The room was great, large, modern. But it remains, there is a kettle, but there are no tea bags, they could not turn on the TV. Breakfast for 3. On the first day there was a very unfriendly employee at the counter. He said very arrogantly and unfriendly that there was a lot of tea for breakfast, but there was no usual black tea, that we had to come with our own tea bag. I accepted the order AND WE WERE LEFT WITH A VERY UNPLEASANT FEELING FROM IT. There are no shower sets in the room and no shoe spoon. The room was for three, but we had to go and ask for extra linen and towels....all these inconveniences cause unnecessary problems for the guest. We book in advance, you are waiting for guests and do not bring the room to mind....Not good. We run, pick up, make up, but we didn't come home or visit relatives. For whom these points are important, keep in mind. For whom it does not matter, then decide for yourself.

I call to make an appointment, they tell me that their center needs a consultation again. I explain that there is an appointment, everything is on hand, not although they agree. Okay. We come to the reception, we were delayed for 5 minutes (there was no one in the office). Okay. They invited me.
When she entered the office, when the doctor saw that only purging was needed, her mood immediately changed.
The child sat down in an armchair (I voiced before the procedure so that they would make a minimum air pressure) and then she was like a fool, the child was naturally scared and that was all, she could not persuade her by any truths or untruths. Then she started blowing without words (later I found out this method is ineffective). Bottom line: the money was paid, the child was scared so much so that he no longer wants to go to any doctor (although he used to go to everyone with a smile), they did not get any effect

The first time I went to a urologist was 2 months ago. At the consultation, they said that I have warts and need to have them removed. I came to Burko V.D. for removal (when recording, I clarified that I needed removal!), but the doctor at the reception was not aware of the operation and we had 10-15 minutes for everything. In a hurry, he removed the warts, but in the end, not everything. I was prescribed pills that cost about 100p. I drank the course, but it became even more painful. I make an appointment with this doctor again (at the reception I specify that I am for removal!), at the reception he says that he will not remove me that day and records me in a week, but at the same time takes payment for a consultation that I did not need (I am so aware of the problem and signed up immediately for the operation). When the doctor came to the surgery on the appointed day, he greeted me with indignation and the phrase "I forgot about your removal." I did the deletion again, but with a negative in my direction. Total: extra money was spent for a repeat operation (because the first one was done poorly), for unnecessary consultations, repeated medication intake. Relationships, like in a free clinic, are also in queues to sit and wait. The relationship is irresponsible. I won't come here anymore.

It is necessary to establish communication between the administration and doctors so that they can register people immediately for surgery. When writing to the registry, the whole situation was described and a picture of the jaw was reset, indicating which tooth needed to be removed. As a result, I waited for more than a month for an appointment in vain. I will never go to this clinic again.

Yes, all these points are covered by qualified specialists, but please take them into account and try to get rid of them.

If you take any other medical center, they always meet you halfway, only ask you to wait a little if there are people by appointment. And in this medical center, I was offered a ticket for an X-ray the next day, and accordingly I will need to additionally make an appointment with a doctor, spending a lot of time on the road and, accordingly, paying for an additional consultation only so that the doctor could look at the picture, which could be taken on the same day.
