The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect — close to major attractions, yet in a quiet area that allowed us to unwind peacefully.

We had a family vacation in Tashkent for a week: 2 adults, 2 children). The hotel is located at the intersection of two streets, both have grocery stores open 24/7. There is a Jumanji restaurant nearby (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!)
🍴 Food: we only took breakfast. The poor selection, imitated caviar (it is clearly visible that it is a fake), dirty dishes, cottage cheese curds and cottage cheese (including in pancakes) are old, we were afraid to eat
I recommend coming to breakfast early (at 8-9 o'clock), otherwise there will be nothing there, and the staff refuses to report the dishes ((🫣
Room: the room had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bathtub, and a living room. 2 single beds and 1 double bed) There is NO air conditioning in the room with 2 beds. I had to turn it on at maximum in the living room (otherwise it would be very HOT)😶🌫️ The beds are VERY hard, on the first day they asked for an additional 4 blankets to put under the sheet.
👩💼Staff: very long service time. They asked me to clean the room in the MORNING, and eventually they cleaned up the NEXT day..The sink started leaking, we came to the reception in the morning (!), they said, we come to the room in the evening (!)-the result: it's still leaking..(We went to the employee, he said it was supposedly fixed🥲
In general, I wish the hotel prosperity, and a little competence. Still, there are a lot of SHOALS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, 4/10

Amazing apartment. Clean, excellent staff. We stopped by at 4 a.m. and were greeted. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The area is calm and nice. There is a washing machine. At our request, a dryer was brought. I recommend it, it's a great place to stay.

It's a great hotel. Huge ceilings, huge rooms, everything is clean, the rooms are cozy. There is an iron, a washing machine, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, that is, everything is there to feel comfortable.

Instead of rooms, there are apartments (an apartment with a minimum level of service). Although on the Ostrovka page it is served exactly as a hotel room. Perhaps this is a mistake on the Island's page (for example, it says that breakfast is included only for adults, which is not the case). It would be worth updating the description.
An approximately 100m apartment with 3 rooms, a kitchen and beautiful furniture, with a minimum of really useful things - there is no salt in the kitchen, not to mention washing powder and other self-service amenities, if they offer apartments. There is a microwave, some cutlery, plates/cups and 1 frying pan. The WiFi router is extremely unstable, it is better not to rely on the Internet from the hotel.
There is a constant swamp in the bathroom, because there is no curtain. The cockroaches are there too.
The balcony opens onto an isolated courtyard. The hotel has only a back entrance - you need to go around 2 houses after arriving at the specified address.
From the good: polite staff at respawn, who try to solve problems and help to the best of their ability, thank them. There's a very nice restaurant across the street where you can take room service.
There are also normal rooms in this hotel, but for 1-2 guests, not for a family.

I lived in an improved apartment for 2 weeks in September. I really liked it. All managers are responsive and friendly. Any issue is resolved very quickly. The apartment is clean. There is everything you need. Everything is beautiful. Snow-white linen and towels. Convenient location. I didn't walk to the subway because the subway is very busy now and it's impossible to ride in it. Taxis are not so expensive to choke on the subway. Excellent stable Wi-Fi. The presence of a washing machine helped a lot. Normal breakfasts, you won't stay hungry. There is a basket store and a bakery and beverage store right next to it. You can order the delivery of delicious national food directly to the hotel. In general, I liked EVERYTHING! Thanks to the staff who make the rest of their guests so pleasant. I will be coming back to this hotel again.

The family room is huge, but the lobby could have been made smaller, and the living space larger. There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. The toilet has a smell from the sewer if left unused for several hours. Breakfast is generally good, but the appliances are not always clean and the pastries need to be reheated.

We stayed with our family (2 adults and 2 children) from March 22 to March 26, 2024. The location is very convenient!
The whole family liked the apartments very much, especially the children.
Very clean and tidy.
The breakfasts are very good.
The service is at a high level!
I especially liked the administrators, as they help with absolutely any question!
Overall, the rating is 5 out of 5 for its price.
We will return again and definitely to this hotel!

I wrote a detailed review twice. It is deleted every time. The hotel is terrible. The quality of everything is terrible. Hard beds, lack of air conditioning, non-working boiler, sink leaks and is not repaired, not cleaned, even if you ask, not tasty food, complete unsanitary conditions in the dining room (all appliances are taken from a single glass)

The price and quality are consistent. The rooms are no longer new, but neat. The room size is huge. In fact, this is an apartment equipped with everything you need.
By location: it's a long walk from the metro, although if you want you can walk to the metro and to the center, or you can order a Yandex taxi (it works properly).
Breakfast is normal. It's a pity there was no coffee.
We stayed for a couple of days with friends, took a room on the top floor to have a view of the city and the mountains, but we were not lucky with the weather. There is no elevator in the building, so if you do not want to walk up the stairs a lot (breakfast is organized in the basement), ask for a room lower on the floor.
Overall, it's good.

The WiFi is weak and unstable, the shower is bad, the water does not leave, it flows from the sink to the floor.

I traveled with my family, and generally found the level of service to meet expectations. The size of the room is huge, the check—in speed is zero (that is, we were not provided with it), the location is far enough from the center to ensure silence, but at the same time close enough to the center so that a walk after a hearty dinner on Shakhrisabz Street does not become a painful ordeal.
The breakfasts are not bad, you will not stay hungry, but there is no coffee — however, in this hotel we met our first morning in Uzbekistan, and only on the fourth morning I realized and resigned myself to the fact that the entire hotel industry of the country presents tourists' breakfasts the same as in this hotel, and does not have enough coffee machines.
Among the disadvantages: bed linen in pellets (where cotton is produced, you do not expect such an amount of synthetics).

The only plus is the air conditioner in the heat... at 8 a.m. I didn't get breakfast...we lived for 4 days, there was no cleaning, only garbage was collected from the trash can and that's it...the rim of the toilet was broken and has not been replaced. the cleanliness of the bathroom is 0....

The worst hotel, especially the staff is very rude and not responsive. There are untrained and non-professional staff at the reception who forget and do not even know how to register visitors at the hotel. And the appeal to correct the error is simply treated indifferently and does not apply anything. After such a service, you don't even want to pay attention to the rooms, their cleanliness and comfort!

It's a creepy place!
The apartment is dirty and smoky.
The plumbing is not working well.
The shower pours everywhere, but not from a watering can.
The plums are clogged, you're standing in ankle-deep water.
The interior and furniture are terrible and murdered.
