Everything is at the highest level here, well-groomed rooms, a large territory with many places to go for a walk, beautiful manicured river banks, a beach and a lot of ducks, beautiful swans swim. One of the disadvantages is paid parking. And there is a very weak customer orientation of the junior staff and animators. It is extremely difficult to ask the cleaner to come in a little later, because she is not employed. The animator behaved rudely with their parents during classes with children. A good sanatorium. We've been to different places in Belarus, and this one is objectively the best! We've been going there for several years now. Excellent staff, excellent service too. The doctors are all competent, they have visited many over the years and none of them imposed unnecessary procedures. All the staff is friendly. The sanatorium is clean, the territory is well maintained. Meals are served according to the Buffet system. Due to this, there is always a choice. On Friday, the chef presented a signature dish-baked knuckle. At that time, we talked with her-a very competent professional, she answered all the questions! The waiters are also doing their best, all the dishes are cleaned instantly, and dishes that run out are replenished in a timely manner.
Entertainment events, karaoke, live music, and concerts are held daily. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium!
One of the disadvantages of this check-in is that a swimming pool is being built on the territory, so those with windows facing it are very uncomfortable. But they said that the facility would already be completed in June, so it was necessary to warn us about this when booking, because the booking department knew that rooms with a balcony would be directly above the construction site. They are also changing the Internet equipment. Because of this, the wi-fi connection is unstable. It knocks out all the time in the room on the 6th floor, it doesn't catch at all on the stairs, and you also have to switch from one connection to another in the physiotherapy room. IT specialists cannot help, they said that by the end of May their equipment repairs will be completed. And still bad coffee for breakfast. Only one machine runs on regular, non-powdered milk, but the coffee itself organoleptically has neither the taste that high-quality beans should have nor the characteristic smell. Even in the morning, when you enter the restaurant, there is no smell of a cafe and there is no smell of a coffee machine either. I am sure that they will be able to solve this problem, given that this sanatorium has the highest price in Belarus and the management will certainly take into account the comments, given that vacationers talk about it every day.

Well, just a great vacation! Firstly, the very location of the sanatorium is nature! Beauty! Silence! The only sounds are birdsong and the sound of water. The air has an unusual, piney smell… Everything on the territory is very clean, well-groomed, every corner is decorated with love. I respect people who really care about the place they live in. Regarding the accommodation, the rooms are good, I really liked the beautiful wooden furniture - it is the same in all rooms of the sanatorium. Only the bathroom does not correspond to the general level - there is a plastic shower cabin, there are no shelves for cosmetics, it is generally extremely modest (but these are, of course, small things). A separate impression is the food. My main task here was not to turn every meal into uncontrollable gluttony - unfortunately, this task turned out to be impossible for me.… My own pastry shop - my willpower also took a vacation and left me ... In short, I will definitely return to this place👍

I discovered a great place to relax! Excellent accommodation service, the nature is simply fascinating!! The room is quite comfortable, but the area is not large, we lived in a standard room with a balcony. What was a little confusing was the small bathroom, but maybe I'm just picking on it, it's just that at home our bathroom is spacious. The bathroom in the room was 4-5 meters, it seemed to me so) the mattress on the bed is comfortable! We got enough sleep every night!) the room has a standard mini fridge. We rested for 10 days in early April. Two adults and a 9-year-old child. Without treatment (we bought what we wanted on the spot). Compared to last year, the price has increased almost 2 times. The room, as last year, was rented with a terrace. (At the same time, the room is quite worn out, and the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom is covered in huge old stains, which is unpleasant). There is not enough shelf/shelves for accessories in the bathroom, but there is a place where they can be installed. It's very inconvenient-there's nowhere to put your supplies properly. The services that we took (spa face and body massages, massage on a water couch for a child)-we were completely satisfied. I can't say anything bad about nutrition. Last year it was more diverse, but now the choice is good. Simple, but very tasty. And salads, and hot dishes, and soups, and desserts. Everything is constantly updated. But the coffee for breakfast is disgusting. From machines with powdered milk. If you want a good one, go to the bar near the reception. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is some vacationers who ignore the rules. We go to the pool with the kids when we can't. After the sauna, they drag themselves into the pool without washing, and do not react at all to the comments of the staff on duty. I think that the management did not properly notify the guests about the rules in the pool. Those flyers that are pasted on the doors are not noticeable. No one reads them. The information in the pool itself is also about nothing-it seems to be written, but it's all plain and invisible, on dull pieces of paper pinned to the doors. Thanks to the pool instructors-fun and fervent in water aerobics, polite. There is a construction site on the street-an open-air swimming pool. That's a plus. Apparently, due to this, the price of accommodation has increased by 2 times compared to last year. To summarize, whether we will come next year is more likely than not. But at the moment, the price no longer corresponds to the setting and category. It is the atmosphere, the various little things that make the rest comfortable. (I mean, 5 stars doesn't look like that after all.)

Of the small disadvantages: the food is generally quite tasty and you will always find something to eat. The air conditioner did not work for cooling, so I realized that it was only in the summer, very strange again! 5. There is no bedspread or cape on the bed, which is also not convenient.

They clean the paths in the forest, so there is a place to walk. There is a small bar with a fairly extensive selection of booze, including elite, such as XO. There were some entertainment programs on the street. There are beauty programs and some good creams for girls for normal money. From a small disadvantage, but it's a very strange parking lot, located very far away, with smoke breaks for lunch that you can't go to by car. That is, in principle, everything is fine, but there are no very vivid impressions of the hotel.
