For which I give 3 stars: for the receptionists at the counter. Their faces are sour, they don't know how to communicate at all, and they're not friendly. They clearly need to learn from other clinics about how to communicate with patients. The branch also has a phone number with a Viber messenger, where you can upload the results of studies / analyses so that the doctor can see the dynamics of treatment and consult by phone, which is quite convenient and available in many places. However, in this messenger, administrators do not know how to communicate at all.: You drop the question, the analysis is silence. You remind me of yourself after 3-4 hours, in response to a brief "they gave it to the doctor." Neither good afternoon, nor it's elementary to orient yourself when you hand it over, so as not to sit in ignorance. The third time I had to call and repeat it all over the phone. To which the receptionist said, "We are not required to respond to Viber messages." Seriously?!) The clinic has established a channel for communication and this channel automatically becomes the representative channel of the clinic and communication with the patient in it forms an opinion about the clinic. If administrators do not want to be able to communicate politely / be the face of the clinic, then perhaps it is worth replacing such administrators? These are thoughts "for the clinic management to think about."
There are no questions about doctors, good consultations, they answer all questions, devote enough time and explain everything in detail about the treatment, thank you!
I don't know what other Alphamed centers are, but Surganova Street is probably the oldest. A gloomy, dark corridor. The reception is the same. And the payment is spared. It's like I'm running away without paying. I visited a gastroenterologist with one problem. I came about the liver, but they ordered me to check my stomach. Probably, "suddenly he will make us" 230 rubles after all. Compared to the medical center opposite, heaven and earth. I didn't like it. And the doctor is kind of insecure.
We contacted the ENT, there was a very competent and intelligent doctor. She prescribed the right treatment, performs the procedures painlessly, the girls at the reception do their job efficiently, thank you!
