We stopped twice in passing. Parking is small. The mattresses are tired. Renovation a la 2000s. There are new rooms, but we didn't get one. The first time the room was with a refrigerator, the second time without. The breakfasts are normal, but there are only two options to choose from. There is no coffee machine.

I liked the hotel! Clean, Beautiful. But there is, but first of all in the morning it was very loud to hear the neighbors and the cleaner!!it was terrible, I was on the road for almost 7 days, I would like to get some sleep!

I won't argue that the interior here is really beautiful, but the staff is here... not very good. There was such a story with me in November 2016: my father took me and my mother to Petropavlovsk and settled me in this hotel, but when it came time to take the 3rd set of bed linen, it suddenly turned out that 500 tenge had to be paid separately for it (and my parents thought that the cost of linen was included in the booking of one rooms for three). My mother had a loud quarrel and said that I would sleep with one of my parents (I don't remember who exactly she was talking to), because we didn't have an extra 300 tenge to pay for a set of bed linen. As a result, the laundry was brought for me with the words "On the house" (do not breed my mother for money)

The rooms are in need of renovation. The countertop where the sink is installed is broken/broken in the bathroom. The bath itself leaks, any shower ends in a flood. Too much in the design with gold and bordeaux! The floor carpet in the room is dirty.

He lived for 10 days. The rooms are old and need renovation. The furniture is old. I lived in a corner room, the wall is swollen, the windows don't close normally. There is a constant smell of moisture and sewage in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned very well, there was a lot of dust.
Thank you to the administrators, they responded immediately to any requests, tried to help in any way they could.
The breakfasts are delicious.
