I visited AksHome, now this store is on my favorite list! There are so many furniture options that the eyes run away, everything is so modern and stylish. I love it when there is a lot to choose from in the store, and you don't have to run to different places. I give them a score of 10 out of 10.
It's a great place. There is everything for the house – kitchen tables, chairs, upholstered furniture.. I advise everyone to visit at least once, then you will not come off – you will want to update the interior of the whole house)) So I have already decorated the kitchen and hallway, now the living room is in the process. I have never let this store down, we did a lot of shopping and still use it without problems.
The attitude towards the client is disgusting, the company has no goal to resolve the issues that have arisen without conflict.
I ordered a chair at the first national, arranged delivery on 12/31/24, the driver calls at 19:00, says that he is on the spot, but he brought it to the wrong address, but in a completely different side of Minsk. He did not refuse, he brought it the same day. I found out at home that the seams and stitches on the chair were stitched unevenly, I contacted the complaints department after the holidays and was informed that they would be replaced. On 11.01.25, the driver was sent to the wrong address again. On the same day, the replacement driver did not come to me anymore, he said that on Monday, 13.01, he would transfer all the information and the new address to the department, and they would contact me. 13.01. No one contacted me. 14.01. She wrote to the same phone number on the complaint, they only found out about me, no one was planning to call back and contact me, no one gave them the address, they asked again.
And they disappeared for a week, until she wrote again demanding a refund, very quickly agreed to send the driver and refund the money, and replacing the chair was not even considered an option. They did not say what time the driver would arrive on 20.01. for a chair and a refund. It's not the first time sitting at home and waiting by agreement, it's completely unpleasant.
The driver never arrived, did not contact, and there was no feedback.
The company has a goal to sell, but if a conflict situation arises, there is no goal to resolve everything quickly and peacefully.
Total: the company has been using my money since 31.12.24, and I can't use the chair until 21.01.25.
