The room is nice, but the cafe does not work. As a student, you have to snack on what you have. At the same time, the room price is much higher than in Russia. We have a buffet for this money. This is a big minus!!!

I liked the hotel because it is in a good area of Minsk. There is a hypermarket nearby, with many services, as well as a large grocery store. Transport links are good. Free access to the aqua zone + the Lebyazhy water park. The disadvantage is that on weekdays and sometimes often on weekends during the daytime, they constantly rent a pool by other people, then by children, then by someone else. Classes are taking place. That is, hotel guests sometimes have to wait until the evening to go for a swim or relax in the sauna. In general, this aqua zone is a lure in fact. And so, it's nice, clean, there are 2 types of sauna. On 8 out of 10 )

We had a family vacation from 8.05 to 9.05.2019 in the Delux room(2+1).The hotel is new, the room is very spacious and chic: a comfortable bed (a sofa was laid out for the child), a TV, a kettle, cups, tea and sugar, a large shower room, a bathrobe for everyone...large balcony.The number fully corresponds to the photo.The price includes an on-site swimming pool and a visit to the Lebyazhy Water Park.The hotel offers breakfast and lunch (the price is optimal, cheaper than in the city).I can't tell you about the quality of the food, since we didn't eat at the hotel.I didn't want to leave, because the room is very nice and cozy.The hotel staff is friendly, the girl at the reception explained everything to us (unfortunately I don't know the name), and also helped us solve issues on the spot in some moments.We are very happy with the hotel! I would like to visit it again! Thanks!

For 3 days they never cleaned, although we had a suite, there was no safe, water was free only on the first day, but there was a lot of unnecessary alcohol in the bar, and it was very inconvenient to go to the water park!

We stayed in a hotel!!!!!I really liked it!!!!We have a fitness center and a swimming pool with a sauna and a hammam!!!!There is a place to have a delicious snack!!!Polite and friendly staff!!!!! Everything is fine!!!!I recommend it!!!!

Not the cheapest pool in the city, but there is something to pay for. Chlorine-free water, pleasant soft light, not many people. Special thanks for the cleaning, I've never seen a cleaner, but it's always clean.

We visited this hotel on 01.01.2020. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. The girl at the reception said that the rooms are available, but if we want to check in before 14:00, we need to pay 50% of the room rate. Since we were traveling from far away and were very tired, we had a small child with us. They asked a completely normal question how many of us can be settled without additional payments. At first, we were told to come up after 10, we came up and were refused again, we waited in the lobby and walked for 12 hours, we were again told off, referring to the high occupancy of those leaving. At 12:30, the girl at the reception began to call other people waiting (who left later). To my question: why do we have such an attitude because we have been waiting for a very long time - the answer was received: "well, you didn't want to pay extra, now wait." The disgusting attitude of the staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very(!) clean hotel, nice to be in. They give you a coupon for visiting the water park.
The only negative is that there is not a single room with a double bed, at least that's what they told us at the reception when we asked for a double bed.
