I can't help but thank the staff of this hotel. Many thanks to Sirik, Armine and Victoria for the delicious breakfasts, cleanliness in the room and personal thanks to Sirik for the perfectly chosen room for my husband and me. It was the second time and we will come to this hotel more than once because of the Armenian home comfort that they create. Very nice girls.

It's a disgusting hotel, the worst I've ever seen. The furniture is all dead and peeling, the mattresses creaking from any movement. The audibility is terrible. There is some kind of electric box with wires in the closet, which flashes at night and prevents sleep, practically illumination. The window in the room is tiny, it practically does not give light. View of the wasteland. The water in the pool is cold, it is not heated. I wouldn't even give you one star.
The staff is very friendly, but the conditions don't get any better.

The staff is polite, always with a smile. Everything is at home. Delicious homemade breakfasts. It seems that he came to visit his beloved aunt. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room has a refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioning, hair dryer. There was even an electric stove in the kitchen corner, in the shelf. There is always hot water. We were in winter, it was very warm, the batteries are adjustable. A very nice maid who was afraid to come into the room to clean without us. There is a small swimming pool on site. But since we were in winter, I can't appreciate it. The hotel has a good location, the center. The metro and public transport stops are a 2-minute walk away. At the same time, the hotel is in the courtyards, so it is quiet.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, the first thing I would like to highlight is the friendly and friendly staff. Next, the room had everything you need, a washing machine, a stove, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV. Everything that needed to work worked. Wi-fi was available anywhere in the hotel. The hotel was always quiet, the neighbors could not be heard. All plumbing was working properly, hot water was constantly on, all the linen was clean. The interior is quite modern. The price included a delicious breakfast)))). There was a swimming pool on the territory, but sometimes it was cool, you had to wait for it to heat up. The hotel is in a very good location, the metro station and the bus stop are a couple of minutes walk away. If we come to Yerevan next time, then only here.

The room is cramped, shabby; the room was taken for a family, the children were completely made up by themselves, and for half an hour they tried to put the broken sofa in order. The curtains are short, the windows are not completely closed, dawn comes to the room, even if you do not expect it) a terrible smell in the room, we coped ourselves with bleach. But, thanks, bleach was provided at the hotel)

Not a bad hotel. Everything is fine, but there is one drawback. Quite a tired repair. A lot of little things. But the most important thing is the nightmarish windows. The windows have probably been standing since the house was built. There is no talk about any double-glazed windows. Old wooden frames with some locks. I enjoyed a few minutes to banally close the windows. At the same time, I had to climb under the ceiling to close the upper valves.
Otherwise, everything is on the level. Especially the breakfasts :-)

I went on a business trip from 16.04-21.04, checked in late at night without any problems! located in the city center, everything is close to the park, metro, attractions, business center. the rooms match the photos, very clean and cozy, quiet, which is not unimportant. A variety of breakfasts. The staff is a great family, thanks to the hotel management for the excellent team and family comfort.

The impression of the dining room was corrected by another woman the next morning, she politely promised and offered coffee with homemade jam, thanks to her! A question for the hotel administration is How can tourists be accommodated between rooms with young children? Breakfast in the photo... It's from some other hotel))) We live for the 4th day, the room has not been cleaned once. They didn't even take out the trash. The pool is not working right now. The location is really convenient. The metro is 3 minutes away.

There is no stove or cooking utensils in the rooms with a kitchen. Although the rest of the room is quite comfortable. I don't know who says that the breakfasts are good, they are nothing. You probably won't stay completely hungry, but there really isn't much to eat, although the female chef feels like she's trying very hard. The pool does not inspire confidence, you do not want to swim there at all. The bar on the street is not functioning, tables and chairs are not washed at all. The room has not been cleaned once in a week. The water was not always hot.
