Disgusting company. We connected the "trial period", signed a contract, according to the employees, relating only to the trial period. Later it turns out that the contract continues to be valid if you do not contact them within 14 days and do not inform them about the refusal. No one warns about this, of course. The Internet is slow, it works with constant interruptions, almost every week on some day some kind of work is carried out, because of which there is no Internet access.
For three months, we did not use their services at all, only the modem was lying at our house, never paid for. As a result, I go into the office and find out that the contract has already been terminated with us, but now I also need to pay an amount of almost 200 rubles. It's awesome, they came, convinced, installed a broken modem, shook off the money. A cool scheme, of course, and a lesson for me.

Good time of day. We have been using the provider's services for 2 months. During this time, quite a lot of questions have accumulated about the quality of the service. Firstly, the cable speed differs from the stated one by 25% or more percent downwards. As a result of numerous conversations with support, I received an answer that the problem was with the cable in the wall and it needed to be changed, although when connecting they left the cable of the old provider, which gave the desired speeds without problems.
The second problem is the incredibly frequent Internet outages for 2-8 hours. At the same time, it is impossible to resolve the issue at night, because support only works from 9.00 a.m. After the first night shutdown, the specialist reported that at that time the servers were changed unscheduled in order to improve the quality of communication and this will not happen again in the future. However, the quality of the connection only worsened after this incident. The Internet disappears completely every day for 10-30 minutes several times. A couple of days after this incident, the Internet went off again at night for 4 hours. Support replied that there were failures in the system. And for the third time in the same week, the same situation occurred, in the morning the Internet stopped showing signs of life. The specialist on the phone replied that there had been a failure again and the connection would be restored within 1 hour. However, there was still no Internet at 3 p.m. On a second call, they answered that an unscheduled equipment replacement was taking place again.
As a result, I can say that the Amigo provider is clearly not the best choice for people who just want to have home Internet. Support cannot give a clear answer on the situation, so I would like to receive feedback from management. If the situation does not change in the near future, you will have to change the provider, because this organization is not able to fulfill its terms of the contract and simply provide Internet without daily problems.
We switched to amigo a couple of months ago, and I already regret it. The Internet is working well, but the TV is terrible, a couple of days ago there were no channels, and now it is necessary to reinstall their application on a paid basis, for which it is paid monthly.
