But the staff, at the time of the visit, clearly does not shine with courtesy. They may forget in some small things that you ordered, and not all the devices are delivered, or completely ignore the fact that you came to the institution for 10 minutes

The place is good, overall the food is not bad. But the Japanese one does not reach the Japanese one at all. There is no sharpness, and the rolls are a little dry (although not all). But all the soups are excellent, and the dishes of Belarusian cuisine are excellent. The Wok, which they offer to collect yourself, is juicy, but not a gram is not salty and not spicy (although it should be quite). What's great about the Arena is pizza. Delicious if not over-dried. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is wonderful. There is a place for children to play, so you can come with any company. On Fridays and Saturdays there is live music, the girl sings perfectly, beautifully and with a soul. Most likely, the quality of the cuisine and service matches the price. Frankly dirty dishes were served several times, but after the request they were changed. We usually wait for the ordered pizza for at least 40 minutes (this is if the hall is not full). If we come on a day off, we wait for our food for about an hour. The waiters did not bring the whole order several times, they forgot about the juice and snacks. Otherwise, everything is fine. If you do not find fault with the level of cuisine and service, then you can have fun with friends in this place.

Today we visited this institution with my mother. We ordered two small pizzas and waited for them for an hour!!! When the nerves began to give up, they went to ask the waitresses why it took so long and one girl, like a sleepy fly, went to the kitchen. After 15 minutes, bring the first one, and after another 30 - the second one, which was suspiciously large (by the way, it was large, although the waiter asked several times if it was small or large). What was our disappointment when they were both half-starved. I don't understand how this is possible, in other pizzerias they always bring a dish with fervor from the heat. We also wanted to order a couple of desserts, but because of such a long service, we did not. 23 rubles were spent on the wind.

We went to have lunch with a friend one afternoon! I'll tell you right away we haven 't been for a long time ! To be honest, the kitchen is delicious.....but how long is everything in service! The soup was waited for 30 minutes and when we ate it, we brought bread)))although they reminded me 2 times....they carried the juice for 10 minutes....and along the way, a tube fell from the waiter's hands, but she picked it up and put it in a glass ... here I was honestly stunned)))
