I am flying with this airline for the second time in 6 months. Very high-quality service, friendly staff and attentive flight attendants. I fly a lot, but for the first time I was told to take off one earphone during takeoff for my own safety. I was pleasantly surprised, although the other passengers were grumbling. I am very happy with the flight, I definitely recommend this airline. When choosing an air ticket, you will be my priority.

If you have any questions, ask, and there will be no problems and unnecessary expenses. They were given neighboring places without additional payments. The plane is ordinary. Legroom is standard. I've seen less. As for the staff, the staff is also like the staff. Hello, goodbye, there will be a question - they will answer. I don't need to bow at my feet and smile all the way. Comments were made only during takeoff and landing. In front of my eyes, they asked the guy three times to take out the headphones before takeoff. I flew on May 26 from Moscow to Yerevan and also on June 29 back. The flight was without delays, we arrived in Yerevan even earlier than the scheduled time.

Firstly, I bought tickets for 40,000 rubles for myself and my child (5 months old) and without luggage, flight Jl-100 Yerevan-Moscow (08/27/2024, departure time 2:15).
Secondly, the airline does not have baby cradles, although this is a trifle for any airline.
We arrived at Zvartnots airport without luggage. I only had a bag and a baby stroller. At the check-in desk, we asked to take our cradle with us on the plane, since it is impossible to sit for 4 hours with a child in our arms. The girl at the front desk refused.
"Some guy" was sitting next to us in a simple T-shirt and was trying to tell us something. It turned out that it was a REPRESENTATIVE of the AIRLINE!!! IN A T-SHIRT. As far as I know, the staff, especially the managers, should have a representative appearance. He talked to us as if at a bazaar, and when we informed him that during the flight to Yerevan we were allowed to take the cradle with us on the plane, he began to insult representatives of other airlines that they were incompetent in their work. Another girl was serving customers across one counter. She began to defend the representative of the airline. As a result, we were refused to take the cradle with us on the plane. Next! There was just trash on the plane: the child was crying incessantly, I didn't know what to do. A completely normal airline, used it for the first time and flew on a night flight from Yerevan to Moscow. The plane is not young, but it is quite comfortable, at the basic fare you can take up to 7 kg in hand luggage (cool)!
Paid check-in with a choice of seats online, but free at the airport (here I was even lucky enough to get into a row at the emergency exits, with a huge platform to stretch my legs). My urban backpack was not weighed at all, the voluminous tourist backpack was asked to be placed in a calibrator (it was pushed successfully, the questions disappeared).
The flight took 3 hours and 10 minutes, after climbing they poured water, I don't need more on the night flight as a whole. I didn't notice any rudeness from the stewards described in the comments. In general, if suddenly you (like me earlier) are confused by the rating, let my experience stay here to counterbalance, everything is quite good.

A flight attendant comes towards her, sat down in an empty seat to let her pass with a cart. To which I heard a rude: "Is this your place? Sit on your own." I say, "No, it's not mine, I just feel bad." But instead of helping or at least sympathizing, I heard: "Go back to your seat anyway." That's right... and if a person has a heart attack... The staff treated everyone on board extremely negatively. Everyone came out with great relief, laughing that it was finally over. Moreover, both from Moscow to Yerevan and from Yerevan to Moscow, although there were different staff, but the "corporate ethics" remained on both flights. Horror. There were such pleasant impressions from a wonderful trip to Armenia and to spoil everything so much with your poison at the end.

Обращаюсь ко всем людям и настоятельно рекомендую НЕ ВЫБИРАТЬ данную авиакомпанию, не важно куда вы летите в Армению или другие направления (надеюсь других направлений нет!!!), потому что вы испортите себе поездку, все ваши планы пойдут на дно((( не считая потраченные деньги, время и конечно же нервы!!
Покупали билет за 2 дня до вылета, цена билета только туда +- 5 тыс.рублей
Вылет должен был быть 22.08.2023 в 17.35
(Конечно же при оформлении билета мы не выбрали функцию СМС-уведомления -249 рублей), так как любая другая авиакомпания в случае возникновения внештатных ситуаций направляет уведомление, о задержке рейса.
За день до вылета, прошли онлайн-регистрацию, на минуточку 1700 рублей!!!
Объясню, зачем регистрировались за такую сумму онлайн, есть не менее «прекрасная» авиакомпания «флайван» у которой есть «фишка» если ты не зарегистрировался онлайн, будь добро оплати регистрацию в аэропорту 2500 рублей!!!!! И соответственно, чтобы не оказаться в такой ситуации мы зарегистрировались за 1700 рублей, уточнить у представителей авиакомпании в аэропорту что либо, нет возможности, потому что их там в принципе нет, администрация аэропорта (Шереметьево) такой информацией не обладает….
Это еще пол беды, наступает 22.08.23, зная что мы прошли онлайн регистрацию мы приезжаем в аэропорт +- в 18:20 и БИНГО!! Рейс задержан до 00:30, нам повезло больше остальных, так как мы живем близко, мы уехали домой (еслибы бы мы жили в другом конце Москвы, либо мы простояли в пробках туда-обратно, либо платили бы за парковку-1 час 350 рублей
То есть с 18.20 до 00.00 где то 6 часов =2100 рублей
Итого уже: 5 тыс билет, 1700 регистрация, 2100 парковка, - 8800 (не считая что в течение 6 чесов люди как минимум пьют воду это еще 200 рублей)
Возвращаемся к полету который должен быть в 00:30
Приезжаем получаем посадочный талон, провожаем в зеленый коридор. Соответсвенно мы предполагая что все везде успеваем мы уезжаем, через 20 минут звонит родственник и говорит что забрали паспорт на проверку, при этом никаких уведомлений о том что заканчивается посадка на рейс, что мы опаздываем на рейс не звучало!!!
После проверки паспорта она подходит к стойке для прохода в самолет ей говорят, а все, вы не успели, посадка окончена, она закончилась 1 минуту назад! 1!!!!!! Минуту !!!!!
Хотя в паспорте уже есть отметка о вылете!
Мы соответственно возвращаемся обратно, по платной трассе (550 рублей)!
В аэропорту конечно же нет представителей, они «отработали» смену и ушли, следующая в 6 утра
Номера телефона в Москве нет, есть только в Армении, звоним в Армению, после продолжительно ожидания, алеллуя ответили, на вопрос почему самолет улетел без пассажира был хамский ответ «значит вы опоздали» у меня вопрос?! Вы там больные?! Это вы задержали рейс на 6 часов! Ладно, на вопрос как быть в этой ситуации и как можно связаться с руководством авиакомпании ответ был следующий «у руководства нет телефонов, вы можете написать претензию нам на почту мы рассмотрим», вы хотя бы для виде выучите пару фраз из серии «может мы можем предложить другой рейс, другую дату» а не хамское вы пишите мы рассмотрим- ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО!!!!!!!
У меня вопрос! Вы почему регистрируете людей на рейс если они не успевают на посадку??? почему вы не рассматриваете вариант что людей могут задержать на паспортном контроле ( это обстоятельство от которого никто не застрахован, это не моя вина что у сотрудников возник вопрос к моему документу, и не вина сотрудника у которого появились вопросы, это его работа он его делает как полагается!!)

Ну конечно мы купили новый билет, за 13 тыс рублей(с багажем!!!!!) испортили себе настроение, потрепали себе нервы, испортились впечатления от поездки, у всего этого нет цены, ни слезы не нервы нам никто не вернет, провели еще 2 часа в аэропорту 700 рублей- парковка, конечно нам хотелось пить 400 рублей и все потому что авиакомпания так захотело, так решило!
В итоге на поездку на одного человека билет обошелся в 23650 рублей!!!!!!
Конечно вы скажете надо было раньше прийти надо было ждать, надо было кучу всего…. НО!!! Среди тех 15 людей которые не попали в самолет были те кто приехали днем чтобы улететь в 19.30 и остались там до 00.30 они не выходили из аэропорта, но они все ровно не улетели!!!!

Very polite, pleasant staff.
I put 4 arrivals for the fact that the choice of a place is imposed during online registration. There is no way to refuse.
We wanted to buy a ticket for July 23rd, we double-checked everything before paying. After payment, it shows the ticket for October 15 , and the ticket itself has become 7 thousand more expensive
Хочу поделиться впечатлением, которое у меня сложилось от полета Сочи - Ереван, от 08.09.2023при неполной загрузке пассажирам самолета, хотя бы раздали воду, но стюарды весь полет выясняли между собой отношения ! Никто не представлялся, как зовут старшего стюарда, вступали в перепалки с пассажирами, в общем самые наихудшие впечатлениячего на обратном рейсе от 10.09.2023 Ереван - Сочи , даже и не произошло, даже не стали стюарды заморачиваться, при том, что рейс задержали на 45 минут!!

Disgusting airline , before you buy a ticket from them , think carefully . We purchased Moscow-Yerevan tickets with a colleague from this wonderful airline, and a return Yerevan-Moscow ticket from Azimut Airline. It was not possible to use the flight service due to measles . Azimut returned the money within an hour after the cancellation request.Armenian airlines come up with various new requirements for the certificate , refuse to accept documents . The demands to provide a reasoned written refusal with an indication of the reason for the refusal are ignored . At the same time, all certificates must be notarized into Armenian, and each new requirement is 2500 for registration of a new document with a notary.
Дешёвые билеты, но очень строгая политика лоукостера. Перевес даже на 1кг не допустим. Бесплатно места выбрать никакие нельзя.
