I was looking for a doctor who has the skills to work with a microscope, because special treatment of the 7th was required. The tooth needed to be treated with medicine that had already been lying for more than a week. The appointment with the doctor of this clinic fell on the third week of finding the medicine in this tooth. But alas, the doctor got sick, and my appointment was successfully cancelled. And the new entry has already been treated for + 1 month. So I come to this doctor after more than a month as the medicine is on the tooth, and she says, "I'm sorry, but I won't treat your tooth without an X-ray, and we have only one employee for the entire polyclinic and from that day went on vacation."....As a result, I was left without treatment and understanding when it would be provided. Moreover, the doctor's appointment is scheduled for a month in advance, but it is impossible to sign up at the back of this queue, because the schedule is made only 1 month in advance. In general, there are no questions for a specialist, she may be a good doctor if the stars had turned out differently....but the organization of the clinic raises big questions.....As a result, I found another clinic and was immediately warned that I could lose my tooth....

Любимый медицинский центр. Отличные специалисты, вежливый персонал. Цены умеренные. Обслуживание врачами на высшем уровне, очень внимательные и грамотные специалисты. Проходила УЗИ, обращалась к неврологу, кардиологу. Приятно посещать данное заведение, несмотря на неприятности со здоровьем.

Modern thoughtful design, beautiful and cozy. The cost is higher than in the clinic for the same procedure, but there I was offered to wait 12 days, and here, as I said, only a day. And in principle, the amount is small, quite lifting. As a result, I received a conclusion with pictures, and recommendations to which doctor I should turn to now. After treatment, I will also come here for a second ultrasound.

It's terrible, I've been there a couple of times.. the first one, an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, sat in line for 30 minutes. The second time I wanted to take a blood test for the Rh factor, I came on time, by appointment., there are 4 people in front of me. The question arises, then why am I paying money? To sit in queues? I want to get a proper service for my money. I do not recommend it!!! The ratio is below the level.

She was booked for a biopsy to a gynecologist. I sat under the door for half an hour over the record, it was immediately clear from the doctor's behavior that she would not carry out the declared procedure, because there was still a patient after me, and in half an hour they were waiting in the operating room at all.
When specifying the cost of the biopsy by phone, the amount of 60 rubles was announced, in fact it turned out to be around 120. The price eventually included shoe covers, a diaper and other consumables, which in a normal medical center by default include in the price, in addition to this, a separate doctor's appointment. This is the first time I have encountered such insanity... Well, we haven't lived to see manipulations carried out without the participation of medical staff. Therefore, when choosing a medical center, I recommend specifying the full cost of the services provided!

Выполняла гистерорезоскопию у величайшего профессионала своего дела - Куликова Алексея Анатольевича,осталась в полном восторге от начала до самого конца! Команда профессионалов сопровождала всю операцию, а именно анестезиолог Мельников А.Ю., операционная сестра Мигун С.С., анестезионистка Поокопова Е.И. - всё специалисты очень тактичны,аккуратны,внимательны. Сама клиника и кабинеты с очень хорошим ремонтом,было приятно находится в послеоперационных палатах,даже были ощущения,что ты в санатории,а не в больнице:)

Hello. We applied to this center for treatment. The center itself is not bad, qualified doctors thank them for that. But it is very difficult to get through to the call center in more than 10 minutes you need to wait for an answer and no one will answer. They also took tests there, left an e-mail and a week later they did not receive an answer. After getting through to the call center there, it was not the first time that they found out that they would have to search for the results through a statement. And how much more time it will take, and most importantly, that they would be found is not known at all.

I didn't like the work of the center at all. We visited the ultrasound room, the medical registrar indicated the name of the mother, not the child. When they came to the reception, the specialists told them to go change everything themselves, instead of solving this issue. Also at the reception, the doctor made remarks like "you're bothering me" in a completely unpleasant manner for the client. Communication is even worse than in a state polyclinic.

Хорошая стоянка для автомобилей, красивый внешний вид здания, внутри светло,просторно и красиво. Из минусов-первое впечатление от первого посещения данного центра испортилось наличием большой очереди в регистратуру, т.к. не работал терминал электронной очереди и работал один заторможенный медрегистратор. В назначенное мне время в рентген кабинете отсутствовал врач, пришла позже на несколько минут и вне очереди стала отвечать на вопросы другому человеку. Не очень понравилось . Больше туда не пойду.

Отличный медцентр. Приветливый и, что самое главное, высококвалифицированный персонал, новейшее оборудование и приятные цены. Так же можно отметить удобную парковку. Находиться в одном здании с теннисными кортами, так же рядом есть тренажёрный зал.

Не могу говорить за всех сотрудников клиники, но та бригада, которая делала 15 июля 2023 года колоноскопию, может ввести семинары про стандарты во взаимоотношениях врач-пациент. Очень деликатная процедура-исследование была организована настолько продуманно на всех этапах, что пациент (мой близкий родственник) остался под сильным впечатлением и попросил обязательно написать отзыв. Очень позитивный доктор снял все страхи относительно операции буквально с первых слов. Анастезиолог с первой до последней минуты была собрана, внимательна и доброжелательна. Медсестра окружила заботой после операции. А оборудование и помещения клиники не уступают ни в чём РКЦ в Ждановичах.

Обратилась в медицинский центр по рекомендации другого врача к Метлицкому В.В. Нужно было провести операцию и конечно это было волнительно.
Очень радует, что система построенная очень четко и системно.
На каждом этапе сопровождают и спокойно все рассказывают. Наркоз был перенесен очень хорошо. После операции чувствовала себя замечательно, есть с чем сравнить ранее.
Спасибо большое, рекомендую.

Делают разные программы обследований, редкие операции. Есть стационар и аптека.
