I liked the hotel. We had a rest from 04.08 to 08/14.24 (Before that we were last year).The territory is large, clean everywhere, lots of greenery. The rooms are spacious, the mini bar and soap accessories are replenished every day. The food is very varied and delicious. Do not believe those reviews where they write that they did not like it, they were poisoned... We have seen these people. For the first three days, they eat all kinds of food at once and stuff their children. These people didn't bother, they ate too much! Some also dial full plates into the room. Well, how can you not get poisoned here?! There are many pools and bars on site. They make various cocktails, there are no queues. You can eat different ice cream all day. From 12 to 17 they make hamburgers, shawarma, pizza, baked potatoes. A night restaurant and bar are open from 23 to 7 am, which is very convenient when you arrive late from an excursion. I really liked the animators, they are just super. Everyone will find entertainment for themselves.We really liked the hotel, I want to come back again. We recommend the hotel. Yes, it's not new, but it's clean and pleasant. Although people are surprised who take pictures of toilets, drains in the hotel, look for stains on wallpaper and curtains, etc. instead of enjoying their vacation.

Amara Luxury were at the hotel at the end of September 2024. I am delighted with the rest. I really want to come back again. The hotel is a large, green, well-maintained territory. It's a pleasure to walk there. The beach is filled with sand, then pebbles and large stones in the water, but they are smooth, they do not hurt your feet. You can swim from the pier-there are two excellent piers. There is enough space on the beach for everyone. The beach is of great length. Our room was great with a huge balcony that faced the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The food is delicious and varied. There were different fruits. It was a pity there were no figs. It may not be the season for figs. Very tasty soups. There was animation every day-groups from different countries in national costumes. I really liked the performance of music by two girls on the piano and violin. The room was cleaned well and every day. The staff is very polite. We were checked into the room earlier. The territory is large, so it seems that there are few people in the hotel, no one bothers anyone. In general, the rest was a success! We will be happy to come again!

Amara Luxury Hotel & Villas with a very nice beach, two piers, a large area with lots of plants. The food is varied and decent! Strong alcoholic drinks are good. I will not praise the wine, because it is powdered. Byaka! Cocktails do everything except the Upperrol. They've run out of it.
As of October 2024, everything is sad with the renovation of the hotel. The hotel is tired and requires urgent renovation. Furniture, lamps, mini-fridges, televisions, hair dryer in the shower - it's all really tired. A sad look .
But! Plumbing equipment and faucets on the taps are new, not used.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. If you give the maid a chocolate bar or $ 1 in advance, then it will clean up well.
I had to call the reception twice to have the glass of the balcony door washed. Zero reaction from the maid.
Parties in different formats are held every evening. Nightly children's discos. The location of the hotel is not in the center of the village of Goynyuk, but 10-15 minutes walk to the center of the village.

Attitude, deception. I bought a family room, more than 420 thousand 3 adults and a child in a week, I clarified at the hotel - a double room, 82 sq. m., sea view, photos and 82 meters are declared on the hotel's website. And then they put us in a dirty little room, where you open the door and immediately see 2 beds, there is not even any dressing room!!!! The reception said that there are no other rooms! A tour from Biblio Globus, hosted by kilit. So the hotel guide generally said-I don't like it, sleep in the lobby!!! I didn't offer any other options, like she can't do anything and won't!!! That is, guides are needed only for the sale of excursions, they will not solve your problems! After long negotiations, the next day we were given another room, but it also does not correspond to the one paid for! One floor below and above the grill bar with the appropriate smell. But there was no other option, there are at least 2 rooms, not beds in the hallway! And why, for your money and not small, do you have to not rest, but endure inconveniences?!!! When we were there, many people changed rooms, some swore and were unhappy, apparently, the hotel had such earnings.
At the same time, the windows in the room are dirty, the room is old, shabby. And for all our inconveniences, fruit was brought to our room. The hotel and the guides don't care about the tourists, they didn't even apologize. The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, bathrobes and slippers are on request, and not from the first pair. The air conditioners in the corridors do not really work, in the lobby they are not very good either, the tables are dirty, they are not particularly wiped. The food was not good for the first three days, while there were locals, then the assortment and quality were sharply reduced, Dad had nothing to take for breakfast, but there were no strawberries, although the season, no drinks, cocktails are not delicious, but this is the case everywhere in Turkey, coffee is also not delicious. The food is mostly overcooked pastries, if that's over, they don't fill it up. It's dirty. The waiters do not clean the tables, you need to look for them to be cleaned. The devices are thrown right on the dirty table. They can put down appliances, not put glasses, or put 2 for 4 people. The drink is delivered slowly, inattentively, rides with a cart, the guests themselves must ask, they do not approach the guests, they do not ask if you want something.There is no navigation or very little. I have a Russian-speaking staff, but it doesn't help much. In general, the hotel does not cost that much money, here you will not feel like an expensive guest. This is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. The waiters are also in no hurry to bring drinks for lunch and dinner. There is no service, starting with the reception and ending with the rooms, cleanliness. I'm definitely not coming back and I don't advise anyone. They will deceive you, they will not solve problems, they will not give you a telephone number of higher-level managers. As compensation, we were provided with a pavilion (gazebo) on the beach - there is a high level of service, imported drinks, delicious fruits.

The hotel has a large green area with lots of playgrounds, 2 large clean pools, long beaches and 2 piers, there is enough space for everyone. The evening animation is good. Points were deducted for the following, apparently due to heavy workload:1. Cleaning the room (during the week, the bed linen was changed 1 time and the floor was washed 1 time, towels were really changed every day); 2. There was a problem with spoons and plates for the first one in the dining room. Booze: beer is everywhere canned, draught, bottled. There are refrigerators with beer, juices, soda, ayran, ice cream in different places throughout the territory. There are even refrigerators on the piers. Imported balantines, red label, aperol, and something else are poured in bars. You just have to ask for the imported one to be poured.
The evening programs are good, different. We were there when the band came one day, the singer with the singer the other day, the other day they arranged a super galactic show with different glowing attributes. I've been in the department for 10 days. The animators and staff are mostly good, interesting programs, lots of entertainment! The sea is good! The food is questionable, everything is monotonous. Vegetables, pasta, rice, meat. All soups have the same taste, fruits are not delicious, seafood was poisoned, and the rolls they cook are just terrible. The cleaning is good, but until you remind them, they will most often not be cleaned. The mini bar is good, but they also forget to replenish it (even when they came to the reception and asked to replenish or clean up, no one came). I advise you not to go for their "super massages", because one of the first people who met us at the hotel was a spa employee who over the next 10 days tried to convince us that their massages for 100 euros were a mega useful waste (on the second day we went there and we didn't like it, masseuses they cough and blow their nose, and the massage itself is also not wow). Well, in conclusion, animators go here and ask you to write a good review on Tripdvisor))) So it's not worth 5⭐️.

A very pleasant hotel, I have been there 2 times already - in 2021 and 2024 (May-June). A large wonderful territory, a great kids' club, lots of fruits and vegetables, ice cream almost the whole day (the children will understand me). The rooms are spacious, somewhat tired, but in principle everything is fine. From the comments - ergonomics in the bathroom is not completely thought out - towel holders are very high, apparently designed for a minimum height of 175-180 cm.

80% of the hotel's guests are tourists from Central Asia. Their large and noisy companies were somewhat annoying.
The moment because of which all the negativity - not once during a week of rest in the room !!!!! Linen, towels and bath accessories have not been changed. Apparently they decided that it was clean as it was.
There is a highway outside the hotel, there is nowhere to go.
Thus: there are more decent hotels in Kemer for this price.

There are refrigerators throughout the territory with free access to bottled water, sweet soda (sprite, fanta, pepsi, ayran) Near the pools you can find baby food (purees and milkshakes). There is also canned and bottled beer in the refrigerator.
The hotel has a long beach. There is a sandy, pebble approach, there are piers equipped with sun beds and canopies. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, constantly cleaned, clean, fresh, lawns are mowed. There is a tennis court, a mini football field, a basketball court, and mini golf. Cons: the room is just filthy squalor, the wallpaper is falling off, mold is in the bathtub, the furniture in the bathroom is swollen from dampness, the furniture in the room is faded, tired, the corners are beaten off, the refrigerator is barely breathing, they did not give bathrobes, washcloths were not given, brushes were not given, the rim of the toilet is so yellow that it is disgusting to sit down, worse than in airport toilets. The food is 4.5 out of 5 (the waiters are in no hurry to remove the dishes after the others). Who is the hotel for? Definitely not for the young-the average age here is from 45 years old. In short, only grandfathers and grandmothers. Evening programs, music, yoga, etc. are available. For children as well. Draw conclusions. I gave 220 for two for 9 days/8 nights. I think it's expensive! Its red price is 170-180. Of the cons: food (the choice of food is wide, but it all tasted average, I didn't remember anything very tasty, desserts are generally terrible, either soaked so much that they flow and it is impossible to eat, or generally tasteless); alcohol (you can only drink in bars that are located indoors, in bars on the street, alcohol is open all day in 30+ degree heat, you can imagine what it tastes like ...).

The advantages of this hotel include only a large territory, a variety of recreational facilities (coffee, waffles, ice cream) and a large buffet in the restaurant.

In the bathroom, the doors creak all over the room, the plumbing is yellow from plaque, all tile coverings are mildewed. Both in the room and in the communal pools, and in all the same. Room cleaning is so poor that insects remain on the floor around the perimeter of the walls. Even requests to "clean" the main manager in the glass office in the hall do not help, they only write down a claim in a notebook for appearance and then they cannot solve it (they asked to remove all insects in the room, as a result, they washed the floors with chemicals such that it was impossible to breathe, and all the insects were left as on purpose; towels are not replaced if if you don't ask, they came to the room and someone took one towel from it ...; there's nothing to say about replacing the room with some less dead one, "everything is supposedly occupied and nothing can be done", live as you are in an embrace on a bed, which even bed linen cannot find the same for the room).

The hotel was once wonderful, but at the moment it is very tired. They are trying to support him, but it does not help. Swollen furniture in the bathroom, mold in the seams of the shower, very little lighting and semi-darkness everywhere.
Maybe we were unlucky, but most likely this is a standard story during the peak season - there was a mass poisoning with hospital visits and ivs. As a result, 4 out of 8 possible days were spent in the room hugging a white friend, because the doctors incorrectly prescribed treatment, but that's another story.

We had a rest in Amara from October 5 to October 16, 2023. They lived in the main building. The hotel is very nicely organized, a huge green area. Everything is convenient and comfortable. There were very few children on these dates, mostly couples over 50. Vacationers are 90% Russian-speaking. The weather is simply gorgeous: in the afternoon +28-29, in the evening +25-26, the sea +26-27. A very comfortable entrance to the water is sand, even though we were scared of pebbles. In fact, it is 1 meter wide between the beach and the water) Without slippers. The entrance to the sea is flat. Buoys are far away and you can swim about 1 km along the coast. Very long coastline due to the fact that there are many bungalows and villas (except the main building). There were enough sun beds and they are of good quality. The rooms are quite large and all have balconies. There is a lot of varied food, we did not stay hungry) Very tasty ice cream from 11 to 18. I personally suffered without good coffee. In addition to Turkish in bars, it is simply impossible to drink the rest (( About alcohol: you can drink wine in a restaurant, beer is good, tequila, vodka, whiskey - they did not drink, but it was definitely always there. Cocktails are a terrible swill))) Probably only mojito can be drunk. But it is difficult to spoil it, if you clearly say how much rum to pour)) You can always find fault with the quality of cleaning and other small things, but we did not concentrate on this. There were no glaring moments unsatisfactory to us. It is convenient to get to Kemer by local transport - 9 km from the hotel. It is even easier to go by individual transfer through a leather store. They will bring you back for free) By the way, we bought a couple of jackets there at the end of the season. The price was dropped sooooo good)

We were at this hotel in the middle of July. The sea is clean and hot. The beach is compact. The pools are diverse, clean, and hot. But maybe even this is a plus - it won't hurt to walk once again. Wi-Fi catches perfectly throughout the hotel. That's where the advantages ended. The restaurant is DIRTY! Dirty dishes, tables, floor. The husband eventually picked up something. There was hair in the bathroom when checking in, a dirty window - otherwise there were no questions about the cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner is hanging in the hallway, it does not reach the place with the bed. The mattress is very hard - for some, this is a plus. The bed is huge, and the pillows are small and there are only two. the pillows were very uncomfortable - hard. But it's individual, really. There was a utility block next to our room. There is always a lot of garbage near the door! 2304 room. The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds are green, but sooooo tired. It gave the impression that he was hardly being followed. Even in the pool, there is black mold on the walls. We have been to many places in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. We will not return to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it!

It is VERY important for families with children: the virus is in flight, the children all suffer from intestinal infection and high fever. Anyone from 1.5 days or more, the roommates have a child for 3 days with a temperature of 40. This is not a joke or some kind of agitation to the hotel, our family of 4 people has been through it all. The children are crying and want to fly home. Room cleaning every day , fresh linen and
towels , no complaints ! The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk! The cuisine is standard for Turkey , there are very few delicacies ( at the time of our arrival ) we did not stay hungry! There are different dining rooms to choose from, differing in style and, unfortunately, in the quality of table cleaning. In the RUSTIK hall, an employee laid out cutlery strictly through a towel, without touching them with her bare hands. There was no such attitude to work in other halls.
Separately, it is worth noting the excellent work of the chefs. The variety of the menu was successfully masked by the basic dishes and novelties of the day. During our stay, the assortment included crayfish, salmon steaks, lamb and other gastronomic items. The sweets in the first couple of days were baklava, consisting entirely (!) of ground pistachios. For understanding, 1 kg of ground pistachios costs about 20 euros. Then there was no such luxury, but the children did not notice a shortage of sweets)) Especially the cakes came in. They usually stand on the sidelines, but they are much tastier than bright and tempting cakes.

For me, the location of the hotel is a minus, because after leaving the hotel, there is a highway nearby, a wasteland. There are no shops, pharmacies, or civilization. If you need to go shopping, then a 20-minute walk to the nearest shops. If you want to go to Kemer, then the stop is nearby, but the bus will have to wait 10-15 minutes, and it will be packed. Kemer is 25 minutes away, but back only by taxi 10-15 minutes, how to arrange. Now about the hotel. We lived in the main building, a two-room room. In eight days, the room was cleaned 2 times, the bed was not changed, only a towel. I won't be too picky about the room, but there are some inconveniences. There is a narrow glass curtain in the bathroom, so after taking a shower, the whole floor is in water, and if there are four of us and two more children, then it's just a disaster. Очень красивый отель, большая зеленая территория, шикарные бассейны. Есть два детских бассейна, один близко, второй - далеко, рядом с аквапарком. Море шикарное, заход - галька, в левой части отеля, рядом с дальним пирсом гораздо чище и меньше народу.
Номер был самый простой, категории "Промо", и он был отличный - тихий, с видом на горы, анимации было не слышно ни днем, ни вечером. С закрытыми окнами шоссе тоже почти не слышно, шумящих кондиционеров я не заметила.
Убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца, мыли пол, дали детский набор для купания в подарок. Все просьбы на ресепшн выполняли очень быстро, по работе персонала вообще никаких нареканий нет.
Очень вкусное мороженое. Отличная детская зона в ресторане, постоянно в доступе йогурты, молоко, пюрешки.
Единственное, что не понравилось - это еда. Много жирного, жареного, мало "здоровой" еды, вареные или тушеные овощи найти практически невозможно (только в детском). Многие писали о том, что отравились в отеле. Я взяла с собой побольше лекарств, и старалась есть только свежеприготовленную пищу - но и это меня не спасло, в предпоследний день и я слегла с отравлением. Смекта очень пригодилась.

Отель прекрасный, кормят очень вкусно, разнообразно. Фруктов валом, мясо разного много. Мороженое, пирожные и т.д целый день. Жена говорила, что кофе очень вкусный. Лежаков свободных много. Единственное, в главном баре на бассейне, оффицинты вообще медленно обслуживают. При трех, обычно работает один. Остальные по подсобкам прячутся.
Аквапарк слабоват, но детям пойдёт.
Территория красивая. Ухоженная. Есть бассейн где вообще нет людей, релакс называется.
Шестой раз в Турции. Примерно все такой ценовой категории. Всегда выбирали крутейший аквапарк. Но там всегда кормили слабее, иногда вроде все есть, но невкусно. Лучше было по питанию только в камелии к клаб. Но там цена сейчас в три раза дороже, и то не факт что сейчас так.
Вывод. Рекомендую. Если поеду в следующий раз в Турцию, первый раз поеду в один и тот же отель. В амару.

We really liked the hotel! We flew in early October with our grandchildren. There is a lot of entertainment for children, a water park slides, a playground. The food is good, the staff is attentive! Room cleaning every day, everything is just super! Animation boys well done! Our beloved Uncle Hakan! My granddaughter always saw him and said this is my uncle! The only entry into the sea is large stones and a few pinching fish. But it's not all so tragic. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Who likes to eat there is everything everywhere, especially very tasty ice cream!

The pier is dilapidated, in some places there are rotten boards. They bend. There are sometimes not enough seats in the main restaurant. The food is like everywhere else in other hotels. Lentil puree soup-cannon, bomb, rocket. We are definitely not starving. Service! Well, it's like cleaning rooms, for a weak C grade. But I'll also say this here, if the guys are Turks, then there are no complaints, they are sooooo attentive and as polite as possible. The guys are Kazakhs through one. At night, a roommate came to get medicine, they stopped by in the morning, and by evening the children were already with diarrhea and vomiting. Before arriving at the hotel, I found Margarita's manager's phone number in the reviews, wrote to her about early check-in and asked for an early room. They gave us rooms - one at 12), and the other at 14-30. The room that was given at 12 o'clock was hastily cleaned. Dirty slippers under the bed, crumbs from food in the bedside tables, a dirty bathtub. Margarita solved these problems, they also left washcloths and toothbrushes as a bonus). The cold water in the faucet flowed in a thin trickle, this issue was not resolved. But we decided not to bother with the little things, but just enjoy our vacation ... I did not complain about the cleaning of the room (more precisely, about its absence, and tips were left daily), well, okay, we left clean towels - and that's good.
The restaurant.... You can always find a free table, there are no problems. The food is spicy, it's a little difficult with a sensitive stomach, the grill is not always delicious, but in general, we definitely weren't hungry. A lot of hot dishes are cold. The rooms are very old, especially the bathroom. Pillows and a bed
are tin, you sleep like on rocks.
Animation.... We attended several evening shows: Turkish night - boring, not interesting, everyone left. I liked the Brazilian show. There is animation, the guests are occupied with something all day.
The area is... very well maintained and beautiful.!!!! It was the territory that smoothed out all the shortcomings of the hotel, and if it hadn't been for the infection that struck down sooo many in the hotel in recent days, including our family, and especially my son, I might have written a more positive review!!!!

1) There is no children's animation. The kids' club is open for a couple of hours before lunch and after - in the hottest weather. The rest of the time it's just closed. There is a kids club at the end of the hotel behind the villas. It is far and not convenient. Only 2 rooms are open there - old ones with a corresponding smell.
2) the water park also works only in the sun from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. Slides are only for toddlers and older children. For ages 3-5 years old, it's not very good.
3) the rooms in the main building are old, the mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable with bulging springs. They wanted to change the room and offered money, but the rooms turned out to be all the same.
4. I liked the territory, but not the shady one. All movements are under the full sun. The trees are somewhere to the side for beauty.
5. In general, everything is normal. I described the cons, but the rest is all the pros. The price is 235 thousand for 8 nights with departure from Moscow at Anex.

Отель хороший (несколько помпезный на ресепшен). Ориентирован на молодёжный отдых ( много анимации, шумных вечеринок, дискотек). Для тихого семейного отдыха (с маленькими детьми) не рекомендую. Территория огромная,чистая,ухоженная. Всё сделано с умом: отдельно горки,есть тихие бассейны ( мы там днём спали на лежаках), несколько бассейнов, спортивные площадки. Питание отличное. Размещение было на вилле, поэтому про номера в общем здании ничего сказать не могу. Вход в море галечный ( не очень комфортно), можно заходить с деревянного настила (осторожно, очень скользко). Отдыхали большой компанией (10 человек в том числе дети от 4 до 15 лет). Один из детей подцепил ротавирус, переболел тяжеловато. В спа не ходили. В целом отель хороший.

Были в июле 2023. Чистый пляж и море прозрачное(даже видно рыбок, которые плавают рядом). Огромная территория с 2 бассейнами, аквапарком, амфитеатром и "зелёным парком".
Еда как на убой😅. Начиная от готовых завтраков на любой вкус и заканчивая мидиями, креветками на мангале и шоколадным фонтаном! Особенно понравилось разнообразие десертов! На любой вкус: тортики, турецкие сладости, макарони и даже леденцы.
Минус это то что очень плохая работа лифта😅Если вы живёте на 4 этаже главного корпуса, то ждать будете долго. Ну и ещё не понравилось как пополняли мини-бар, приходилось каждый раз напоминать.
Мало русскоговорящих официантов, но всегда стараются понять и помочь даже "на пальцах" или с помощью переводчика гугл! Вай фай тоже часто отключается, но в номере всегда стабильно работает.
Удобное расположение отеля. При желании спокойно можно дойти пешком(15 минут) до базара в Гёйнюке. Или спокойно сесть на автобус 07 и доехать даже до Кемера(он едет через все отели, так что довезет до входа. Главное назвать отель!). Так же рядом парк Goynuk Kanyonu и Динопарк. До каньона можно дойти пешком(минут 40) или доехать на арендованом трицикле. Прокат находится в лобби отеля. А вот до Динопарка лучше взять такси, т.к. Пешком хоть и близко, но вдоль трассы идти страшновато.
В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Частые "комплименты" со стороны персонала и приятное отношение! Хорошее обслуживание номеров, чистенько!

They gave the hotel a second chance, but no...We were in 2023, arrived again, from 07.07 to 17.07, it got even worse. The cleaning is still lame, the main restaurant is unsanitary (they wiped everything with alcohol wipes), there was a very strong smell of sewage in the shower (room 2247).
Cons-children's carousels were removed from the territory, the embankment was closed for passage-now it's all considered the territory of villas, and of course rotovirus.
Advantages - convenient location, large green area, clean water in the sea (if you swim near the water park), the nature of Kemer.
I do not recommend going with children until the management puts things in order.
