The staff is friendly, there is a lot of food, there are enough places for everyone. You can always eat something and somewhere. The sea is still cold, the water in the pools is too, but they promise hot weather, we are waiting) The animation is cool! She stayed at this hotel on October 22-29, 2024. Actually, I'm not a moody guest, I'm used to European hostels, where meals are usually not provided at all (and this helped me lose 2-3 kg in a week and a half of rest). And here I would not have made any claims if it were not for the price and the application for five stars. And here my opinion is by no means in favor of this hotel. In 2020, the three-star Sochi Park Hotel was much better in terms of accommodation. So, Amara Favily Resort, declared as a five-star by the tour operator, but in fact (Yandex won't let you lie) - 4 stars. I have no questions about nutrition, there was a lot of food, there are plenty to choose from, delicious, everything is fresh. However, as was correctly noted in one of the reviews, if you come to the dining room (I can't call it a restaurant) half an hour before the end of lunch / dinner / breakfast, then you may have some dishes removed right from under your nose, literally: I reached out for some piece, and they took it away from me. And there are a lot of questions and complaints about the service and attitude of the staff.
A double room, as there is a double bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, two mugs on the table. But in fact it is very small, if I came, for example, with my mother or a friend, we would constantly interfere with each other.
The reception practically does not respond to information about non-working elements. On the night of arrival, I listened for three hours to drops from the air conditioner turned off as unnecessary, I had to put a towel from the shower on the laminate so as not to flood the lower tenants. The receptionist, after listening to my complaint (in good English), waved his hand vaguely: go, they say, to the room. I went, waited for the master for another half hour, did not wait, fell asleep at one o'clock in the morning. The burnt-out spot in the hallway was not replaced for me either. After a long day of sightseeing, I came to the room with the thought "I'm going to flop down to rest now, I'll just put the phone on charge" - and found that there was no electricity in the room at ALL. I ran to the reception, and only then they sent a guy who communicated with me through a translator on the phone - the electricity, however, was returned, but the air conditioner and the light bulb remained inactive. I also talked twice about the improperly assembled liquid soap dispenser in the shower - to no avail.
The beach is dirty, and if large garbage is regularly collected, then no one follows the small ones, cigarette butts, papers are everywhere, they smoke around you all the time, it's good that I don't have pathological reactions to cigarette smoke, I just can't stand it, but I had to.
Half of the services began to close after the first 2-3 days of my stay: the pool cafe stopped working, the stage on the territory was dismantled, and in the remaining days the performances of musicians and animation took place in some kind of nook on the way to the beach, in general, that kind of thing. What kind of five stars are there, with such an attitude, it's a pity to have two. In general, I don't advise anyone and I don't set foot there anymore.

There is a very good beach and its infrastructure. Very friendly staff .Food, drinks, sun beds, towels, etc. A guide, a bore. But who is not in Turkey for the first time, does not really listen to him. The room is not in the main building, and this is a huge plus. No extraneous sounds: no pool, no disco, no mullahs, nothing that could interfere with your serene sleep and rest. Food is a separate story. Beyond all praise!!! Well, what was not there! Well, if only lobsters. If a person who weighs 58 kg at the age of 51 brought a couple of extras, it says a lot!!! Animation didn't really bother us. But sometimes they dropped by, with dignity. We were at the hotel from October 14th to October 24th. The biggest disadvantage is the dirt. Especially in a restaurant. Dirty unwashed dishes with leftovers. The last 4 days there was a clean one, maybe people complained or thought of it themselves, I don't know. The table where the coffee makers are, in my opinion, has not been wiped all season. It's really a pigsty. The coffee makers themselves are so dirty that the milk does not run out of the tap from where it runs, but breaks out in a curved trickle to the side through the dried plaque. The rooms are cleaned only to make the beds and throw out the trash. The floor was wiped 1 time in 10 days. The toilet is not washed, the mirrors have been splattered since the 1st day. Large garbage is collected on the beach, but cigarette butts, ice cream sticks are full in the sand, the tables are not wiped. A boardwalk under a layer of sand, no one will miss it. The beach is not well maintained. In general, if the lack of cleanliness can spoil your vacation, then you are not here.

The location of the room is convenient with a view of the arena, where performances were held in the evening. Cleaning every day. There were some juices and soda in the refrigerator bar, we didn't really like that.

3. Animation? No, I haven't heard. There is only one name for a family or children's hotel. Meals, programs - there is nothing for primary school and preschool children. The animators are all local, in English so-so, in Russian - neither be nor me. They do not communicate with tourists, only with each other, they put their local music on discos, and sing along themselves))
4. The quality of the water in the pools. Getting sick with rotoviruses from across the sea or pools is a mystery. But! As soon as my son got sick, we drove to the clinic on insurance, the next day we closed all the pools and cleaned them diligently. Perhaps the mass nature of the diseases has made itself felt. It affected the children more.
In general, it is an ordinary, very budgetary (relatively) five with a bunch of minor flaws and a disregard attitude. You can endure a week for the sake of the sun and the sea.
Another plus or minus: I parachuted behind the boat, looked around the neighborhood: the infrastructure in neighboring hotels is much more interesting (pools, courts, playgrounds), and the beach at the hotel is 2 times smaller than the rest. Grill in the evenings. There is a diet table. It's not realistic to wait for coffee from the car, queues of 15-20 minutes, it's tin. The people are missing in the restaurant to find a free table is a problem. The beach is good, but the sunbeds occupied by towels, which are constantly empty, are a disaster. Alcohol is normal, and wine, and cocktails, and beer, I have not tried strong. Slides, pools, spas-I don't try, I'm going overseas. The Russian-speaking staff is not customer-oriented at all, this is a direct problem. Tuk tuk goes to the sea, but it takes 5 minutes to walk at a leisurely pace, there is no point in waiting. There is no animation from the word at all. In total, I'm happy with my vacation, I don't pay attention to the little things. But it's definitely not a five, it's a good four.

We took care in advance and paid for a day more, so that later we would not sit in the lobby and wait for check-in, as well as with departure. The room was chosen in the main building with a view of the water park. We were settled in 5 minutes, the suitcases were brought, everything was shown and even offered to eat.
Room: fully decent, clean, everything works. In the bathroom, soap dispensers, gels in tubes, body lotion, vanilla discs and cotton swabs. The pastel is clean. We have a single bed and a double bed. Table, mirror. A TV and a refrigerator with a mini-bar.
The food in the restaurant is varied, delicious, for breakfast there is a huge amount of cheese, sausage, vegetables, fruits, sweets, fresh bread, and much more. The dinners are good, too, in abundance for every appetite. Dinners are the same. There are no problems with food. On the beach, ice cream (and in packages like our inmarko), French fries, nuggets, shawarma, watermelon, melon, and something else, we haven't even tried everything that is there.
The water park is cool, there are no queues on the slides, the rescue guys are sitting, everything is cultural and fun!

Honestly, alcohol is only locally produced, seafood is mussels and crayfish - we had it once in 12 days, and we didn't get it. The fish was given every other day, but it was red three times. There is no animation, no cleaning, they can't cope in the canteen, the dishes and appliances are dirty, it's generally a problem to get to dinner, either to run to the opening or to close, but everything will end more or less normal. So they sold the hotel for a lot of money, but in fact, the average 4 is a stretch. Plus, the boorish attitude of the staff, it happened at the reception, especially the elderly bartender in the night bar was rude to everyone. I was pleased with the senior staff, who rushed around after lunch and tried to please everyone, seat everyone and id, name is OZGUR, well done, the girl Anna , helped resolve the situation with theft, thanks to her, and Shefika Zhoshkun helped in solving the issues. Do not be fooled by the reviews of last year, this year it is not a 5 hotel from the word at all. Dirt, queues for everything, the food is not bad in general, but on fish day they took out rotten crayfish, called the chef, so he proved to me that it is possible to eat it. Before that, there were rotten pasta. The staff themselves are trying, but due to the large number of people, they do not have time. Dishes, elevators, toilets near the pool and on the beach are terrible, the carpet is all stained. Just a shabby hotel, no 5 stars, God grant 3! Only the sea, ice cream and a water park save him. I do not recommend it at all!
The hotel is not bad, it consists of several buildings. Upon check-in, we were placed in the third building (on the second floor to the right), the most visually damaged: the bathroom door closed poorly, torn metal corners stuck out in the corridor. We turned to the administrator, we were moved to the second building (along the passage on the left). Visually much better. They lived there until the end of the vacation, there were no questions. The food is quite varied, you can always find something to eat. There is a shuttle to the beach. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack and eat ice cream. I didn't catch Wi-Fi on the beach, the reception at the hotel is confident.
Buses run right from the entrance to the hotel, next to the security point, and you can leave in the Form and NovaMall without any problems.
We rented a car, the parking on the territory of the hotel is always packed, because it is small, it is good that there are many parking spaces behind the hotel, from the sea side, and I left the car there.
We are currently vacationing at this hotel at the end of October 2024. Anex room with separate beds was paid for. Upon check-in, they said that there were no rooms with separate beds, they moved into the main building on the 1st floor where there are no balconies. The room is spacious, but the air conditioning did not work. The next morning we were given a room with separate beds in an additional building, we refused to move because the room is very small with a French balcony, it's not a balcony, but some kind of misunderstanding.
Room cleaning every day, the room itself is clean, there are no questions about this, shampoo, gel, etc. are always in abundance. The room also has a safe, slippers and bathrobes, and towels.
As for towels for the beach, you need to take them to the SPA, but they are not changed during the day, they were given in the morning, in the evening they give the cards.
The territory of the hotel is small, from 12.30 to 16.00 you can eat ice cream, gozleme, pizza.
In general, the food is monotonous, sea bass and grilled mackerel, chicken every day. You won't stay hungry, but not everything is delicious, the chicken is rubber if it's not. Very tasty baklava and desserts I should note that not all hotels can boast delicious desserts.
As for the bar, I can say that everything depends on the bartender, there is someone who makes a delicious cocktail, and there are also hacks on the dump.
To the sea, as they wrote, 4-5 minutes at a slow pace. The sea is clear, but the setting is small pebbles, not very comfortable. On the beach, the sun beds are very close to each other, so it's difficult to put a foot between them. You need to come in the morning before 10, then you will find yourself sun beds and you will be happy. There is no designated smoking area on the beach, everyone is sitting smoking on sun beds and naturally stews in the sand, and the beach is not particularly clean, but it all depends on the people.
The beach bar opens at 10 a.m., no cocktails are made there, only beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks pepsi and juices for children.
From 12.00 a snack bar opens, there is always a queue, a shurma, a burger, nuggets, French fries and vegetables.
There are bazaars near the hotel, there are a lot of them around, they sell: spices, sweets, there is a pharmacy, things. You can take a quiet walk after dinner, which is very good.
If you need a shopping center, then bus 2 goes there from the checkpoint, 10 back, costs 1 dollar or euro, it takes 10 minutes to go.
I decided for myself that there are much better hotels, but as they say, you have to pay for comfort, in general, you can find fault with everything in this hotel, but the sea is super, the sun, and what else is needed.
I liked it, the sea, the climate, the food, the animation, but there are also disadvantages, the rooms are patched up, in the evening and at night the toilet stinks of sewage, the mini bar has never been replenished by ultra ala in the club, you can not sign up for Ala restaurants, then they do not work, then one works but there is no record, record only the next day.
The hotel is really very well built. The territory is large, and adults and children have something to do. There is no pandemonium. There's plenty of room for everyone. There are always free sun beds both at sea and in the pools.
Lots of delicious traditional food and drinks 24/7. Animation deserves special thanks: the team of young animators knows how to entertain and motivate both children and adults. Volleyball,darts, mini golf, water polo, zumba, fitness in the pool, basketball, tennis., football… The evening program is varied. We liked it!

I liked everything! It was comfortable, cozy, the kitchen was good, buffet, three meals a day, the choice of dishes was very wide. It's close to the sea... There are several swimming pools and a water park on site for both small children and adults. The child just had a birthday, the gift from the hotel left a very pleasant feeling! The hotel's service is excellent!!!

To go to the beach 500 m, not two hundred as stated, there are electric wagons, they work from 9.15 to 17.00, if you come before 8.30, you can find a place, later with difficulty, the sea is warm, clean, God forbid to leave the sea so that someone does not hit you, three meters very deep, everything they gather near the shore, there are a lot of people. There is a lot of food- you will not stay hungry, but there are no special delights, mostly chicken, although there was beef and lamb, fish, on the penultimate day my husband was poisoned, he did not approach the restaurant for a day, vacationers On the beach said that they were poisoned in the la card restaurant. I'm not saying that on the third day we caught some kind of virus, all the other days we went with fever and cough, we barely recovered at home, we've been vacationing in Turkey for the tenth year, but we haven't had such a disgusting vacation yet, we'll never come here ourselves, and we don't advise anyone.

Good afternoon! Yesterday, June 5, 2024, I returned from Amara, where I was vacationing with my three grandchildren. This is not the first time I have vacationed in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. The hotel is of medium category and no more. The service in the restaurant is at a low level, very often you have to wait for the tables to be put in order, sometimes you had to take the appliances yourself. The food was without frills, there were a lot of fruits, there were no berries at all (only in the form of decorations on cakes). I had to remind you about cleaning the room several times, the beach is not close, you can get there on foot (10-12 minutes) or with an electric machine (from 9 a.m.). The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is normal, the water is clean and pleasant. The children liked the water park, but the water in this pool is cold, noticeably colder than in the usual nearby pool. Sunbeds both at sea and in the pools are occupied in the morning, and many come only for lunch, however, as everywhere else. We had a good rest, I do not dig into the shortcomings, but I will not go to this hotel anymore.
We are now in this hotel, we really like everything, the responsive staff, good atmosphere, I really like the animation, the food is varied , the rooms are clean , the staff is beyond praise, we definitely recommend a visit!
