A cool hotel!
The rooms are in a clearing!
The reception is pleasant, beautiful and friendly girls!
The rooms are cleaned constantly, everything is clean, modern and at a high level. Breakfast for 5+.
A HUGE problem (was for me) that after 21:00) go out and enter the hotel, only on a call to the security (it was very expensive for me and the Russian operator to call the security every time)
From August 10th to 11th, the night guard is just a tinker.
Unhappy that I woke him up when I tried to get to my room (unfortunately I paid for accommodation for 4 nights, etc.)
I had to leave for the airport early in the morning, asked that the door be opened and let out of the hotel at 04:00, so the security was not so happy.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, there are not many rooms, it is quiet. Ours was on the second floor, huge, with a large balcony, well decorated and furnished, cleanliness without pretensions. Comfortable for three people. The room has a TV, a kettle and a refrigerator, two cups, two glasses, towels and linen, only soap in the bathroom. The hotel has a good swimming pool, you can walk for free during the opening hours of the aqua zone (on weekdays only in the evening). We had a tariff with a water park, it is 30 minutes away by car, I really liked it. The breakfasts are hearty: pancakes or sausage with fried eggs and toast and tea/ coffee. Parking was a disadvantage for us. It is nice, large and closed, but when you check in, you need to ensure that your state number is handed over to security. We asked, we were convinced that everything was fine, nothing was needed. As a result, twice we could not leave without calling security, creating problems for the cars behind us. In general, the staff is very friendly, but there was a feeling that the hotel is a side business of this complex and not much attention is paid to it (like its guests).

One of the disadvantages is the rudeness of the staff and not providing complete information when booking:
1. When booking, she described in detail who arrives and at what time. On the day of arrival, they called me and I talked it all over again. A friend checked in in the evening, and I arrived early in the morning.
She was attacked for arriving late, and they didn't let me in at 7 a.m. at all, since the doors open at 8 a.m., and no one warned the guards!
2. Entrance/exit from the hotel from 8 to 21. The rest of the time, you need to look for Yourself and negotiate with the security and, upon arrival, call the phone number. Roaming is your problem.
3. Breakfast. He's from 9 to 11. If you need to leave, for example, on an excursion, then you will be left without breakfast! By the way, you can't eat or drink coffee in Minsk in the morning either, since everything opens after 11 a.m. The Neighbors will save the store.
There are 3 types of breakfasts, but not everything is there and they do not bring a full set.
4. Upon arrival, I clarified whether it was possible to leave things until the evening on the day of departure - they reported that there was no luggage room, but you can leave it. Upon departure- in a boorish manner- they refused!
5. Drinking water - at check-in there were 2 bottles of 0.5 each as a compliment. Next, there is nowhere to take water! The store is a 12-minute walk away. Tea/coffee only for money and after 9 am in a cafe.

The rooms are spacious, but they are cleaned terribly, there is dust everywhere, dirt stains, something stinks in the toilet. They don't bring new water, and in general, everyone here is not very happy about you. The rooms themselves are stained on the sofa, and other textiles. But the cherry on the cake is that the hotel is locked for the night, to get in you need to call the guard, who will open the door for you with a super dissatisfied face. Breakfast is about nothing, meager, even tea managed to spoil. I am wondering about fire safety in this institution, which is locked with a key. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone to visit, no one is waiting for you here at least😂

A family of 2 adults and a teenager spent the night. I regretted that I did not read the reviews before checking in. All the negative reviews are true. Even from the photo you can see, if you compare the reviews of April and mid-July, nothing is eliminated, the hotel administration does not react in any way. The room is a deluxe studio, large, and the advantages end there. There are no slippers and bathrobes in the deluxe. The towels are torn, they are not even used for rags. A duvet cover with holes. The sofa is dirty, stained and hairy. The outlet next to the sofa does not work. The toilet is dirty, the seat cover is not fixed. The kettle is rusty, with green scale inside. Cups and tea sets were put for two, although the reservation is for 3 people. There are no teaspoons and a third cup, they offered to ask in a cafe. There is no information about the hotel, the rules of accommodation, the specifics of driving and access to the hotel in the evening and at night in the room. There is a phone in the room, but it is impossible to call the reception on it, they offered to call from a mobile phone. Then the administrator does not know why the phone is installed in the room. When asked how to get through the barrier to the hotel parking lot after 22 hours, they said that you need to call the security, and you will find the number on the door to the hotel. Complete disrespect to the hotel guests. This is the first time I have encountered such indifference and indifference on the part of the reception, they do not even try to fix the situation. I announced all the comments to the room to the receptionist on duty. Returning to the room in the evening, we were unpleasantly surprised, not a single remark was eliminated. I strongly do not recommend this hotel! The cost per day with a discount was 462 bel. rub. , i.e. about 14 thousand Russian rubles. The price does not match the quality. Complete horror. I join what is written below about toiletries, a kettle, but what can I say, there is no drinking water, there is not even a cooler in the room or at the reception (The hotel closes at 21.00 and you have to call the service staff to let you in. And so my phone sat down, but the child does not have a phone and we were standing on the street at 22.30 and did not understand what to do ... there is absolutely no external connection with the security service (you can bring some kind of call outside or an intercom). We stayed at this hotel, on recommendation. We won't stop anymore. The cost of the room is more than 1000 BEL rubles. For this price, the only advantage is a spacious room. But everything spoils a few moments:

Answer: the employee who is following this was fired, so they probably forgot, but in general no one asks about it)))) Apparently I'm the first person in 2 years who has read this and asked for it. Breakfast is something. Fried eggs with sausage or bacon or pancakes, tea or coffee. That's it! You don't deserve more for this money. The waiter, who is also the bartender in this cafe, is "super friendly", there was a feeling that we were not welcome, to put it mildly, apparently there is such a trend)). The only reason why it is worth staying in a hotel is a spacious room and a good aqua zone, but this is where the advantages end.
For 12 thousand a day you get a naked room, perhaps even with the hair of the previous guest on the bed, no shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel, thanks for not the best quality soap and toilet paper. A shoe spoon is not heard.

The pool is great, the sauna is super. the cafe on the second floor is interesting, overlooking the tennis courts.
After the stay: we took a room for three days - we never cleaned or took out the trash, we had to put the package in the hallway, this is the first time I've seen this! The drain in the sink of 21 rooms barely works.
