Awesome location, close to the sea and a eucalyptus grove at the foot of the mountains. Meals are 5+, tourists from neighboring hotels go to eat. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning +change of hygiene products. The place is awesome, it's better not to find it in Gagra.

The food is very tasty, the buffet is good. For 400 rubles, it is very suitable for an adult. But for a 7-year-old child, this amount is too expensive, who eats no more than a tea saucer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all at the same price. The staff is friendly. Everything was clean and pleasant. There is a tennis table and a TV room outside.

Overall a good hotel with an excellent location. We were there before the start of the season, so the kitchen did not work and we hardly saw the staff. They haven't cleaned in a week, but we didn't ask for it. The rooms are very nice, bright, and the furniture is excellent. There are a few comments about the shower and the shelf in the bathroom, but overall we liked it! Thanks for the rest!

We had a rest with my daughter, I really liked the hotel. Good staff, friendly people. The room was cleaned efficiently. The tour took only breakfasts, quite a decent menu (buffet), not delicacies, but everyone will find their own. We rested for 13 days, the weather is excellent, the sea, the mountains, Abkhazia... now, my beloved Abkhazia. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a great stay. Thank you for understanding, thank you for checking in quickly and allowing me to stay in the room until departure. I liked everything very much.

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, beautiful views from the balconies, there are shared balconies on the floors. A small but beautiful area with table tennis and board games. The price includes breakfast, you can have lunch and dinner 200 rubles per person. Permanent receptionist Sabina is very polite, attentive and friendly. The administration is not responsible for the dining room, refers to them, it turns out that the dining room and the hotel are like a state within a state. In general, it seems that nothing for this money will go 2200 with breakfast per room, but if you did not manage to get to the beginning of breakfast, then by the end of breakfast there is nothing and then it makes sense to pay for what you did not receive. And also in the laundry room, if you call it that, there is no dryer, things dry for a long time.

We rested at this hotel in early September 2020, we were pleased with both the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers and the cleanliness of the rooms. Regarding the food: buffet, everyone will find something to their taste (the food is delicious by the way). Excellent courtyard area, (we lived in the second building, we liked it more there), you can sit and drink tea, coffee, there is also in the kitchen. The sea is no more than 300 meters away, very clean and warm.
Of the cons: they did not change the fullness.

Everything is great, but it was a little cold in January. Even the heater didn't help us out. There is a ping pong table in the courtyard. You can order a hookah in the room. But on the 4th floor, residents can be heard one floor above.
