Marina met us. A beautiful woman who keeps the whole hotel going! She cleans, washes, rubs, cooks, and so on. With this wild workload, she is always friendly and helpful!
Administrator Ekaterina seemed to be doing absolutely nothing but imposing her goods and services. He tries to sell honey, wine, impose his guides, although there are enough of them in Sukhum, and so on. He also brings his daughter with him, who rushes around the hotel, grabs kittens by the throat and torments them for days. There were Catherine's relatives who caused absolutely complete shit everywhere, which had to be observed and terrible screams at night. People came on vacation, not to listen to the screams of ill-mannered children.
The location is great for those who love peace in the truest sense of the word. The road to the sea goes through an abandoned, old cemetery, but for some it did not bother. I was uneasy, walking around on the road.
There are no adequate shops nearby, you need to go to the center or to the local market. You can buy all the necessary food there. Nearby, the food in the store is rotten and three times more expensive than at the market. Sellers are not particular about the word at all. There's a canteen across the street, the food is edible, but not wow. You can eat.
There is no transport accessibility. You don't have to wait for the bus, it's easier to walk or take a taxi, it costs a penny.
Towels, shower and toilet were often changed in the hotel on 2 floors, there was never a queue. There was always hot water. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Pretty nice. The room has air conditioning. You can cook in the kitchen, there are dishes for this. But we could replace the pans, they seem to have been there for 50 years)) There was tea and coffee for the guests. The coffee was delicious. The area around the hotel is pretty. There is parking for a couple of cars. The hotel is not bad if you had replaced the administrator with a better one.
Marina has good health and a better job, where she will be appreciated!!

Everything is great!!! Very clean and quiet, nice place, the sea is nearby!)) everything you need and even more (tea, coffee, sugar) all the necessary amenities! The best option for tourists who come to see Sukhum and the surrounding area or just spend time at the sea!))) I would like to thank Marina separately for her hospitality and cordiality. I liked everything!we recommend it and the price is pleasant!) it's also great that there are wonderful canteens and shops very close!). We were also greeted by cute kittens😺

A quiet, peaceful and very cozy place! There is a shared kitchen where there are treats in the form of tea and coffee from the administrator. There are water heaters in each shower room. A heater is provided in the room upon request. They will tell you everything, they will tell you everything. In a word, very friendly hosts. Private barbecue area. The sea is 5 minutes away directly or 10 minutes by detour along an asphalt road through 3 streets and the pebble beach is completely at your disposal. The central market is 15 minutes away by minibus) I recommend it!

I had a rest in July 2023. A very cozy place 100m from the sea. There are shops and canteens nearby. The central market takes 10-15 minutes by minibus. The managers of the guest house create a homely warm atmosphere, they will help with any question)) I would especially like to mention Marina - a surprisingly hospitable person))) I really liked that the area is not crowded in terms of tourists. But you can always take a bus to the popular beaches of Mocha or Delmar. In general, the impression is extremely positive))) I would like to come back! Katya, Adgur, Marina, thank you for the rest! 🙏

A great hotel with an inexpensive price. Regular change of bed linen, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is accessible by public transport. There is a gazebo with a barbecue. The shared kitchen has sugar, tea, butter, and everything you need for self-cooking.

We have been coming to "Ahimsa" for several years, we really like everything - the sea is 3 minutes away, cleanliness and order are constantly maintained (for which we need to thank Marina), the rooms have everything you need - a bed and air conditioning, very friendly households, tranquility and comfort reign at home

Everything is wonderful, the owners of the house are wonderful. Good internet connection. Hammocks in the recreation area are generally super! The recreation area is decorated with exotic palm trees, lemons, persimmons, etc. There is a barbecue area. On the second floor there is a large, good kitchen absolutely necessary. Free tea, coffee, sugar and sunflower oil. The main thing is to walk to the sea in 5 minutes. And the city is 10 minutes away for 10 rubles by bus. In short, go on vacation to Adleiba 201. We had a rest with the children on January 24. I really liked it. Katya and Marina are always available and will help with any question, they are very hospitable. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar for free. It is very clean and cozy. The rooms are warm, there are heaters. The sea is nearby - 200m.

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2023. I liked the cleanliness, which was maintained by daily cleaning and the care of the guests, which was manifested in the availability of everything necessary for living utensils, iron, board, salt, sugar, coffee, tea. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, the beach is clean, there are few people. There is a bus stop nearby, an excellent dining room with a homemade kitchen. The hosts are responsive and will tell you everything. The facilities are on the floor but have never faced a queue. Thanks to Katya and Marina for their hospitality, we will definitely come again.

My dream has finally come true and for the first time I went on vacation to Abkhazia with my family! The guest house where we stayed is located 200 m from the sea. It is a very cozy and peaceful place. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. A large shared kitchen, three bathrooms on each floor, which is very convenient (there is never a queue). There is always hot and cold water. There is a relaxation area where you can drink a mug of fragrant coffee under lemon trees in the evening. There is also wi-fi. The people working here are very kind and helpful, they will always help, tell you in which dining room you can eat delicious food, which attraction to visit.I am very grateful to them for making my vacation unforgettable!!!!!! I will definitely come again!

Rested in September 2023. The hotel is located 200m from the sea. The sea has the purest water and almost complete absence of people on the beach. There are many small shops and canteens nearby. Clean spacious rooms and a quiet cozy courtyard. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts Katya and Marina! They will always tell you where you can go to relax and see the beautiful and interesting places of Abkhazia, treat you with homemade goodies and meet you like family.

We had a rest with a company of 5 people in this hotel. Emotions from the provided service, comfort and friendship are simply not likely. Very kind and cheerful owners , everything you need is in the vicinity of the hotel, access to the sea is 300 meters away with the cleanest water on the entire coast , there is also a dining room with delicious food and not expensive prices , a couple of grocery stores and a stop to the city center , 10 rubles arrives. Man, it's a 5-minute drive. We rested from July 5 to July 13, 2023, fell under unfavorable climatic conditions from the 9th to the 12th and at the same time we were not allowed to get bored, special thanks to Ekaterina and Adgur for the company and mood. Everything in the hotel is clean, well-groomed and in abundance of everything, a bathroom on two floors , a common kitchen, a terrace on the terrace, which saves from the sun and rain, plus there is a barbecue and two hammocks. In general, the place is wonderful, if you plan a vacation in Sukhum, you will not regret booking, both family and youth will have a rest, everything is super !!!!

A very cozy quiet place, 3-4 minutes walk from the beautiful sea with a wild beach (where there are very few people), the staff is very polite, the assistant is a great fellow, always prompt and help if necessary. Terrible hotel. The website says that the cancellation is free of charge and asks for an advance payment of 2000 rubles. I booked a room three months in advance, but circumstances changed and I asked to cancel the room reservation, to which the hotel replied that the money was spent on paying the fine for no-show, although there is still 3 months ahead. I spent the New Year holidays in Abkhazia, lived in Akhims with friends. I liked the area, cozy rooms, a good kitchen-dining room, the sea nearby, a quiet, peaceful place. Beautiful landscape - mountain view from the window. We arrived in the tangerine season, lemons were collected directly from the trees in the garden. We easily got to the market and the center of Sukhum. The attentive hostess suggested where in Sukhum there is a sauna and the best places with delicious food.

It's a good place. Friendly hostess , eucalyptus trees grow around, the smell is appropriate, 7 minutes walk to the sea.... true, through the cemetery, but it didn't bother me personally... shops and canteens are within walking distance, and there are many of them. Although I would have wished the owners to buy a microwave for the kitchen, and even on the first day at a friend's, the lock broke in the room door, and for all our rest time they never deigned to do it.... (therefore, when they went to the sea, to the dining room, or the store, they had to do everything valuable pack it in a backpack and bring it to my room)

We were passing through, stayed for three days, to see Sukhum. We were looking for accommodation in fact, without reservation, we were very lucky that we came across Ahimsa. A wonderful guest house for an excellent price (in Gagra, housing that was not even nearby costs much more). The hostess is very nice and friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, the Internet is flying, the kitchen is very nice and comfortable.
