We ordered the delivery of cargo from St. Petersburg to Almaty. The crate of all boxes was indicated in the written order. Next, a stretch film was added over the phone.

The cargo was delivered, but all the boxes were damaged. It was lucky that some of the equipment was delivered in good condition, but it was just lucky.
The printer was broken, because there was no ORDERED crate and it was not marked with a red ribbon like the rest of the equipment. I note that the printer was packed in a "native" box according to all the rules. He was also listed in the inventory. I had to give the printer for repair at my own expense.
The claim and the request to pay for printer repairs by checks were refused for invented reasons, such as we had to inform that the printer had paints that could not be poured out and the printer was not tightly packed inside. However, before that, the response to the claim indicates that the packaging is not checked inside. I would like to note once again that the printer was packed according to all the necessary rules, including the internal seal.
For some reason, there is not a word about the fact that the company did NOT FULFILL the ordered service (crate) in the refusal of the claim…
The company conducts business irresponsibly, does not perform the ordered services, and then they do not recognize and do not bear responsibility for their mistakes.
UPD After the review was published, the company's management contacted us, the claim was accepted, compensation for the broken printer was paid in full. Thank you for the appropriate approach.
Previously, I used the services of this company when I moved from Moscow to Nur Sultan and was satisfied. 283 kg of cargo was transported for 47 thousand tenge. Also international transportation.
However, when I decided to transfer my personal belongings from Shymkent to Nur Sultan, 90 thousand were put up for 203 kg (the price is twice as much, although the cargo and the distance are less). It turns out that international transportation is cheaper than inside Kazakhstan.
In this regard, I want to warn those who want to become a client of this company. The company declares one price on the website, in fact, it turns out to be 2 times more. Although my calculations on the site showed no more than 50 thousand tenge. Prices are drawn from the ceiling. Then conversations began with the support of the company, which generally has one position for you anyway: "no money, no cargo." They don't talk about the price at all or ignore it altogether. That's such a negative experience
Everything came on time. There is no comment. The staff is super. From Almaty to St. Petersburg, the whole thing. We helped with the movers during shipment and receipt. The cargo went from Almaty to St. Petersburg for 8 days, and after THREE more days it could not be delivered within the city, explaining that they did not have time. The time was set, important business was canceled by me, no one bothered to call and inform me that the parcel would not be delivered. It is quite difficult to get through yourself. They talk on the phone as if they are not selling a service, but I am asking them for something, and they are generously doing a favor. Now I'm waiting for delivery tomorrow. I had to get pretty nervous.
