Iplus accepted a child who is not a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan for training at the NIS. Without warning that the child, having spent so much effort and time, does not even have the right to enroll there. All the documents of the child were provided during the interview. And there is no citizenship clause in the online checklist filled out by the parent! Foreign citizenship is not taken into account when applying to iPlus, as long as they are paid money. Non-citizens are not accepted in NIS, RFMS! Apple knows this and doesn't warn you. And now that it's all surfaced, everyone keeps quiet. If they had at least given half a year's notice, it would have been possible for another child to change his citizenship. The child is upset and disappointed. I can't tell you how iPlus set us up. Academic performance at school has decreased while we went to the Plus, because the preparation is weak, it only takes a lot of time. There are no results, especially in the Kazakh language.

I studied there for 1.5 years to enter the NICHE. I didn't get in, but it's probably not because of the center. And because of my laziness, the teachers are all young and because of this it is very easy to get into school. Thanks to them, it becomes interesting to study. I remember how long I saved up my ibucks (cool encouragement). Thanks to them for the knowledge they have gained and the good memories.

In September 2023, I took my daughter. The manager actively insisted on paying the annual package immediately in installments (9 months), and I planned 6-7 months. To which the manager told me it's okay, you'll just make a refund for unused lessons at the end of March. As a result, I paid in installments of 619,500 tenge.
In March, I write to them for a refund (this is about 212232 tenge, the unused amount of the lesson is 37), to which the manager replies that there will be no refund.
In the contract, it turns out they make a reservation that upon termination, the recalculation for the lessons used will be based on another amount, which is almost 2 times higher than the real price (123500 tenge in my case, with each parent having different amounts), while out of 9 months, it was allegedly paid for 5 and 4 months gift cards. Although there are no gift months, I paid for 9 months in advance. Thus, if you paid for 3-6-9 months, you will not receive a refund. This is the calculation, sell for more months, and do not return the money. Therefore, each parent has a different amount specified in the contract.
The most disgusting thing is that the management of Aiplus recruits young guys and teaches them to work according to such schemes.
