I ordered delivery here for the first time, at 17:58. The operator called back, called the delivery interval from 19:30 to 19:50. I.e. 1.5-2 hours. At the same time, the website states that delivery is 01:00-01:20. At 20:00, patience ran out, I called, asked where the order was, promised to call back. After 5 minutes, no one called back. I called and canceled the order. After 10 minutes, the courier calls, saying he brought it. Although the issue of food has already been resolved, it became a pity for the person, they gave the money, took the order. My God, I would be ashamed to show such disgusting obscenity to anyone, let alone sell it. Rotten avocado, cosmically cold hot rolls... SWEET rice!!1 But, we are not proud people, and the idea of just throwing out this misunderstanding has gone by the wayside. It tasted as disgusting as it looked. There is only one question: when you give this to the courier, does nothing click anywhere? Never again.

We promised feedback . After 5 minutes, the courier called back and said that he was in traffic, (by the way, I looked into the Internet , Yandex traffic jams showed 2 points for the city ) and it will be in 5 minutes . As a result, I arrived in 15 minutes.
It doesn't seem to be critical, but why specify that it is an express!I actually chose the set because I didn't have much time to wait.

I arrive at 19:50, the order is not ready..20 00..20 10..20 20..there is no order for 20 10.. The girl can't answer anything intelligible. There is a decent flow of people, it is understandable. To answer my questions, just wait..At 20:30, I took pity, looked at the phone number, called somewhere, found out that the order was canceled, because they did not get through.
