you look, it also says "Cremetta cream cheese", I asked why call it "Philadelphia set" if you add cremetta margarine there? The answer struck me as "we don't have Philadelphia cheese at all." That is, they deliberately mislead the buyer by calling their set Philadelphia, and add this oil, I offered to pick up their "wonderful sushi", but apparently the feedback does not work very well and the comments were not heard. I know what a cream cheese should taste like and it definitely doesn't taste like butter. And the excuse "I should have seen what they bought" does not seem serious to me...
The worst service!!! The employees called my friends FOOLS! For the fact that we made a remark last time that there was a problem in the order! Extremely disrespectful staff!! Sushi is normal (sometimes it falls apart, but okay). But there are obvious problems with delivery. It is stated on the website when ordering that it will be in 1.5 hours (on a regular weekday, not Fri) in Minsk. On the phone, the dispatcher says that in 2 hours maximum. Sushi arrives in 2 hours and 15 minutes. And this has happened more than once already. So you can starve to death. In other deliveries, they travel to us for an hour at most.
I ordered rolls with mussels (2 different types) and baked rolls with salmon. The salmon rolls arrived completely cold, in a bag along with cold dishes.
It feels like canned fish were used in the salmon hat instead of red fish

As for the mussel rolls, it's just creepy!
16 pieces arrived and 2/3 of them were with unpeeled mussels. I found out this after eating one roll. Sand and the like began to curdle in my mouth, and the aftertaste left much to be desired....bitterness, that's the real taste of these rolls.
I am completely disappointed in this institution.
I did not visit the institution itself, but I ordered sushi from there and everything that was brought was beyond praise. I do not know what and how it should be there, but it is always awesome delicious)
