We rested from 28.07-07.09.The hotel itself is not bad, but the management and especially the manager is a terrible woman, greedy, incompetent! The child soiled the sheet, and was fined 5000 rubles. A normal hotel for a family holiday. The rooms are normal with air conditioning. There is a buffet breakfast. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace. There is a safe at the hotel.

A great place for a family vacation. We were at the end of April. We were lucky with the weather, we swam in the pool. He's cool! The room is small, of course, but clean, the furniture is all necessary, and the bed linen is all snow-white, like new.

Next to the beach with pine trees, just a wonderful place.

Good evening? We had a rest with the whole family at your hotel! I would like to thank all the staff of the Amsin hotel for their kind welcome and service! We were fed twice a day, breakfast and lunch were just huge, we ate from the belly! The kids loved milkshakes and brownies! The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel! There is a swimming pool on site that helped out! The children didn't get out of it!
And now the disadvantages of the hotel:
1. Very few hooks in the shower! There is no place to hang a towel, washcloth and underwear!!
There are no shelves for shampoo, conditioner, etc. in the shower.
2. In the 6th (b) room- the air conditioner weighs over the children's bunk bed -the children all caught a cold with snot and went home!
We need to come up with something else or outweigh the air conditioner somewhere!

The best modern hotel! There is absolutely everything for a heavenly family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are cleaned every three days, everything is snow-white. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, modern furniture, which pleases. The restaurant has a chic kitchen and a professional chef with golden hands and magical dishes! Also, I really want to mention the waiter Vladislav, who does everything quickly and efficiently! Unrealistically delicious food, free rich breakfasts, the pool is clean and warm, both for children and adults. I read a lot of good reviews and the choice was made because of the good rating. We haven't vacationed on our coast since Soviet times, but we wanted to go for a number of reasons, high prices in Turkey and beautiful nature in Abkhazia. I was determined that it would definitely not be like in Turkey, I read that the service, cows, etc. did not expect much, but it was a nightmare for which we paid almost 13t per day for a two-room room (for 10 days, it seemed to me I was there for a month. Plus only one, the sea and the pines, but lying under them all day with 3 children did not work at all. In 3 days we traveled to Abkhazia wherever possible and that's it (We were in August! After 2 days, rotavirus started at everything, and in a circle (there is no electricity in the room, the Internet did not work, only barely at the cafe, then there is no water, in the toilet, respectively, too! We went from the pool to the toilet barrels) it's a tinny thing, they didn't even warn or tell you when they would turn it on, it's been like this for the last 3 days.
About the hotel, of course you can't call it that, the guest house, the pool is dirty, muddy, the children were rushing there, of course, the floor around the pool is wooden, old, the children have splinters all over their legs, tired of pulling out (then some drunk women in clothes jump into this pool in the evening, no one is watching him at all. A bunch of homeless dogs live with them, the puppies came to the pool, wrote, pooped, then someone smeared it all by the pool, it's terrible. Their cafe is a separate story, prices are not like in a bad cafe in Moscow, dishes for 500-600 rubles are salad or hot. For this money, they made us sandwiches with rotten lettuce leaves, straight black, rotten in the middle, and we stopped going there. Everything in Abkhazia is expensive if you don't eat corn with chebureks on the beach with onions, there is almost no meat there. And there is nowhere to go in the Pizza place, everything is deep-fried, exacerbation of gastritis in 3-4 days is provided, children could not eat it at all.
In general, this is a star for cleaning, a good woman cleaned them.
On the beach, of course, everything is paid, a chaise longue (without mattresses) and the toilet, but there have never been queues to the toilet, it's not hard to guess why. There are no urban garbage dumps in Abkhazia at all, but there are many cows, they are everywhere, but this is a village, a village, probably normal.

A big plus is the presence of a swimming pool and the location of the hotel itself in the area of Pitsunda Bay, where the sea is calmer and cleaner. The staff is very attentive and friendly, everyone is smiling and ready to help with any of your questions. The main thing is to be positive yourself)) The rooms have everything you need, everything is new and clean. The sound insulation is normal, which is a big plus for such a structure and indicates that the owners took care of their future guests during the construction phase. The plumbing is new, everything works, the linen is changed every 2-3 days, the garbage is taken out every day. For the third guest, there is a full-fledged bed, not a cot or mattress))). The breakfasts are decent. In the evening, you can taste all the delights of local cuisine in the hotel's restaurant. They cook just fine. All the dishes that we ordered for 5 out of 5. The prices are normal. What else I would like to emphasize is that if you want to have lunch or dinner with your food or drinks, then in a small cafe inside the hotel itself, you will always be given the necessary dishes (if you ask politely). There is hot water in the cooler for tea or coffee. At the same time, you can order dishes from the restaurant. And this is correct from the point of view of the organization, it is better to go down to the table in a cafe than to eat in the room. In general, we really enjoyed our stay in Abkhazia, we have been vacationing here for the second year. Before that, we were in Gudauta. The room itself is very small, the door to the toilet did not close (the lock did not work). But there are glasses, a safe, a refrigerator in the room. There are disposable shower gels and soap in the bathroom.
Wi-Fi runs perfectly, which is very convenient for work.
For 5000 rubles, we received breakfast, which is included in the room rate. Buffet breakfast: tea, coffee, juice, omelette, sausages, casserole, two types of milk porridge, etc.
You can also order dinner or lunch at the hotel's cafe for a fee. We took shish kebab, salad and fries. In principle, it was delicious, but expensive. You won't walk every day.
The sea is 10 minutes away through relict pines, the water is clean.

This is a wooden guest house, very expensive for such quality and service. There is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbor breathing behind the wall. There is no address, it was difficult for the taxi driver to find it. The breakfasts are disgusting! It is impossible to eat. There has always been light and water. Wi-Fi is only available in cafes, it does not catch in the rooms. The lunches and dinners on the menu are very tasty! The chefs are different, not the ones who cook breakfast. to begin with, the water and light are turned off quite often in Pitsunda, so they are nowhere to be found. everything is great with the light—there is a generator, but there is no water. of course, this is not a hotel joint, but it makes it very difficult to stay in it.
next, I will go through the disadvantages of the hotel:
1) inconvenient and incorrect room layout.
in standard rooms, the air conditioner is located directly above the double bed (usually children sleep there), so residents are provided with either otitis media or a hot night. the only mirror in the bathroom, the minimum number of hooks and only 1 closet (without shelves) for 4 people (we kept things in a cot)
2) incredibly high Moscow prices in a restaurant with average quality of food and service
3) the thinnest walls through which you can hear absolutely all the neighbors and even their footsteps
4) during the buffet breakfast, the choice is incredibly meager, as well as very difficult to access, because to get a portion, you need to queue up with hungry guests (and not the fact that there is enough)
I would not visit this hotel anymore and would not recommend it to anyone

The hotel in Central Asia is nice and clean, has its own kitchen. The sea is 600m away through a relict forest. There are a lot of visitors with children, because of the heated pool. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days. The garbage is taken out every day. There is laundry and ironing service. In the cafe at the hotel, the price tag is lower than Moscow, but higher than provincial ones, they cook well in print, there are mediocre breakfasts. There is a cafe opposite the hotel 50m, it is cheaper there, but I don't know about the quality of the food, we have never eaten there. We went to the Yummy cafe in Pitsunda for lunch and dinner, it's sooo delicious there. One of the best cafes in pitsunda.
The hotel has a couple of big cons (for me). The first and huge one is the lack of sound insulation in the rooms. We lived on the first floor, friends on the second. We've all heard what people are doing from above, right down to the steps of the conversations. Friends say they couldn't sleep because of the snoring from the first floor. Sandwich building in general, there is a sandwich. And so in general, I can recommend this hotel for those who travel with children, who travel without children, there is a good bar, a hookah, but it is noisy in the evening and in the morning from the kids swimming in the pool.
The second big minus is that the hotel accommodates visitors with animals, as a result, in the season there is a whole animal running around, of course I understand that all dogs are domestic, clean, accustomed, but still when you have breakfast, and they come up to you and lick your side, somehow it doesn't feel right.

I would like to mention the chef Konstantin (he works in the hotel restaurant). Kostya is a very good person, he cooked buckwheat for our son, they just came up and asked because the child refused to eat at all... I would also like to mention the bartender Daura, a professional and just a very good person, the waitress Nastya, a kind and sweet girl.

As a family hotel, it's super. It saves your pool a lot when you don't want to go to the sea, and the children demand to swim. There are a lot of kids, guys playing together. There is a playground, a bar and a restaurant. The service of the bar-restaurant is lame, the prices are high in the area, but the food is really delicious, we come to Pitsunda not for the first time, we bypassed many local establishments.
I would like a little more children's animation, and the pool works not until 21 but until 22:30. Swimming with lights would be great.
I wish you further improvement in quality and preferably without strong price increases.

We got to this wonderful hotel in early May, unfortunately, it was raining all the time... The pool was warm, the kids were having fun, there was a Playground, dogs came, cows grazed nearby. The room was on the second floor, everything was available, but the room seemed too small for 4... And there is a very high audibility of neighbors, as someone climbs the stairs, and the children stomped back and forth (((( But if you take yourself on various trips around Abkhazia and hiking to the wonderful sea and relic forest, you do not notice these little things.
