We had a rest with our family from June 18 to 27, I think we had a very good rest! The advantage of the hotel is its location, it is really 5 minutes to the sea. Shops are all nearby, canteens.
Very responsive hostess Anna, solves all issues quickly! There is a laundry room, 200 rubles for washing, we left our things, and upon arrival from the sea we took them already dry, i.e. the maid washed and hung them, for which we thank her very much! The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and there is also a shower and toilet in the room, which is very pleasing. The area is clean and cozy, lots of greenery. There is also a beautiful veranda where you can relax. Cooking, of course, will not work, but there is a microwave, an electric kettle! The view from the veranda opens to the sea, so you can enjoy the sunsets right there! We liked it, thanks for the rest to Anna!

I had a rest from 11 to 20.09.24. I had a great rest. I liked everything, the hostess is sweet, kind, responsive, hospitable. The room is air conditioned, has a refrigerator, shower, washbasin, toilet. The territory is clean and green, pomegranates and tangerines grow. The staff was excellent, Zafar the cook cooked very well, Ismail the administrator performed his duties perfectly.

Great location.I had a vacation in September with a friend who came to Abkhazia for the first time. She is very pleased. .Sincere hosts and attitude. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are great. everything works. Once the electricity was turned off for 15 minutes at night. And that was noticed by accident. The TV catches a lot of Russian channels. Upstairs there is a cozy terrace for all vacationers, where you can warm up in the microwave and boil a kettle. I am delighted with this mini-hotel. I immediately want to warn those who claim to be an adherent of the European service, this is Abkhazia - the traditions of the Soviet service are not exterminated. Don't expect to be licked. Full self-service! This has its own charm. At the same time, the territory is well-groomed, the premises are cleaned daily. If you need, your room will be cleaned, you need to ask. The hostess is a nice and businesslike woman. Will respond to any requests. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a possibility to use the local canteen. The girls cook delicious and varied dishes. If you don't have enough, you can buy what you like at the market or in shops and eat it on the veranda. And you can visit local restaurants.
The hotel itself is located very close to the sea - it's easy to get there on foot without hurrying in a minute. The hotel is exactly in the middle of the city of Gagra - between the old and the new city. It is very comfortable. The code reference point for taxi drivers is the Library (a local landmark that everyone knows). The hotel is just around the corner. And opposite the hotel there is an Orthodox church of the Blessed Virgin Mary for those who wish: very small, cozy and inconspicuous.
There are, of course, disadvantages: the local railway runs nearby. But trains run 4 times a day. The neighbors have a rooster that screams in the morning. There is no need for an alarm clock. But these are such disadvantages for a non-lover. If this does not bother you and the most important thing is to visit Gagra, then this hotel is a very good choice.

We got to this hotel on a tour. Everything was great on the tour operator's website, as it should be)) When we arrived to check into the hotel, there was no one at the reception except the cleaning lady. She called the hostess of the hotel and said that she would check in if we paid 5,000 deposit, which is then refunded. We did not do this, because nothing is said about it anywhere, and in general why should we discuss this point with the cleaner. As a result, we settled in. Before settling in, we fixed all the jambs, so that we would not be required later. The air conditioner worked only for heat. There was no stove in the shared kitchen (only a microwave). The bed in the room was already with supports. On the day of the eviction, the transfer arrived for us 2.5 hours later than it was announced. They themselves began to call all the numbers indicated in the tour to find out what was the matter, they said that they could not get through to the reception, but it was not fate for customers to dial directly. We managed to catch the plane, but our nerves were also frayed. I will no longer check into this hotel.

The rooms are normal for this guest house. But! They cheat with the numbers, the check-in does not take place in a timely manner (after a few days), since the hostess (Armenian) still has hotels with toilets and showers on the street!(For a fee, they will most likely be placed immediately) And this happened to almost all the guests, we were settled only for the 3rd day! The cost of the hotel in which we were settled is very different from this one, that money is wasted. It's not far to the sea. The rooms stink of mold, the rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed and they forgot to give out sheets at all. And the hostess told us, ask for what you need. But I don't understand why they should ask?that's what it should be. There is neither a glass in the room nor a plate.Going into the bathroom, this is generally a separate conversation. No soap dish or shelf. At least put everything on the floor . There is a typical kitchen with 1 kettle for 20 rooms , a microwave without a plate, dishwashers (water with one drop of solution). And that's not all. When my husband and I were looking for a place to live, these offerists got attached to us . They began to impose housing on us. We fell for it, of course. Because we are tired from the road. They showed us two options. What they showed for the first time was a shock. Fell for the second one, i.e. to this hotel. We were in our car, they were in theirs. After we checked in, we were asked to give them 500 rubles. for gasoline, although we went to pick them up in our car. Photo of the bathroom door, the linen that we were given. I also want to add that our window overlooked the railway where trains constantly run. It smells like sewage . We rested from 28.7 to 11.08 , booked in person , ordered a transfer from Sochi airport to the Anna Saria guest house
As soon as the plane landed, the driver called, said that he was waiting for us, calmly get your luggage and go out to the Olympic rings. A couple of minutes later, a car pulled up, the driver introduced himself as Rafael, loaded our suitcases and we set off for Abkhazia. We passed all the borders and reached the Anna Saria guest house (along the way we listened to interesting stories by Raphael about the Gagra)
The hostess Anahit met, an employee of the hotel, Abror, helped to carry the suitcases to the room.The room is clean and quite cozy.
There is a dining room where you can eat from the menu and even order something individually, the dining room is cozy, everything is clean, the food is budget on the menu, but for the first days while we explored the whole neighborhood and local cafes, the presence of a dining room helps a lot.
There is a laundry room, the cost of washing is 200 rubles, I used it for 2 weeks of stay, an hour and everything is clean and practically dry, since the humidity is high and everything dries very badly. Of course, the audibility in the rooms is increased, not the neighbors can be heard, but the slamming of doors, the train is passing somewhere nearby, but it did not cause any discomfort. Very close to the church and bells ring on Saturday and Sunday, if it bothers someone, then this is not your place (they wrote in the reviews about a sick person, so this is some kind of wretch who really always sits at the entrance to the church and he does not scream because he is deaf and dumb, well, maybe he moos, but not in I can't hear him at all)
The biggest disadvantage is turning off the lights and water at the same time, usually it happens early in the morning from 6 to 7 almost every morning
Basically, everything depends on your mood

We went on an excursion on vacation, but Lake Ritsa by car with Raphael is very convenient, the price is even cheaper, and comfort and visiting various attractions is unlimited in time (I was in Abkhazia in 2022 and went on excursions with pegasus, so once upon a time it is not good if the guide is interesting and funny, and sometimes the guide is so-so and the children on the bus vomit)
We were lucky to have very friendly neighbors. In general, the rest was a great success! Thanks to all the staff of the guest house.
A little advice, if your plane departs in the evening, book a late check-out, so as not to sit on the terrace from 12 to 17 and not grumble that you were evicted at 12
And also let your tour operator contact the owners personally, so as not to sit waiting for a vacant room, that you were not checked in on time, as I understand booking through the site fails!
We were also taken back to the airport in Sochi by car, everything is very good with comfort and on time.

We had a rest in September 2020.3 minutes to the sea,bus stop,cafe,booth with excursions-everything is nearby.The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains!I bought c2m1spal.beds, they gave one 2-bed, but there was a sofa.The window overlooked the communal area.The refrigerator was shared on the same site.The bathroom is nice.The tour was with breakfasts and dinners.It was delicious and the menu was alternated!There was no cleaning AT ALL! We rested in this guest house from 08/17.
23 to 08/22.23. We arrived late, at about 10 p.m., there were three of us and another family of 5 people.
They met us by immediately saying that they didn't have any rooms available!!!!

And here is such a surprise at night looking!
As a result, after sitting in the dining room of this "guest house" for an hour, we were offered an alternative for the night.
Just to spend the night, and tomorrow we would be checked in right away!

They sent us first to a house where they didn't open it for us! Then we went to another house! And it was with suitcases and it was already night!! It was dark, and there was no normal Light on the streets! It's not clear where we go, thank you, at least we were accompanied by a man!
As a result, they settled the THREE of us!!!! Into a double kennel!! There are no other words! For the room is meter by meter, stuffy, smelled of mold, stupidly with a fan and all that drove hot smelly air! Well, we settled in as best we could! Since we were very tired and had no choice, at least to stretch our legs out of the way!
In the morning, of course, no one sat us down at the hotel and we still had to walk around the city for half a day, at the sea, tired, hungry, sleepy!!!
As a result, angry, returning to this nedootel, already on emotions we literally knocked out a room for ourselves and saying that we would wash it ourselves, we checked in!
The room had a bed and a large sofa, air conditioning, shower, TV did not work!
The windows overlooked the stairs.
There was a railway nearby. Both in the morning and late at night it was terribly audible.
Of course, we didn't live in the room much, we only came to spend the night, but no one cleaned it in 7 days. They wiped it themselves.
There is also a musty smell in the room.
Newly arrived tourists constantly clarified their relations with the owners, and those residents who lived for a long time also periodically expressed their dissatisfactions to them, and there really are a lot of them!
Therefore, I strongly advise against this Guest house!
And the country is beautiful!!❤️

A terrible place, full of unsanitary conditions. There were 3 days in October 2023. The beds are broken, propped up with wooden planks, one of them constantly fell out and the bed tilted. The terrible smell of sewage in the shower, which bothered day and night, even in the room, the door did not save from this stench. Good location. The main street is not far away, but you can't hear the noise of cars and music. The entrance to the territory is with the help of a magnet, so no one else gets in. There is a dining room with a kitchen and a summer veranda with a microwave. The veranda is located high and the sea is visible. Perhaps this is where all the advantages end. The rooms smell musty, they are cleaned only before check-in. This is also why adults and children suffer from rotavirus. It comes to calling an ambulance. And they forgot to meet us at all. We were supposed to check in at night. The vacationers let us into the territory. From 3.00 to 7.30 am, my child and I waited for the hostess outside, at least the nights were warm. We stayed at this hotel in early July. A very hospitable hostess, told everything in detail about the rules of accommodation and so on. I would also like to mention the cleaner, who also manages the laundry. A very responsive woman. Washing personal items costs only 100rubles. There have never been any problems where to hang the laundry, because there are dryers on the territory of the hotel, in the courtyard, or on the stairwells. There is a dining room where breakfast is served and a covered terrace with a kettle and microwave. You can drink tea there in the afternoon, but most of all it is in demand in the evening, when hotel guests, having bought local wine or champagne for a sample, and having bought a barbecue or a cradle around the corner, settle down there with companies or families and share their impressions, photos, etc. Literally 50 meters behind the hotel there is a railway connecting Sochi with cities of Abkhazia. Therefore, we perfectly heard the approach of the train, and when it came for the hotel, it was quite noisy. But we treat it normally, so 4-5 times a day it didn't bother us. That is, you are sitting in the room, you have opened the window to ventilate, and people are walking past you and children are running around. We were lucky, the window of our room overlooked the sea and the coastal part of the city. And we could air it all day long! The room itself was small, but quite cozy. Result. If we go to Gagra again, we will most likely stay at this hotel, because we liked the attitude of the staff, it's a 5-minute walk to the sea, and the hotel itself is a little away from the noisy street, especially at night. The only condition is that we would have checked into the same room, or another one with a window facing the street, and not the stairs. Therefore, please clarify this issue when booking.

It is located in the very center of old Gagra. Everything is close by (the sea, cafes, huge machines). It is quiet enough (in the morning there is a tavern, but it does not interfere). The room was comfortable. There is a shower in the room, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, there is a common gazebo with a kettle and a gorgeous view. The staff is wonderful.

A good hotel, the staff is polite. She lived in September 2020. I really liked it. Modern interior, furniture, air conditioning in the rooms. Delicious food, breakfast was paid for, but I enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel. The food is homemade, at the highest level!!!

The next day I wrote to the hotel , they found the sweater and promised to send it ... but a year has passed ... during the year, I wrote and called, and reminded and offered money, and our friends and acquaintances stopped by there - the sweater was not returned to us. The hostess Anaida expressed to me in a rather harsh form that she was not obliged to look after the abandoned things of her well-to-do ((( In general, the sweater was appropriated... one of the employees or the administration is unknown... it was a good sweater, it cost 10k ((( So be careful and don't forget anything - you won't be able to return it) For accommodation, I put 2+ . Plus for the location and for the veranda - a piece of the sea is visible . The rooms are odorous, the furniture is very old, the bed creaks and is all broken, you can only go into the shower in slippers - it's dirty, they don't clean, breakfast is not edible, we almost didn't eat it.... there are no dishes - somehow they took wine - they drank from mugs that I previously washed with soda, there is nowhere to dry things - there is a common dryer on the floors, you can hang your bathing suit next to the family underpants of a pot-bellied uncle from the next room, get related, so to speak ... In a word, it's very bad ((( Maybe you they will smile and ask how you are resting - but in fact - give me the money (not the smallest) and fuck off....

How this guest house got a 4.0 score, I don't understand at all. If it were possible, I would put "-10".
We had to rest in this house from 11.06-17.06. We arrived, checked into a room on the 2nd floor (although the tour operator indicated that we needed a 3rd floor and a sea view).The room smelled very damp, but it was clean. I open the blinds, and there's a view of the grilles and the concrete wall - well, that's not how I'd like to wake up in the morning! I went up to the hostess, asked her to change, which was offered an adjacent room with a view of the staircase, i.e. this is an enclosed space where there would be no windmill, naturally I refused.And we were told that there are no more available rooms. We think - well, the main thing is not the view of the sea, we came to rest, so we went for a walk. There is a very friendly cook in the kitchen, who quickly prepared lunch for us - this is the only plus!
Then we walked until seven in the evening and happily satisfied came to the room and saw a picture - ants swarming on the floor and our bed - would you stay? Naturally, I ran to the hostess and complained - which I was sent to the cleaner.The cleaner said she would make a special solution and treat our room! What??? Should we live in this chemistry with our children later???. My husband and I ran to look for a place for us, thank God it's full there and we found a very decent one for 27 thousand for 6 days with a gorgeous view, a royal bed, comfortable extras.in places. They ran to collect things and children.
And then the showdown began, I told the hostess that we were moving out, explained the reasons and said that another hotel had already been booked, to which I was told - why didn't you ask to replace your room?Dear hostess of the hotel, we are not dogs for you to run after you 25 times and ask you to change rooms!We pay the money and be kind enough to match the stated amount of housing provided!!!
We didn't take long to figure it out, so she started threatening that she wouldn't return the money, etc., etc.

I really liked this guest house. Very polite and pleasant staff, the hostess herself, the maid girls. I especially want to mention the administrator Svetlana. The location is very good, the very center, but at the same time far from the hustle and bustle. To the sea is a 5-minute walk, there is everything necessary for life nearby. There are many shops, cafes, a pharmacy. If we are in Abkhazia, we will definitely come back here.

A terrible guest house. They don't clean it at all. The windows are not washed, cobwebs, dust, curtains are dirty and wrinkled. There is a railway road two meters under the windows. In the san node, there were defecations on the walls from previous tenants. I went several times and asked them to wash the walls. The next day they were washed after all. The furniture is falling apart. The Windows overlook the railway road or the corridor where half a crowd of people walk. The prices are crazy for accommodation. It's good that we took a tour without food. It's terrible too. We went through Pegasus, took a tour. We thought if pegasus would be fine. And it was terrible. In Turkey, you can live as kings for this money. The antisanitorium is complete.

We are currently resting in a triple standard. On the top(4th) floor. Without power. Everything is fine. The rooms are not large but cozy. Everything is there:air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, wi-fi. You can dine on the terrace. There is a sink, a kettle, and dishes. Clean and tidy.
The sea is 3 minutes away. Shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs are right there.
Speaking of rotovirus. It occurs from a storm at sea or after heavy rains. It has nothing to do with the guest house. Eat good-quality foods!
