We had a family vacation in early June, we really liked it! The rest is for families with children, adults who come to enjoy the silence of the hotel will not suit. The pool is heated, the children swam from morning to night. The kitchen is amazing, they cook very tasty, you don't have to go anywhere. Thanks to Nonna for the order in the restaurant)) Homemade wine is real, and also very tasty! Everything is clean, if something does not suit you, you can always contact the staff and everything will be fixed quickly. Every morning they ask if everything suits you. Wi-Fi works without interruption, and so does television. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, this is a very big plus! The hotel is clearly not for a 5.0 rating. We checked into a room where there was a strong stench, after which we reported the information to the reception and it seemed that additional cleaning was carried out there, but the smell did not disappear anywhere. The breakfasts are very weak - they arrived 30 minutes after the start of breakfast, and there is almost no food left. As a result, they left earlier and the cost for an additional day was withheld from us. We moved to another nearby hotel and everything was fine there. So you didn't guess the choice of the hotel

Not a bad hotel! Service for 5 (you leave the room at the sea, or eat in a restaurant, as everything in the room is covered with new linen, fresh towels are lying).Cosmetic repairs may be required in some places, but everything is acceptable and neat. A swimming pool is a good thing, but not only chemistry is needed, but also, as I understand it, vacuuming sometimes. The kitchen is normal, everything is very tasty, but not cheap!!! To the chief Konstantin - big greetings from the Tolyatti guests!!!The waiters are deaochki and the boys are helpful,polite, responsive (greetings from Tolyatti to them too) It doesn't hurt to get to the sea, it's a five-minute walk, and most of the way to the bathing source lies in a shady area... Our family and the company with whom we rested in Amshin are very satisfied and satisfied with the services provided by this hotel, so we recommend it!!!

Good afternoon, we had a family vacation, we really liked the hotel, everything is clean and beautiful. The only thing is that the breakfasts are not very good, but again, maybe we are very picky. There is a great swimming pool, Playground. The sea is just 5 minutes away, the sea is clean, a pine forest. We are absolutely delighted. There are many cafes nearby. We were in Amshin in May. We really enjoyed the rest:
1. Heated swimming pool.
At 17 g and in the rain, my child and I enjoyed diving and swimming.
And if you feel cold, five steps from the pool in your room, you can warm up under a warm shower.
2. By the way, the water pressure and temperature allow you to quickly warm up in the shower and rinse your hair from sea water.
The rooms smell delicious and are spacious. There are enough hangers and areas in the locker to place clothes.
3. The location of the hotel.
The sea is 10 minutes away, the beach is a large pebble, surrounded by conifers.
If you walk a little towards the fish factory, the pebbles become smaller, turning into sand. The beach is clean, the water is clear.
It's a long way to the center of Pitsunda on foot with children, you can't walk along the beach, but there is a minibus stop near the hotel. We were always lucky, we didn't wait longer than 5 minutes.
4. Breakfast. They are diverse and very tasty.
5. Sound insulation. We didn't hear the neighbors at all. But since all rooms overlook the pool and the restaurant area, the noise was definitely before 22:00. Further, the staff always makes sure that there is silence after 22.
Closing windows and turning on the air conditioner helps until 22.
It only helped badly when music lovers who were relaxing by the pool with their speakers settled in, which, as you understand, does not apply to the hotel, but characterizes some guests.
6. The staff does not "care", so most of the comments from previous reviews have already been corrected.
Wonderful, responsive people: hardworking and tactful maids; beautiful and modern chefs and waiters; the receptionist and the hotel management are ready to help.
7. We took excursions at the hotel. Everything is fine! Excellent guides, conditions and prices.
8. The TV shows a bunch of channels. But we didn't really look.
9. We talked with the vacationers: everyone is very happy with the hotel. Tune in to the positive, be friendly and polite. And you will be happy!
The Internet was a bit weak if you needed to hold a meeting for work, but maybe they had already fixed it.

Terrible hotel!!! The sanitation is complete, the toilets are dirty, the floors are dirty, everything is covered in dust. There is no hair dryer and kettle in the room. It's disgusting to be here. The staff will spare boiled water for the child. And the saddest thing is, breakfast for a small child to take away is prohibited) and what if the child does not eat in the dining room, where there are many people? I haven't seen such lawlessness for a long time. Of course, they came down with intestinal problems here, I do not recommend this hotel. He totally sucks.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights-the end of June. The location is not bad enough-about 7 minutes to the sea at a slow pace and slightly off the road. The hotel consists of three small buildings in the shape of the letter P. We lived in A-on the second floor. There is no balcony like this-there is a common passage for several rooms. Almost everyone has a view of the courtyard-pool. There is a reception, a restaurant and something in between a pool bar and a common seating area with tables-where you can drink tea (there is a cooler with hot water) and drink/ eat your own food/drinks or order from the restaurant (prices are high).
An extra place with a very uncomfortable mattress-you can feel all the springs. There are a lot of children, in the evening it is very noisy-music is playing in the common area-it is announced until 22, in fact until 23. If your number is from this area, it will be very audible. Wi-Fi in the room does not catch at all-at best, if you go out on the balcony. The accommodation includes breakfast-that's why we booked it, as previous reviews were positive. The announced breakfast did not meet any expectations.Bottom line: we wouldn't go again.

Initially, optimistic thoughts and ideas were formed about this place, because at the time of booking a room there, the rating on Booking was "9.5".
Excellent reviews of the heated pool, excellent bar, cool dining restaurant and so on, including good service and courteous staff.
Everything was overshadowed pretty soon and quickly upon arrival: incredibly low noise insulation, friendly staff from the reception to the maids, not at all warm water in the pool (and constant excuses about rains, rare at the time of rest), a rare change of bed linen (1 time in 7 days), garbage often not thrown out by the maids, a constant mess after guests on the reserved territory, dirty sun beds around the pool on a regular basis and often a dirty pool, and, saddest of all, a terrible assortment of dishes in the breakfast included in the accommodation, as well as the absence of a bar.
Briefly about the food: breakfast constantly consists of a maximum of a couple of dishes, including omelette and scrambled eggs, often simple salted wheat liquid porridge. You will not see toast, ham, at least some delicious sausages here, and about such a thing as "ketchup" - you will have to constantly drip on the brains of the service staff. Dinner and lunch (the administrator deceptively says that they cost 450, although in fact 350, more on that below) are not worth it at all. You will see a simple baked chicken thigh with carrots and poor pieces, rice, cold navy pasta (with questionable minced meat) and fish (here, it's worth paying tribute, not bad). We didn't see anything else from the dishes for 7 long days.

About the structure of the hotel: the critical problem of the hotel is that everyone here "doesn't care". The receptionist deals with a huge number of things at once, which is why he does not have time to keep up everywhere at once. Maids - as a separate kind of sloppiness: today I want to, tomorrow I'll think about it, the day after tomorrow I'll forget. It came to arguments between them as to which of them was the head Maid. But the most unpleasant thing is that they can rush in to you in broad daylight with a request to turn over the mattresses, and, finding nothing, they begin to "present" for spoiling some kind of sheet and demand a fine of 3,000 rubles, which the staff will forget about after 15 minutes, and you will be left without apologies and explanations. The kitchen, by the way, is a separate kingdom here, which no one knows anything about.
Despite the fact that 1 \ 5 of the hotel is inhabited by staff, there is no sense in this at all.
Sleeping in this hotel is a separate kind of unattainable pleasure. Loud companies after 23.00, screaming children, hotel guests swimming at night, constant "gatherings" at night, frequent construction near the hotel, coupled with the lowest sound insulation, will give you stormy sleepless nights full of introspection and self-questioning: why did I choose this place?
The only plus: not far from the sea, and, I almost forgot, a TV that will show you something from 4 channels, of course, only 6-8 hours out of 24 hours of such a wonderful day. And an air conditioner.

We returned from this hotel a couple of days ago!And that's what I want to say, it's a wonderful place .The three of us went together, my husband and a three-year-old child.Bed linen is changed every three days, although due to weather conditions they were not changed a couple of times, but this can be understood because if you want another service, take not for 3t +- but for 7t and then everything will be different)))The heated pool is warm , in the evening, with lighting , it is monitored and the water is chlorinated .The breakfasts are adequate scrambled eggs / omelet / casserole / porridge / cottage cheese, everything in that spirit is edible, just the nipples with sausage are paper, we did not eat them.I am very sensitive to noise and was afraid for gatherings in the evening, because we lived on the ground floor in the middle of the hotel, no, everything is fine, well, it was a little but not critical. If you need to wash your clothes, this service costs only 150 rubles .There is an excellent playground on the territory, which is illuminated, there is a cafe nearby from which you can watch the child)Prices in this cafe are more expensive than in canteens in this place, but this is also understandable because there is not local alcohol and dishes there in a European way from there and the price) Advice for those who go there))) Take small money, we had problems with 5000 tons of bills and cash them from the card is also a problem there🤦🏼♀️Do not think that you will eat their fruits there, they are all brought and the price is the same as in St. Petersburg, I did not drink homemade wine, I am sure that it is not homemade)))We bought it in bottles in a wine store, it costs pennies there and is delicious !!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is polite, they will always help in any way they can .The rooms are clean and cozy.There is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. A warm pool, Both for children and adults.The cook has golden hands (he cooks very tasty ) The sea is nearby. Literally a 3- minute walk . It was the first time and we will definitely return there .

A wonderful hotel, it is very comfortable to relax here. The staff is very hospitable and helpful, the rooms are cozy, comfortably furnished with modern furniture, the room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is a private heated swimming pool with a children's area in the courtyard of the hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on site, where amazingly delicious dishes are prepared. There is a great beach with small pebbles not far from the hotel. I will definitely come to Abkhazia next year and stay at this hotel!

The hotel is a new building!!! There is no address. Taxi drivers don't know the way. The building is located on a vacant lot around which cows and horses graze throughout the day, leaving piles behind them. Most rooms do not have air conditioning, TVs, refrigerators, which are already stated as available in the description of the hotel. And there are also no shelves in the cabinets, hangers in them, no bedside lamps. There are no towel hooks and toilet paper hangers in the bathroom, there is no soap dish. The friendly staff shrugs, referring to the fact that the hotel is new. And then why open it, if you are not ready to meet the guests 100%??? We pay money for reality, not for promises that everything will be delivered soon!Terrible audibility, you will definitely not be lucky with your vacation if small moody children or snoring people stay in the next room, you can hear a cheerful gathering by the pool. The balcony is shared by the entire building, on which things are dried, shoes are left, etc., a corridor in one word. There are undoubtedly advantages. The pool consists of two parts, a deep and shallow children's pool, with lighting and heating, pleasant design and decoration of the rooms,comfortable beds,high ceilings,friendly staff, cleanliness and novelty, but this is not enough for a comfortable stay.

We were in early January 2022, we liked clean and warm rooms, a heated swimming pool (children swam at +8 outside), normal breakfasts. In general, compared with some mini-hotels, this hotel is much better and of all the places in which I had a chance to live during my 9-day trip, this was remembered from the best side in Abkhazia the most.

Nice furniture in the room. The room is small but cozy. The staff is competent, polite and friendly.

A girl was swimming in the water, maybe the daughter of one of the workers (small), and at the same time mother and daughter (visitors), so they began to bully the girl that they allegedly pay money for accommodation there and she does not have to swim there. It's just awful. Two "barrels" attacked a child out of the blue.
