The hotel does not meet the stated stars, the service is 3.5 maximum, plus only the sea, the beach is very small,alcohol ,ice cream and food are not tasty at all,a la car just for show, the room is excellent 2 room building 5, the price is very high! Although after reading reviews of other 5* hotels where you have been before, probably not the worst option..this is probably a crisis and the end of the season, but everything is smoothed out by the sea...I still love holidays in Turkey

Travel to Turkey. Rest from 17.09 for 6 nights. The hotel is large, the territory is large. But it's no use, as they say. There are few, very few sunbeds and it is not in season. I can't imagine what happens in the season, everyone is lying on top of each other?!!! The beach is small, the sunbeds are so close that it is not possible to walk between them. And again, - There are few sunbeds, I did not have time at 7.00 - sit in the room. The food is the same, every day. Children have nothing to eat at all, except French fries and nuggets(( and if we don't eat them 🤔 room - there are no sides in the shower, water flows into the room. On the last day, they didn't do any cleaning at all. Children have nothing to do, adults too. And finally, my towel card was stolen at the reception and a fine of 10 euros was imposed, but 20 euros were withdrawn. I do not recommend this hotel, such quality for such money is definitely not worth it!

We had a rest on 28.09, a stunning hotel, convenient location, cozy and clean rooms (daily cleaning), top-level food, we did not have time to try everything in 6 days, there were several types of fish and meat of several types. The staff is very friendly and smiling. There is only moderation in this hotel, everyone here will find entertainment for themselves. Both young people and elderly vacationers rest here.

The beach is sandy. The sea is warm. There are snack bars and ice cream around. They make pizza and tortillas right in the snack bar. Only yoghurts are missing, but absolutely everything is there. There are plenty of pools, as many as three of them and they are chlorinated every night. The slides are cool, there is a game land under the pool where you can play air hockey, billiards, etc.

A good budget 5. I want to return, although such a desire rarely arises. A good buffet, a la carte cuisine is so-so. Nice bar, milkshakes for the kids. Several swimming pools, a wonderful entrance to the sea for children. The room was 2-room, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, noisy, but both children and adults fell asleep normally. In general, there are no complaints. The only thing is, we arrived early in the morning and waited for check-in until 2, with 3 children, including very young ones. I would not grumble, because the rules, although this is the first time for 12 times, but after one couple with a child made a scandal there, a room was found for them. But everything else is very good for the money.

We are resting now in this hotel , in general , we do not really like the hotel , we rested in Loniser in the spring , you involuntarily compare it with it, this hotel is very losing. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is a very small sandy beach, where there are not enough sunbeds for vacationers, there is a battle for them, many vacationers come early in the morning, leave towels, then do not come, sometimes the floor of the beach with occupied towels on the sun beds, you have to put away the towel and occupy the sunbed. The hotel management could take action on this issue. The water in the sea is warm and transparent, the entrance to the sea is gentle, suitable for small children. The food is quite mediocre, without frills. There seems to be a lot of it , but in fact there is not much. Delicious pastries, fruits were unripe melons, unripe plums, watermelons, grapes, apples, sometimes bananas and peaches were given. The alcohol is ordinary, the beer is good, the wine is dry, sour. A good spa center, with excellent massage therapists, the price for an hour of massage is $ 34.
The children's center is located on the other side of the road, a passage through an underpass, descent and ascent up a long staircase, where ramps are not provided for people with a stroller, you have to carry it in your arms. The road to the sea goes through the alley, it seems not far away, on the 4th day it began to strain. We got a large, two-room room with a large balcony overlooking the pool, in the evenings there is a show program, so you will not be able to fall asleep until 11, and at 5 in the morning you will be woken up by a call to prayer, there is a mosque nearby.
Everything in the room is old, but everything works fine, there are no complaints. The cleaning is good, even the floors are wiped. The Internet works well, despite the fact that the hotel is full, it catches almost everywhere. The contingent of vacationers is now mostly pensioners and families with children, there are very few young people.
In general, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and I will not return here myself. Still, you go to the sea, and this is the weakest point of this hotel.

Overall a very good hotel. Specifically:
The beach is sandy, the sea is without rocks, rocks, algae. 2 coastline.
The food in the restaurant is not too varied, but delicious.

The same program is for children every day, the songs for children are all in Turkish, although 80% of the children are Russian. Nice hotel. The rooms were clean, we had a two-room with a huge veranda and a gorgeous view.
Unfortunately, the replacement of bath accessories leaves much to be desired (we were in May 2019).
Good kitchen, close to the sea, sandy beach.
Its own water park with a football field and a tennis court, slides, etc.
Pools for the youngest. And the sea for relaxing with babies is very super!

The kindest memories, the food is very tasty, cleanliness everywhere, all equipment is in good condition, the staff's attitude is very friendly (alas, no one speaks Russian). The "horror stories" of some negative reviews were completely not confirmed, Wi-Fi is everywhere and free of charge, safe in the room for free, alcohol of good quality (we drank wine, tasted brandy out of curiosity).

Let's start with what we liked. We traveled with a child for 11 months.
1) there is a lot of food. And they made kebabs and sweets. Watermelons. In general, there are no problems.
2) water aerobics takes place in the pool. Football.
3) There is a bar on the beach. But there is no food. At 12 they bring something like shawarma. But it doesn't matter. There is a snack bar not far away. From there, you can carry food to the beach. Unfortunately, there is no animation on the beach, and no games either. But we survived it somehow, because we were a child with a small one.
3) The music is different. Russian is rare. But there are few Russian tourists here either. European and Turkish mostly. But it doesn't bother me somehow
4) there is an amphitheater. All music is played there, including Russian. Animators also translate everything that is said into Russian. Turkish. English and some other languages.
The staff is friendly in principle. The impressions of the vacation are positive.

Great hotel. We rested for a week in Troy with our family. The room was cleaned every day, the food for 5+ (fish, meat, fried, boiled, steamed, grilled, sushi) the rooms are in good condition. The staff is good, they smile, they don't beg for money. In general, the hotel is worth its money. The sea is 5 minutes away., not through the highway. Animations and evening programs are just on top.

We arrived from Turkey two weeks ago and stayed at this hotel. I liked the hotel very much in general. The only complaint against the employees at the reception. We arrived late at night. At the time of registration, we were not even offered a late dinner, although we were with two children. When I asked in broken English about eating, they just told me to go to a restaurant. Of course, there was practically no choice in the restaurant, so we went to the room. The husband stopped at the bar, drank two glasses of beer and was given a check for a room for 2 euros. The day before my husband left, he went to the reception to the girl to pay. Because we had dollars, she thought that we should give 2.5 dollars, but did not count it, due to the fact that there was a check-in. At the check-out, the young man told us that the husband owed $4. We asked why 4, if the euro is 2.5 dollars. He said he had nothing to do with it, it was all the system in the computer. After I asked him to write me a check for $4, he started swearing, saying he didn't understand anything. I put $3 on the counter and left. It seems to be a trifle, but the impression of the hotel is very spoiled! And so, of course, everything is just a supper. The room is nice, cleaned every day, the area is also very good, the food is always fresh, very tasty. The beach area is not large, I think it will be very crowded in the season. We will be happy to come back again.

The hotel is beautiful, cozy, beautiful large territory, first line, 3 swimming pools, water park, 3 restaurants, I was in a Mediterranean restaurant for free, I will only say that they serve a lot of dishes and appliances and the dishes themselves are not very large and the size of a tablespoon. The spa is not bad, but the treatments last less than the stated time. The guide from Pegasus offered excursions more expensive than on the street. In the evenings, there are free alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar, cocktails to taste are an absolute hack. I'm lucky I'm not a fan of alcohol. Funny animation programs every day, varied cuisine, delicious sweets, the staff is very friendly and cheerful. The guys organize fun discos and animation themselves, which creates some kind of unique style or atmosphere of the hotel. In a word, a fun and beautiful vacation. Thank you very much!
