For years I have been going to Galochkina Oksana and Raushan Askarovna. Minus for the lack of Parking, or rather Parking is available, but there are never any places and minus for the reception staff. They are not friendly, they are not patient-oriented, you need to run to the doctor with a receipt for payment. It's annoying, because the doctor has an appointment. Now you need to come on the day of the visit, before 8 a.m. and take a ticket. Moreover, the reception is only until 13:00. If you come at 8, there is no guarantee that you will receive another ticket because people are standing in a queue from 6-7 in the morning. 🤦. It is unclear why the scoop was arranged.

But what killed me today was that I had an ultrasound early in the morning, the time was 8.40, and at 9.00 there was an appointment with a gynecologist, she went to the cashier to pay, she tells me the cashier will open at exactly 9, she did not accept payment, although she stood drinking coffee and talking, and says that no one pays me extra for this, that the cash register will open at exactly 9. Well, if you are standing and the customer has come and wants to pay, can't you be a little more polite, usually everyone tries to meet the customer halfway, we don't go through all this for free.
When I called Call Center, no one told us that the cash register opens at 9 a.m. sharp, it's just absurd, or let them give us the right information, we are also people, we also work, ask for time off, choose the time, if doctors accept it and the cash register should work in this way, but not so wait for the cash register to open, the cash register should be the very first to arrive, for that matter.
