At first they waited for the table to be cleared, they had to ask, then they waited for quite a long time when the menu was brought, they had to come and take it themselves, no one came up to order, they also came up and asked to take the order.We waited for the order for 2 hours, an hour later tea was brought from the order, a kettle without a lid, without a candle for heating. The chopsticks were just thrown on the table, the plates were brought when the rolls were almost eaten. We ordered a washcloth, it was brought in 2 hours, the appliances only after 10 minutes. They asked for drinking water, they brought it only after a reminder at the end. The child was ordered a milkshake, it seems they forgot about it when they asked for the bill, they said they were making a cocktail, we refused, but they brought it anyway. As a result, a spoiled mood and a lot of wasted time. I think this is the first and last time we're here. As an alternative, there is a sushi Arena for Builders, where there is always excellent service and courteous staff.

We agreed to this waiting time. As a result, we waited 1 hour, but the order was never delivered to us. When asked when we would receive our order, no one clearly answered. I had to give up and go to another cafe.
