This hotel is just a fairy tale.We rested there in 2018 for 20 days in June.And this year I can't wait for June 19th, when I will fly there again.I recommend only this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances.Everything is fine in it, the atmosphere, the kitchen, the animation, the rooms, the green area, etc.Our son (14 years old) was busy all day with a variety of games, daily room cleaning and replenishment of bath amenities, an elegant menu, an animation team (neither adults nor children were bored.Many thanks to the staff and the animation team for a wonderful stay.

A great place to relax.
The service is at the highest level. Entertainment programs for children and adults.
Check-in at 14:00. It's not very convenient if you arrive early. But they can settle earlier.

A very small beach
A very small area
The hotel is designed for people over 60 years old
The animation sucks
The diet is monotonous
We were unlucky enough to be settled in the old building. Everything is old there (furniture, plumbing, the door to the balcony did not open, and so on)
Positive: only the sun and the sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
Wish: do not deceive people, this is not a five-pin, at best, a solid worm

I think that it does not pull for 5 stars, we were from October 23 to November 3, the end of the season, but this does not mean that you can clean and close everything in front of your nose, the staff is tired, angry. And one evening we were completely moved to another small hall for dinner, and all the staff with their families walked and celebrated the closing of the season in the main restaurant, respectively, and dinner was off the hook, and so the food is not bad, but monotonous, delicious sweets and then to choose from. You can write a lot, but I want to say briefly, there is no necessary level and service for 5 stars!!!

I really liked the hotel. But they forgot their glasses in the room. Friends were asked to look for them and pick them up. The service said that there are no glasses in the room. I think they chose them. Very sorry. And so everything is fine. I recommend.

The room service is normal, soap and gel may not be brought, although they are not particularly needed for someone... You will see swans only for dollars. Bar until one o'clock in the morning. The meal is 7 meals a day. Overall, it's good.
